	This is horrible. I have a major addiction to Monsters and Amps. Really only those two. Any advice on how to get off this addiction?

	Ween yourself off of them by drinking less and less each day. Will yourself to break the habbit of drinking them.

	So, I started weening myself off of them and started using Chia seeds.
