Ok so its FINALLY summer for me and im going to go to the beach for my birthday in july! I need some tips that will help me get my body back, because i had surgery in November and ive gained wait, and lost my body, how would i get it back so soon? and tips? tips that will work good and fast?

There's no magic way to lose weight quickly that is healthy. I would recomend drinking lots of water, eating more fruits and veggies and working out 4-5 times a week. Get in some cardio, stretching, and strength and you'll be on your way to getting fitter (Not sure if you needed the help still but I thought I'd answer....)
