Personality:
Minowa has grown up in an odd household. His Dad was Inka Hizara, the Godaime of Kiri, while his Pa was Sypher Senju, the Sandaime of Kirigakure. While his Pa was Sandaime, Inka was struck with what should have been a fatal virus, but was instead given a cure and had to deal with a severely weakened body for nearly a year. And that was the first year of Minowa's life. Of course, Min cannot recall this time, but Inka has no qualms verbally reminiscing the many times he would nap on the couch with a bundled baby tucked under his chin, or would make curious noises, strapped to Inka's chest, as 'they' cooked meals 'together.' His Pa was also just as easy in giving an affectionate touch to Minowa's head, or a soft hug without any indication as to when he might release his son back into the world. Sypher... Minowa was three years old when his Dad disappeared, during a Sero-incurred incident that also forcefully aged Minowa forward by five years. It felt like years, in that surreal landscape, and it was where Minowa met his first animal companion that aided in keeping him alive through the terrors; a Binturong (Bearcat) he named Itoko. Minowa had witnessed Sypher's attempt to shut down the Sero's activated defences, and his testimony has spurred his Pa in doubling-down on his efforts to find the elder Senju since. All other memories of his Pa are second-hand from Inka, and the dispelling of the Sero's nightmare world had left Min more subdued, verbally, and weary of the world as a whole. Itoko and Inka, however, both worked to keep the kid feeling as safe as possible, with Itoko remaining by Minowa's side and working together to be tamer partners, and Inka contributing as much time to his son as possible, including in aiding in their training. Despite having a Pa whose last name is Hizara, and a Dad whose last name is Senju, Minowa has always had the last name Jaeger, something that can only be speculated being in remembrance of someone, for his own protection, or for his mother's lineage.

• Mizu Soujuu [ Water Manipulation ]
A jutsu performing basic manipulation of the properties of water. Boiling and pressurization of water are included in these studies, but only on a small scale, like boiling a cup of tea. It can also be used to generate water based on its rank. At E-rank, about 2 liters of water is created, and the amount quadruples with each rank thereafter.

• Mizu no Yaiba [ Water Sword ]
Creates a sharp sword made of solid water in the user’s hand. As the user's control improves, they can manipulate the size and shape of the sword, from a tiny dagger to a massive decapitator sword. At the minimum requirements, the sword has minimal offensive power, able to make slight cuts and tears in the flesh of an opponent, and susceptible to breaking. Requires an upkeep of half the original cost to continue after the first post, to a minimum of 5 chakra. E-Rank for small weapons, D-Rank for medium, C-Rank for large, B-Rank for exceptionally large and unwieldy (i.e. decapitation swords).


[ E - R a n k ]
• Mizu Henshou no Jutsu [ Water Reflection Technique ]
A simple Jutsu that allows the user to turn a quantity of water as small as a drop and as large as a small puddle into a mirrored surface. This can allow the user to see behind themselves and around corners with careful application of the technique. Lasts 1 post, after which it may be maintained with an upkeep of its cost per post.

• Uo Tsuba [ Fish Spit ]
A simple jet of water shot from the mouth. It can hit with enough force to stun if done properly. It can be done up to 5 times in succession, or one jet can be shot. To give an example of its power, Mist academy students usually use this technique to play a game much like tag. Each of the five hits possible per use of the technique reduces the opponent's activations for the following post by 1, to a minimum of 1.

• Suimenka no Kisoku [ Breathing Underwater Technique ]
The art of breathing underwater using chakra has been a long handed down secret of the Mist. The length of time and the depth that the user can go under depends on their skill with the technique. This technique activates whenever the Shinobi breathes in water and it requires no hand seals. However, it requires an upkeep of half the original cost per post once active to continue past the first post.

• Kiri Shikaku no Jutsu [ Mist Vision Technique ]
A technique usually used with Kirigakure no Jutsu, Kiri Shikaku no Jutsu allows the user to see through heavy mist, steam, or any other condition caused by water in the air. This does not give the ability to see through smoke. This technique activates whenever the user wills it and it requires no hand seals. However, it requires an upkeep of half the original cost per post once active to continue past the first post.


[ B - R a n k ]
• Suihou no Jutsu [ Water Cannon Technique ]
A move that lets the user spit a powerful beam of boiling water, strong enough to cut through wood and hot enough to scald flesh. For an upkeep of half the original cost, the technique can be continued past the first post, for as long as the user can hold their breath.


Doton: Earth
[ X - R a n k ]
• Tsuchi no Hochou [ Earth's Step ]
An elemental step technique that allows for 1 earthen foothold to be placed as one wishes, any time after activation. Lasts until the end of the battle. Does not require handsigns. Each rank doubles the amount of steps available. Steps are solid to the touch and do not linger for longer than a post after deployment. When deployed, they can appear directly underneath one's foot, hand, body, and so on, and once used, dissipate after a single second.

• Tsuchi Tou Tou [ Swift Earth ]
The user places their hands on the ground and pushes it away with Chakra, creating a rapidly moving conveyor belt of earth. Can be used at any rank up to the user’s body rank. Each rank increases the range by three [3] meters along both its length and width.


