[A] Chubby Soq

Hi. I'm posting another dumb question again orz

I was wondering if it would be possible to get a Soq that was perhaps chubbier and larger than other Soq?

Not necessarily a draft, but his/her stomach would be plumper and rounder than most and maybe he has pudgy cheeks.

If so, what kind of edit would that count as if it was allowed?
or would it be considered a mutant-type edit?

I'm pretty sure at the least it's an edit XD it might be considered mutant (?) unless... the story goes that the soq really just ate too much... LOL
