I woke up this morning at about 4:00 am and was unable to go back to sleep. At about 5:20 I told my mom that I had a huge stomachache and couldn't sleep. She told me I was probably imagining it and to go back to sleep.
Next thing I know, I'm puking...
After that I went back to bed and finally was able to fall asleep. I woke up again && just sat around. Then I threw up again.
Ugh.
I'm also having these really sharp stomach pains that come and go.
Does anyone know any remedies to soothe/stop the throwing up/stomach pains?
Thanks girls
xx

Crackers can help calm your stomach. Maybe nibble on some plain, salted, saltine cracker and see if that helps. Chicken broth helps as well, I just would advise waiting until your stomach has calmed down a bit before drinking it.
Hope you feel better soon dear <3

My mom bought some broth so I'll try that later. I also read that bananas can soothe it so I've been munching on one for the past hour ^^

Yw dear <3 I have no idea about the bananas, I'm allergic so they definitely wouldn't help if I tried them. sweatdrop But if they are helping, keep eating them XD

Ack, I feel for you. :( I had the same problems a few days ago, and still am. Sounds like you've got a small case of the stomach flu.
Salted crackers and Canada's Dry Ginger Ale, and Popsicles are the things I use to get food in my system without it coming back up. I hope you get better soon!
edit: I remember my Nanna would make this awesome drink whenever I was sick and over at her house... I think it's Sprite and Water with a lot of ice. I'll call her and see if I can get the recipe for you. :3

Ugh, that sounds exactly like when I had the stomach flu. It was terrible, and I threw up several times, and had to miss school the next day. Just... you know. Light soup, crackers, and lukewarm water. Too cold/hot will apparently make a sick tummy upset. At least that's what my mom told me. I drank cold water anyways. I was better a few days later.
Good Luck! D'x

You poor dear. :c I don't know if this helps for anyone else, but whenever I have the stomach flu, the only thing that I'm able to eat and keep down is popsicles. Popsicles and Gatorade. Just make sure you keep hydrated. If you're throwing up frequently, (like more than twice an hour), you might want to stay away from solid foods all together until your stomach is calmer.

Don't drink water or milk it will make you puke your brains out. Or at least that is what it does to me.
Try some tea, coffee or Sprite, and Gatoraide. For food, try crackers, bread, or pasta.
I hope you get to feeling better! *hugs*