[ E - R a n k ]
• Daisan no Me [ The Third Eye ]
Making a single hand sign, the user will use sand to create an eye. Closing one eye allows the user to instead see through the created eye. Requires a source of sand. The eye can be made to move slowly for no extra cost but must stay in the same subforum as the user. This technique can be listed under sensory Jutsu for those with the Sensor class, provided they have access to Doton. Created eye does not have any special properties of the user’s normal eye, such as Doujutsu.

• Doton Bunshin no Jutsu [ Earth Clone Skill ]
After using the appropriate hand signs, the user creates one single clone out of the ground. Its fortitude is incredible, and it's very powerful, but lacks speed. Two hits will destroy the clone. Clone acts as D-Rank in Fortitude and Strength, but movement techniques it uses take up an extra activation.

• Iwa Tounyuu no Jutsu [ Rock Throw Technique ]
This jutsu allows a small rock, about the size of a fist, to be lifted and hurled at someone or something. Requires no hand signs. Maximum weight is five pounds (2.5kg).

• Suna Moji [ Sand Characters ]
The user manipulates sand, dust, or other fine particles to spell out a short message. Can create up to thirty [30] characters (as in letters, numbers, and symbols) of the user’s choice per use. Requires a source of sand or dust.

• Tsuchi Gunjikoudou no Jutsu [ Earth Military Movement Technique ]
The user simply has to dive into the ground for this jutsu to activate, allowing them to swim around at their leisure for as long as the jutsu is sustained. Movements made via Formless styles can carry the user through natural earth as though they were one rank lower while this technique is active. Consumes a Ninjutsu slot if any augments to it are known.

• Tsuchimono [ Earthen Object ]
This technique is able to produce a hand-sized, simple object out of the immediate surrounding earth, by coating one's hand and touching said earth. The object produced must come from soil or packed soil. The object lasts 1 post.


[ C - R a n k ]
• Doryuuha [ Earth Flow Wave ]
Activated by forming a couple of hand seals and stomping the ground, this technique creates a mobile wave of earth 5 meters tall under the user. The user can ride this wave, cause it to crash down on someone, or use it in other Doton techniques.

• Doryuusou [ Earthen Rising Spears ] [X-Rank]
After forming several hand seals, the user will send Chakra into nearby earth and cause it to raise up and pierce an opponent. Spikes only cover an area approximately one meter across.

Mokuton: Senju Clan

[ X - R a n k ]
• Mokuton [ Wood Release ]
Description: This training allows the Senju to combine Earth and Water Chakra to create the Wood element, and is the most fundamental part of their training. In addition to allowing them to manipulate existing plants, this training allows the Senju to turn their Chakra directly into plant material, letting them create their own materials if they’re in an area devoid of them. However, awakening this ability is extremely difficult, even for those who have good aptitude; thus, on top of the potential to use Mokuton being rare, those who have it and train to use it are exceedingly rare. Must be learned before any other Mokuton techniques, as it allows access to both them and the Formless Mokuton no Jutsu.

• Mokuton: Sashiki no Jutsu [ Wood Release: Cutting Technique ]

A versatile technique where the user can produce sharp wooden spikes from their body to either fashion short-range weapons akin to a makeshift sword, or else use them as long-range projectiles, where the branches' growth can be triggered remotely, skewering the enemy as a result.

Description: The user forms a shield of wood, which consists of three round parts out of their hand. The shield is very durable and can be removed and reconditioned any time the user wants to. Sustains up to its rank in damage before breaking.

The user creates a semi-circle of wood around a captured target, and then forms spikes within the ring, pointing at the target, preventing them from making any sudden movements.

Underground Roots Technique

Description: Using the Wood Release, a user can manipulate the terrain, bringing out underground roots of varying sizes to fit various offensive situations, such as using the roots for trickery, misdirection and restriction. One can also use a large scale version, bringing out massive roots over a larger area that tangle around each other with such force that any one caught in-between is violently crushed to death. ( The Tajū version is treated as A-ranked, and is named 'Mokuton: Daisōju [ Wood Release: Great Spear Tree ]' )

Ki Eda no Jutsu [ Tree Limb Technique ]

Description: The user summons forth five thick tree roots from the ground. These roots can then be used to shelter, shield, or impale, depending on the user's whim. Unfortunately, they don't stretch too far, only reaching out to about 2 meters from the user.

Jukai Heki [ World of Trees Wall ]
Rank: C :: Spiritual
Description: The user creates countless wooden branches that grow at high speed from the ground. The wood interlaces to form a wide, net-like wall with an impressive defensive power. Blocks techniques up to B-Rank for 1 post.

Mokuton: Mokusatsu Shibari no Jutsu [ Wood Release: Smothering Binding Technique ]

Description: By transforming their arm into a tree, the user can then create multiple branches which will rapidly grow around the target, immobilizing them.

Mokuton: Henge [ Wood Release: Transformation ]
Rank: C :: Spiritual
Description: This jutsu is just like any other Transformation Technique. The user performs the necessary hand seals, then wood emerges and covers his entire body and a puff of smoke or chakra covers up the transformation. Once the jutsu is done, the transformation is complete. It acts more like a costume than a transformation, as the user is able to leave it behind if necessary.

