I saw this response on DBPB:
Dear homophobes,
Please realise that homosexuality is found in 1500 species, well documented in 500. Homophobia is found in only one. Which is more unnatural?
Sincerely, tired of explaining why my maid of honour is a guy.
I know that there is homosexuality in some species but I never knew just how many.
This makes me super duper happy!♥
But then sad because humans are the only species with homophobia...

From a "survival of the fittest" perspective- homosexuality in a small part of the population makes sense. The homosexual members of a community can help sustain the community while not using as many resources as the heterosexual community that are trying to raise off spring.

How is it that we homosexuals are sub-human? We ARE human. The only difference between homosexuals and other people is that we are attracted to the same sex. An attraction that is brought on by how our minds work.
Our minds are perfectly fine, and so are their's. If we are subhuman for the way our minds work in being attracted to the same sex, they should be classified as sub human for the way THEIR minds work in detesting us.
