Since Charlie Brooker brought it up on Twitter...
Do you play with an inverted y-axis? Does it differ from genre to genre, game to game?
Also I suppose I should ask if anyone inverts their x-axis but that is ridiculous and crazy.
Personally, I prefer an inverted y-axis if I'm using a controller with an analog stick or a joystick-type of controller. But with PC gaming and using a mouse, I don't invert. :B

I only ever play on my 360/PS3, and I always, always, always invert my y-axis.
I seriously cannot play if I don't invert.

I invert my axis because I didn't play FPS games on consoles for quite a long time, and my closest experience in shooty based games was rail shooters, which usually defaulted to an inverted y axis, since you were in planes and such.

Never inverted unless it's a flight sim or something.