Mokuton: Daijurin no Jutsu [ Wood Release: Great Forest Technique ]
Rank: B :: Spiritual
Description: A technique that changes one's own arm into big trees. Using chakra, the tissues are transformed into trees at the cellular level. Then, by activating the trees, stimulating them to grow rapidly, they lengthen at high speed and fork into many branches. It is possible to capture the enemy with these branches and at the same time change the ends into sharp stakes.

Mokuton: Shichūka no Jutsu [ Wood Release: Four-Pillar House Technique ]
Rank: B :: Spiritual
Description: By sending chakra into the ground, the roots of the plants are converted into raw materials. This technique allows for a building to be constructed, by forcing accelerated growth. Just like with the Four-Pillar Prison Technique, the size and shape of the building are taken from the user's imagination or memories. By placing tags around the house, the user creates a barrier, making it impossible for the enemy to detect the Chakra within it and allowing the user to "camp" in peace.

Mokuton: Jubaku Eiso [ Wood Release: Tree Bind Flourishing Burial ]
Rank: B :: Spiritual
Description: This technique lets the user summon a tree to slowly wrap and bind their opponent. This technique is relatively powerful and holds opponents gracefully, with less of a strain on the user, because the user sinks them into the ground. Afterwards, the user can enclose and crush the opponent. 1 post of preparation time needed.

Wood Release: Foo Dog Heads

Description: A technique used to absorb a Bijuu's chakra. The user produces the "sit" (座, suwaru) kanji on their palm and creates a series of wooden pillars, which are engraved with what resemble foo dog faces and have lit wicks on top of them. When the user slams their palm on the ground, the wooden statues rush towards the target and absorb its chakra. Deactivates demonic chakra & tailed beast chakra not being emitted from the original owner and metabolizes it harmlessly back into the environment.

Description: The user produces wooden stocks to suppress the target’s chakra while they are restrained. There are also two candle-like appendages on each end of the device. Prevents B-Ranked and under chakra usage while in the stocks.

What it does is it makes any opponent who falls into its area of effect imagine that they have just undergone a certain sense of déjà vu. That is to say, they begin to question whether they are following the right path or direction since the one in front of them seems too familiar to be the right way. Area of effect includes all within ten [10] yards per rank.

Description: Making a single hand sign, the user must first throw a Senbon, Kunai, or other projectile weapon, and then the Genjutsu takes effect. Working on the perception of the target, the weapon becomes many, turning anything from one Senbon into one hundred. Mainly used to get the opponent to get caught up with the oncoming weapons, it is a good distraction Jutsu. Can work on projectile Ninjutsu as well.

Description: Upon casting this Genjutsu, the user seems to vanish in a puff of clouds. The user is actually still standing right where they were before, but the target cannot see them. However, an illusionary version of the user appears behind the target and rushes straight at the target with unbelievable speed, piercing the target’s heart with a Kunai.

Description: A Genjutsu that can only be used in forests. The opponent sees, hears, and feels trees falling all around them, threatening to crush them. Falling trees and other debris can cause physical pain and a physical reaction, same as if it occurred with real trees, though these wounds vanish with the banishment of the technique.

Description: The user trains to be better suited to dealing with the shock of landing and training the muscles of their legs and arms. This makes for faster movement and stronger kicks, raising the base level of the user's speed by one descriptive rank per learned stage of this Style. These descriptive ranks cannot be drained by the techniques in this Style.

• Somersault
Rank: X :: Simple
Description: A simple move almost all ninjas are capable of: a somersault. The user trains their body to be able to somersault when landing after a long fall to mitigate any damage taken. This technique allows the user to survive falls up to 4 meters per rank with minimal damage. Consumes no activations and confers two descriptive ranks of speed to a movement technique used directly after the fall when used this way. If used in combat, it takes the form of a roll designed to get around an enemy, and is treated as a rank higher for purposes of evading physical techniques.

Description: The user uses an obstacle of some sort about waist-height and propels themselves over it. As they propel over the obstacle they bring one leg up, slamming it in to the opponent. This technique adds any descriptive ranks from the user’s speed to its power. If there is no opponent, the user’s speed gains one descriptive rank per this technique’s rank for one post.

• Switchblade

Description: This is a training technique that teaches the user how to switch directions when landing a flip, allowing for one to flip backwards and then forwards and vice versa without a moment's hesitation. After this training is complete, the user may use up to one technique per post that would lower the descriptive ranks affecting their speed without suffering that reduction. If this Style is being learned as a rigorous Style, the user gains the ability to use Somersault to evade once per post without it consuming an activation, but only against opponents whose body rank is at or lower than the user’s. This Somersault cannot be immediately followed by an attack.

• Kickflip

Description: The user flips on the spot, using their powerful leg muscles in one leg to propel themselves through the air while the other stays stationary. The stationary leg comes down on the opponent in the downswing or upswing with significant force. This can be completed either backwards or forwards. If used while running, this technique gains double any increases to the user’s speed as a boost in power, but resets any descriptive ranks for speed afterward.

