I ate food that I know I shouldn't have, I'm on a diet and my parents talked me into going to a Mexican restaurant.
I know that it was just one meal but I cant stop thinking about all of the fats and calories I ate and I feel really guilty. I hate treat days because I really don't need them, I have no problem with sticking to a diet and I don't see the point in eating crap. I mean think about how much better your body will be if you don't eat crap, just eat healthy stuff.
I really really want to do a workout video but my thighs are sore from all of the exercise, but I think I could just do some light exercise to make up for this...

I jogged a mile and did a the six min. Shake Weight workout. That way I can kick star my metabolism before bed. Then tomorrow I'll do my Boot camp three miles, plus walking the dog a mile and another Shake Weight workout along with some yoga. That should do the trick. 3nodding

Sometimes you have to think about your mental health as much as your physical. If eating junk makes you feel awful, don't do it.
Though Mexican food is pretty fattening, you could just order Kiddie meals for smaller sizes.
I can make you feel better about the Mexican food! I'm on my period right now and when on my period, I crave meat. . . .
So yesterday I was in BurgerKing and I ordered the Triple Whopper with medium onion rings and and soda. That was about 2,000 calories alone. For my mental health it was worth it but I think my heart is protesting a bit.
Triple Whopper - 1180 calories / 27g sat. fat / 205mg cholesterol / 11g sugar 51g carbs / 75g fat / 2g trans fat / 67g protein / 1110mg sodium
Medium Onion Rings - 400 calories / 3.5g sat. fat / 0mg cholesterol / 6g sugar / 47g carbs / 21g fat / 0g trans fat / 6g protein / 630mg sodium
Medium Drink - 280 calories
I made up for it by having Slim Fast for Breakfast and Dinner, leaving me just over 2,000 for the day.

I'm not trying to be in your business, but I would like to ask you a question upon your diet. What are you trying to lose? If its nothing its alright. Did you decided that you wanted a health body and decided to be on a diet. If so that's brave of you and eveyone. All I can say is keep up the good work. About the first question, being guilty, if that was the fisrt time breaking the line of your diet, I don't think you have anything to worry about, you eat what you like. If not, theirs health food being served at a resterante (eating place), not for all but maybe some. I gress like Apple Bee's Well, have a good day! biggrin Testicular Diabeetus I jogged a mile and did a the six min. Shake Weight workout. That way I can kick star my metabolism before bed. You shouldn't feel guilty at all! It's okay to have some of the bad stuff but only every once in a while 3nodding

Light exercise is a good idea. When I am having an off-the-wagon day, I go for a walk or I bust out a dance video game or a work out video. For low intensity, I do the New York Ballet Work out routine. It's nice but it really does work you without you realizing it. You'll wake up with sore arms and legs. It's wonderful. smile

I eat a lot of fruit, veggies, whole grains, white meat, organic if possible. I also eat some Lean cuseian and Weight Watchers stuff. I also drink tea and water, I avoid sugar and use Spleada or Truvia. I do not eat anything fried, or soda, i don't eat chips, or sweets like candy bars or ice cream. I also don't drink milk, I cant. So I drink Almond Milk or rice milk. And I do a ton of exercise. XD

Trust me darling, your lifestyle is a lot healthier than mine. You don't need to put yourself through torture to keep skinny. Just eating healthy-ish and exercise should be enough. Don't feel guilty about one meal.

Same here, when I go into the supermarket, the first thing I look for is the calories, sodium, and sugar I got to eat health, to have a health body.
