Do you exercise? What do you do?
I just do an ab work out for 10 minutes three times a week, I should be doing more I just need to work in some more cardio into my schedule.

On a completely unrelated note, how do you feel about body detoxification?
I want to try it out next week and start drinking lots of water, eating lots of vegetables, and replacing pizza and pasta with rice because recently I feel like my stomach is getting bigger =/