• Roundabout

Description: By using the momentum of a running start, the user grabs a pole of some sort (either naturally there or a polearm of some sort stabbed in to the ground) or person and propels their body around it. Using the power of the spin, the user kicks out at the enemy, slamming their foot into either the opponent's face, chest, or abdomen. This technique gains any descriptive ranks the user’s speed has to its power, but resets them afterward.

• Sprinter’s Posture

Description: A sort of pseudo-stance that consists of assuming proper running form to optimize lung capacity for long sprints. Increases the limit for Speed descriptive increases slightly per rank. Can be entered as part of any movement technique without consuming an additional activation. Is broken by doing anything other than running. Upkeep of this technique’s rank is paid every post.

• Perfecting Balance
Rank: C :: Training
Description: The user trains their body, pushing it to the extreme. After dealing with their own personal momentum and flow, the user works on balance. By training the body even more past their normal limits, the user's balance and endurance are increased, allowing them to run faster than the average person without losing their balance. Every Soft Physical Formless technique used confers one descriptive rank of speed to the user for the duration of the fight, and attempts to throw the user off-balance that are of a lower rank than the user’s highest trained rank in the Soft Physical Formless Style automatically fail to do so.

• Scissor Handspring

Description: This is a move that can be completed either backward or forward. The user quickly propels themselves either backward or forward and vaults over something as in Power Slide; however, this time, they swing their legs around from the side instead of sliding over the obstacle, aiming to kick the target with both feet. If the first hit lands, the second one does as well. If the user is able to hook their feet onto something on the other side (including things like an opponent’s arms and legs), they gain two descriptive ranks of speed per this technique’s rank.

• Wall Kick

Description: A technique turning the surrounding environment to an advantage. The user rushes a straight face of something (a tree, wall, pole, another person, etc.) and uses the momentum from their run to propel themselves back off the surface in to a round-house like kick. If hit in areas like the face, it's not abnormal for someone to go spinning. All descriptive rank increases to the user’s speed apply to this technique’s power, but any descriptive ranks in speed are reset afterward.

• Swinging Fury

Description: The user grabs support above them, either after propelling themselves in to the air after a flip or jumping up and grabbing it after running. Once they have grabbed hold of the support, they swing up using the momentum that got them there and bring up both feet before kicking out. The user can then dismount with a somersault or a flip if they wish. This technique gains one descriptive rank in power for every descriptive rank in speed the user has going into this technique, but the user’s descriptive ranks in speed are reset if this technique makes contact with an opponent.

• Lesser Combo

Description: The user uses their speed to stitch together a string of three attack activation's in quick succession, consuming only one activation. If the first attack is blocked, then the combo is broken; however, if the first attack is not blocked then all three attacks land. Any opponent whose reflexes are two ranks higher than the user's speed can block these attacks separately, however any opponent whose reflexes are lower then the users current speed cannot block the first strike. All attacks are treated as simple. Has a two post cooldown before it can be used again.

• Standing Hurricane

Description: The user gets in to a handstand-like stance while having rotational momentum, either from a following move or spinning the legs. Using the rotational momentum, the user kicks out their legs, creating a barrage of kicks. Launches two kicks per rank, with each one being one rank lower than this technique in power, but consumes only two activations regardless of how many kicks are used. The user loses a descriptive rank in speed for every kick launched.

• Flying Hurricane

Description: The user, using rotational momentum either from twisting the legs as they jump or twisting the legs mid-flip, snaps out their feet and delivers a dizzying barrage of kicks. Launches two kicks per rank, with each one being one rank lower than this technique in power, but consumes only two activations regardless of how many kicks are used. The user loses a descriptive rank in speed for every kick launched, unless this technique is blocked.

• Falling Hurricane

Description: The user imbues their leg muscles with chakra to propel themselves farther in the air, the user then proceeds to flip mid-air to produce momentum as they fall. They then bring down their leg on their opponent as they fall. This technique can be used without launching themselves into the air if the user is already falling. Transfers any damage the user would have taken on impact to the target.

Description: The basic entangling of the chain with a target, this can be used to catch something to pull yourself to a higher ledge or to entangle an opponent making a wide swing with the weapon. Description: The user spins the sickle by the chain creating a small amount of momentum before throwing the sickle at the opponent. Description: The user will swing the sickle violently upward or downward, deflecting away an attack. Can be used to disarm the opponent.

• Ball and Chain

Description: The practitioner throws the weighted end or the sickle at the opponent, leaving plenty of slack only to allow the ball or sickle to wrap around their opponent. If using a sickle, the sickle will dig into an opponent. Treated as complex when binding with the sickle end. Confers a slight strength bonus per rank to kusarigama attacks against the bound target while this technique is maintained.

• Burrowing Sickle

Description: The practitioner will spin the sickle at a high rate of speed, channeling chakra into the blade through the chain before releasing it directly at the ground. At a high rate of speed the chain will burrow a few meters into the ground, effectively becoming an anchor. Once Mastery is learned, the user can curve the sickle below ground to attack an opponent from directly below.

Description: Pivoting allows the practitioner to take the chain and to attack with the sickle after it has wrapped itself around a turning point. The typical pivot is swinging the weapon around an arm, leg, support post, tree limb, or something else, making part of the chain very tight. The more pivots, the faster a weapon can become as its chain shortens. Can only affect one activation per post. Confers a mild speed bonus per pivotal point.

