Piano Stretches? XDD

I am trying to teach myself a bit of piano, my left hand is stiff,
does anyone know any ways to loosen it up? Like hand stretches(LOL)?
I probably just need practice xD

rofl HAAAATE left hands!! Just keep playing, it'll get sooo much better!! Does it hurt to play? If it does, you may have bad hand position. Be sure to curve your fingers all the time while playing and keep your wrists up.
