Leitha groaned, rolling over. Who would knock at her door? At this hour no less?

Again? There wasn't any avoiding it was there? She sighed, sitting up. Infernal racket. Her glare was fixed as she stumbled to the door, having grabbed her necklace on the way out. If they were smart they'd leave before she even reached the entrance to her home.

"Stop it with the racket!" The silvery blue naiad hollered, yanking the door open the moment she arrived. Amethyst eyes glared around, looking for the idiotic moron who woke her up. No one.. What the bloody hell?
Leitha turned to slam the door and go back to bed, until something shiny caught her eye. Was that a? It couldn't be.. Why would a PEARL be here? Of all places!
A swift motion, she was picking up the thing and ready to walk inside.. No of course it wouldn't be that easy. She sighed, looking at the note that seemed to have been attached to it. What the hell? This had to be some sort of joke. The damn thing didn't even look like a normal pearl.
"What the hell are you exactly?" She growled, looking at the odd thing. She hated to admit it, but it looked like several of her own markings were on the thing.. Did that mean it was hers?
Wait a minute, that note.. The adult shook her head, going inside with both the note and the thing she had no idea about. She'd figure it out after her morning tea..