Description: The user using pivots on their foot and performs a front flip while holding the chain to their foot. As they come out of the flip the lagging sickle will whip violently forward with impressive speed and power. Gains a slight increase to speed and strength per trained rank of the kusarigama Formless Style.

• Slice and smash

Description: Gripping the sickle in one hand and the chain in the other, the practitioner starts spinning the chain at their side while taking a balanced step toward their opponent, using the sickle making a lateral slash. The slash is an attempt to cause them to dodge which is where the weighted chain comes in. The practitioner will then release the chain with a bit of spinning momentum towards the opponent with crushing force. Treated as complex against evasive techniques and gains any descriptive bonuses affecting the evasive technique.

Description: The practitioner throws one end of the kusarigama at the opponent. Depending on which end the user throws, this attack gains different effects: if a sickle is thrown it will attempt to wrap around and lodge itself in the opponent, but if a weighted end is thrown the weight will simply attempt to smash into the opponents face, stunning them temporarily.

• Grappling hook

Description: The practitioner will throw the sickle in the air, attempting to get it lodged into a solid object such as a tree or building, then using the chain as a rope will pull him or herself up to whatever the kusarigama has lodged itself into. Optionally, the user can choose to pull the chain tight and run along the length of the chain.

Description: The practitioner will throw one sickle (or weighted end) high into the air while channeling chakra throughout the entire weapon. As the opponent looks up even if momentarily the practitioner will slice with the off-handed weapon. Mastering this training allows the user to freely manipulate the kusarigama mid flight without use of environment to change its direction. • Illusionary Shackles

Description: The user channels chakra into the chain while spinning it on either side of the body. During this movement, the chakra bleeds off of the chain, creating duplicate chains that follow in its wake. Once the opponent has lost all track of what was real and what might not have been, the user launches all of the chains simultaneously at the opponent. They can all come from the same direction or be launched from different directions in attempts to entangle. Chains last for one post after this technique is used.

Description: During any freestyle form of vertical or horizontal slashes, the user will perform a simple pass, switching their knife from one hand to the other. • Trick Technique: Kneecap Surprise

Description: The user will begin by performing a simple combination of horizontal slashes, often ending in [ Change of Hands ]. At any point during this chain of cuts, the user will steady their movement and, rather than continue with their previous slashes, flip and toss the knife into the opponent's leg. Confers a mild decrease to the target's speed per rank for two posts if it hits.

Description: Channeling chakra to his hand, then the knife, the user tosses his blade at a decently increased speed, while the chakra causes it to pierce the air, making almost no noise. Description: A very tricky yet powerful attack that can often end a fight on the spot. After dropping an enemy's defenses, often by parrying one of their attacks, the user will drop his knife. As the knife drops, the practitioner will time a kick in order to punt the knife upward- back into the opponent's exposed body. If successful, the knife will typically end up somewhere in the enemy's head. Gains a moderate strength increase if used immediately after striking an opponent's defensive technique.

Description: Given proper conditions, the user will angle their knife so as to reflect sunlight into the enemy's eyes. Negates any bonuses to reflexes the target may have for one post.

• Offensive Technique: Vital Poke
Rank: C :: Complex
Description: The user builds up chakra in a freehand, then surges it to the finger tips of the same hand, causing a very thin and short ranged aura to form. From here, the user will attempt to poke the target in the stomach, chest, upper arm, or upper leg. If connection is properly made, the opponent will feel as though they have just been internally stabbed. Although contact at the stomach or chest causes more damage, a solid stab to the arm or leg can cripple the opponent's usage of said limb. While this is active, the finger tips are treated as the tip of a bladed weapon.

• Agile Stance: Skirmisher

Description: The user raises onto the balls of their feet and holds one hand in front of them at chest-height with the other beside them at waist-height. It does not matter which hand holds the user’s weapon. If the user loses their weapon either from a successful disarm attempt or willingly tossing it aside, they gain a slight boost to Speed per rank for the rest of the post (does not stack with itself). Additionally, the limit for Speed descriptive increases is increased slightly per rank. Upkeep of this technique’s rank is paid every post, but is reduced by 5 Stamina per rank if the user starts and ends the post with a small weapon in hand.

Description: The practitioner is now accustomed to performing techniques they have mastered with either one or two knives. Once per post, the user may use a single D-Rank or lower technique from this Style without paying the cost.

Description: While assaulting a blocking enemy, the user will attempt to reach out and grasp their arm. If successful, the user will then pull in the enemy's arm, while kicking outward with incredible force. Because of the contradiction of motions, this can easily break arms or disarm the target. Gains a moderate boost to strength against unarmored targets.

• Disrupting Technique: Tingling Elbow

Description: After breaking through an opponent's defense, typically via a parry, the user will deliver a powerful chakra-enhanced elbow strike to their head or sternum. As the elbow makes contact with the target, the built-up chakra will be dispersed all at once, rushing to certain muscles to momentarily disrupt them. For a short amount of time, the opponent will then be unable to move their limbs, no matter what signals the brain gives to them. The opponent loses one action at the beginning of their next post. This effect does not stack with other, similar effects.

• Trick Style: Retreating Feet

Description: The practitioner, already acquainted with many techniques in the style, has finally realized that with a little bit of personal training, they are able to increase the precision and speed at which they lift and press their feet. The practitioner's footsteps are rendered silent to all who do not have enhanced hearing, and the footsteps they leave in soft ground are shallow. This not only assists their ability to sneak up on people faster and quieter, but also helps when running from trackers.

• Hiden Jutsu: Kuchi no In no Jutsu [ Secret Technique: Mouth Seal Technique ]
This technique when used causes the opponent to become mute until the technique is dispelled. The user will form the specific technique seal and then apparently as part of the ritual required for the technique, ask the target a question. If the opponent answers, the technique is then immediately invoked causing the person to lose the use of their voice. Requires an upkeep of half the original cost to continue after the first post. The victim regains their voice once the technique is released.

• Jouro Senbon [ Sprinkling Needles ]
After hurling their umbrellas into the air, the user will unleash a torrent of needles. Using their Chakra they can guide these needles towards their opponent. Senbon must be thrown in some fashion, via an item or by hand, to activate. Controls up to 100 needles for up to three [3] posts. Needles must be moved as a group and cannot be controlled independently.

• Kozumikku Jigyou no Jutsu [ Astral Projection Skill ]
A technique that is used to send an astral projection of the user to another place they have been to before, the astral projection can lend Chakra but cannot physically fight. A weaker form of Gentoushin no Jutsu. Chakra may only be given in the form of Korabo Ninjutsu. Often used as a form of communication. Requires an upkeep of half the original cost to continue after the first post.


[ B - R a n k ]
• Kage Bunshin no Jutsu [ Shadow Clone Technique ]
This technique creates a solid clone of the user, unlike the empty ones formed from the traditional Bunshin no Jutsu. The user's chakra is evenly distributed among every clone, giving each clone an equal fraction of the user's overall power. The clones are capable of performing techniques on their own and can even bleed, but will usually disperse after one or two decent blows. They can also disperse on their own. The clones will be created to appear in the same condition as the original did when he/she performed the technique itself. Shadow clones can't be distinguished from the original even by the Byakugan- because the clones have the exact same amount of chakra and aren't made from any other substance. Creates a solid clone which is able to interact with the environment and perform any technique the user knows. The strength of each clone is dependent on the amount of chakra put into each clone. A clone can have anywhere from [1] chakra to all but [1] chakra of the user's pool. The same goes for stamina. The user must retain at least [1] of each pool or they will lose consciousness. Each clone takes [15] chakra to create, and up to three [3] clones can be made per activation. Shadow clones cannot be told apart by doujutsu. The clone disperses if it receives a solid hit (C-rank or higher), or runs out of chakra or stamina. When a clone is dispersed, any knowledge it gained while active is transferred to the original only, no other clones, and any remaining chakra and stamina is returned to the user. Shadow clones may not leave the immediate area [same thread] that the user is in. The only exception is that a village leader may use shadow clones to aid them in managing the village, although the clones cannot leave the village.

• Shoushagan no Jutsu [ Vanishing Facial Copy Technique ]
Official Description: A dark technique, the Jutsu involves the removal of the face of the person to be impersonated. By wearing their face and clothing, the Shinobi can impersonate the original without others being aware. The face's owner must be deceased, and permanently removes the face of the victim, making facial recognition impossible. The user may use recorded faces for the technique's cost, and the face will remain for five [5] posts following before chakra must be paid again.

• Meisai Gakure no Jutsu [ Camouflage Concealment Technique ]
After forming the needed hand seals, the Shinobi can grant them self invisibility. So far only the Sharingan eye and its revelation abilities have been shown to pierce the veil and see the hidden Shinobi. It is unknown if the Byakugan can penetrate the Jutsu and see the user's Chakra circulatory system. Sensing techs A-rank and less, including unstated versions like Disciplines, are blocked. For a C-rank [20 chakra] upkeep, the technique can be continued past the first post.

• Toomegane no Jutsu [ Telescope Technique ]
Using a crystal ball, the user is able to view events transpiring around a large area such as a village. Allows the user to view all outdoor happenings in a subforum.

The user communicates to another by using a scroll, on which writing appears and disappears. Used by Disonasu and Kabuto Yakushi. The user will apply this Fuuin to a matching set of scrolls, paper, notebooks, or any other kind of paper medium. The users of these scrolls need only pay chakra to utilise the communication, meaning they do not need to be trained in the Fuuin to use the Fuuin. To send messages via these scrolls requires a cost, but to receive does not. C Rank allows short messages to be sent. B Rank allows longer messages or simple drawings to be sent. A Rank allows voice or intricate drawings, to be sent. No matter the rank, a single cost will allow free use of the scroll for the user’s following five posts, allowing a total of six [6] posts (equaling 30min total in RP) of use before another cost needs to be paid. Takes one [1] Ninjutsu slot.

Kuchiyose
[ C - R a n k ]
• Kuchiyose no Jutsu [ Summoning Technique ]
Requires C-rank training in Kaifū. Is listed under the Maruton section, allowing for the 'Kuchiyose' section to be put down separately on one's profile with mirrored ninjutsu limits. Allows for dna contracts between living entities. After learning, is automatically applied to wanted Kaifū.


Suiton:
[ X - R a n k ]
• Mizu Soujuu [ Water Manipulation ]This involves learning basic manipulation of the properties of water. Boiling, and pressurization of water are included in these studies. Boiling includes the creation of steam by further putting chakra into the water. The user cannot perform these tasks on larger bodies of water with this basic study alone. Furthermore, by learning to draw water from the moisture in the air, the shinobi can use water techniques without requiring a source of water nearby (unless stated otherwise.) A Kage level jutsu always requires a water source, even if the Mist-nin in question creates it first.
Guild Description: In this technique, X determines the amount of water to be created. At E-rank, about a gallon of water is gathered, and the amount quadruples with each rank after, capping out at about one-thousand [1000] gallons at S rank [enough to fill a small pool]. Learning this technique also reduces the cost of Formless manipulation by five [5] chakra, to a minimum of five [5].

• Mizu no Yaiba [ Water Sword ]Creates a sharp sword made of solid water in the user’s hand. As the user's control improves, he can manipulate the shape and size he/she wants the sword to have, from a tiny dagger to a massive decapitator sword. At the minimum requirements, the sword has minimal offensive power, able to make slight cuts and tears in the flesh of an opponent, and susceptible to high pressure (an opponent breaking the blade with a weapon of his own).
E-Rank: The sword can be up to the size of a wakizashi, and is fragile, breaking under the pressure of weapon strikes against it.
D-Rank: The sword can be up to the size of a katana, and is now as strong as a normal, metal blade.
C-Rank: The sword can be up to the size of a nodachi, and now cuts with the edge of a finely crafted blade.
B-Rank: The sword can be up to the size of a cleaver sword, and is now incredibly durable and lethal.

• Mizu Kagami no Jutsu [ Water Mirror Technique ]A simple Jutsu that allows the user to turn a quantity of water as small as a drop and as large as a small puddle into a mirrored surface. This can allow the user to see behind himself, and around corners with careful application of the technique. Only lasts one [1] post unless an upkeep cost of the original cost is paid each post.


[ D - R a n k ]
• Kokuun no Jutsu [ Black Clouds Technique ]
After forming the necessary hand seals, a black mist will emit from his body and rise into the sky. Black clouds will form, releasing a flammable rain of oil onto his targets. Cloud is approximately twenty [20] feet across, and is capable of soaking anyone under it in oil, including allies.

• Mizu Shuriken no Jutsu [ Water Shuriken Technique ]
Through the use of water manipulation, the user can create multiple small Shuriken comprised of water and launch them towards the target. After hitting and/or cutting a solid surface, they revert to water. It is important to note that these Shuriken can be physically launched (by hand) or launched as they are created.

• Suimenka no Kisoku [ Breathing Underwater Technique ] partially passive
The art of breathing underwater using chakra to remove oxygen from water has been a long handed down secret of the Mist. The length of time and the depth that the diver can go under depends on the ability of the user. This technique typically activates whenever the Shinobi breathes in water and requires no hand seals. This technique is partially passive in that it activates automatically when the shinobi's head is submerged underwater. However, it requires an upkeep of half the original cost once active to continue past the first post.

• Mizutamari no Jutsu [ Water Puddle Technique ] Passive
By altering personal body shape, the user can melt into a puddle of water on the ground. This allows the user to hide and set up an ambush, or lose inexperienced trackers. For an upkeep of half the original cost, the technique can be continued past the first post.

• Hachi Shokushu [ Eight Tentacles ]
A skill in which is used to give the user additional limbs. Gathering chakra into the water, the user can create up to eight arms upon their back that resemble the tentacles of an octopus. Approximately six feet in length, and are capable of attacking in all directions. For an upkeep of half the original cost, the technique can be continued past the first post.

• Kirigakure no Jutsu [ Hidden Mist Technique ]
Kirigakure no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by Hidden Mist Shinobi. The Shinobi causes the area surrounding their target to be covered in fog. The low visibility allows the Shinobi to silently and secretly assassinate their target.

• Kiri Shikaku no Jutsu [ Mist Vision Technique ]
A technique usually used with Kirigakure no Jutsu, the Mist Vision technique allows the user to see through heavy mist, steam, or any other condition caused by water in the air. This does not give the ability to see through smoke. The technique is passive and activates when the user's vision would otherwise be obstructed by mist.

• Suiton: Shunshin no Jutsu [ Water Release: Instant Movement Technique ]
Nearly exactly like the Maruton version of Shunshin, this one coats the user's body in a highly slippery water film, allowing them to merely slip around non-chakra objects in the environment. Also allows the user to transport to bodies of water they know of within range. Usable thrice per battle, including the other versions of Shunshin.


[ C - R a n k ]
• Suihashu [ Water Wave Hand ]
Yamato will raise his hand into the air and emit a continuous jet of water to disrupt his opponent's attacks. Due to the nature of water, this attack works especially well against smoke based Jutsu.

• Mizuame Nabara [ Starch Syrup Capture Field ]
After forming the needed hand seals, Izumo will expel a sticky liquid from his gullet. This liquid can cover approximately 20 square meters. If the target runs on top of the liquid, their feet will become glued to its sticky surface. If the Shinobi focuses chakra to their feet before touching the surface, they can hover above and move over it without hindrance. This allows Izumo or a comrade to charge and attack without fear of becoming bogged down as well. Requires using Suimen Hokou no Waza to move about on top of the liquid.

• Suirou no Jutsu [ Water Prison Technique ]
Suirou no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to imprison an opponent. The Shinobi forms the necessary hand seals which causes the water to form around the target into a spherical prison which only allows for limited movement. The Shinobi must keep their body touching the water prison to maintain its existence. If the contact is broken, the water falls away and their target is released. When combined with a bunshin technique, the Shinobi can imprison their target but still allow for a clone to attack others nearby.

• Deido Tama [ Mud Ball ]
A very useful technique used to slow down their opponents, the user spits out a large ball of mud. The mud is kept together with chakra and, when it strikes a hard surface, it hardens-- slowing down movement of the person hit or weighing down an item. Once it has turned solid, only a strong person can break it, though a water technique of C-Rank or higher can liquefy the mud once more. Eventually, the hardened mud shatters, and the victim is no longer inconvenienced by it. Expending stamina of B-rank or higher will break the hold. The mud will shatter after three [3] of the users posts.

• Mizu no Muchi [ Whip of Water ]
Mizu no Muchi is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to create a whip. The Shinobi can also send an electric current through the whip to electrocute the opponent. The whip will function in the normal fashion, such as allowing the Shinobi to whip the crap out of little kids. Requires Raiton chakra and formless ninjutsu, or a Raiton technique to send an electric current through the whip.

• Suikusari no Jutsu [ Water Chains Technique ]
Creates chains made of water and binds the enemy's ankles and wrists to make them more vulnerable and less mobile. The enemy can still perform normally if he is strong enough to move. Moderately decreases speed for duration of technique. Technique lasts three [3] posts, or until the opponent breaks free, using a B-rank or higher amount of stamina.

• Mizutamari Yusuo no Jutsu [ Water Puddle Transportation Technique ]
Augment [learned as C] The normal Mizutamari Technique must be learned before you can use this technique, since it requires Mizutamari to be used in conjunction with it. If a user uses the Mizutamari while standing on top of a lake or river or any other water source, he/she can materialize himself/herself back anywhere he/she wants within the area of the water source [maximum range, 1/2 a mile]. That way the user can surprise the enemy from behind or even from below. Requires knowing Mizutamari no Jutsu [Water Puddle Technique]. This is an upgrade of Mizutamari no jutsu and takes the same slot as the D-rank version once learned. Either version can be used for the appropriate version's cost.

• Shokushu Rendan Kyouran [ Tentacle Barrage Fury ]
Augment [learned as C] A skill which is used to attack the opponent from various angles. Around the opponent, eight tentacles emerge all created from water. These tentacles having a mind of their own much like bunshins, which will come down and attack the opponent in utter desperation to attack them. These tentacles can be attacked and destroyed, but that just makes openings for the tentacles to attack. Requires knowing Hachi Shokushu [Eight Tentacle]. This is an upgrade of Hachi Shokushu and takes the same slot as the D-rank version once learned. Either version can be used for the appropriate version's cost.

• Mizu Oni Kuike [ Water Demon’s Appetite ]
A skill which utilizes the water around the opponent for it to work. Below the opponent, a head made of water emerges and tries to swallow up the opponent, having sharp dagger like teeth. If the initial chomp misses the opponent, a tongue will emerge to wrap around the opponent to try and pull them back under for a second attempt.


[ B - R a n k ]
• Daibakuryuu no Jutsu [ Great Exploding Current ]
After doing the needed hand seals a vortex of water will form, sucking anything on the surface above it down to the depths below. Costs a B-Ranked amount of Chakra per human-sized entity.

• Ja no Kuchi [ Serpent Mouth ]
After forming the needed hand seals, Fuuka will generate a spinning column of water which will take the form of a serpent with a gaping maw. This serpent can twist and follow her target. After activation, she can create further serpents if needed. Fuuka may also use this Jutsu in conjunction with Doton • Doro Houshi. The water of Ja no Kuchi will increase the momentum of the earth of Doro Houshi to create a more powerful mud slide. Each homing serpent take one [1] B-Ranked amount of chakra at minimum, but up to three [3] can be made per activation. Serpent will follow the opponent until they hit something, whether it's the opponent or something else. If used with Doro Houshi, the doton's technique is increased by one [1] rank in strength.

• Doriru Suiyari no Jutsu [ Drilling Water Spears ]
Used when the enemy is standing on top of water to launch a surprise attack. Large sharp drill shaped spears made of water come forth out from the water around the enemy and attacks. Alternatively, this can be used as a powerful defense, causing the water drills to intercept attacks and either nullify them, in the case of elemental techniques, or deflect them high in the case of projectiles. Create five [5] large spears.

• Goshokuzame [ Five Sharks Eating ]
Kisame will form the needed hand seals and then place his hand to the surface of the water. A shark of condensed water will emerge from each of his fingers to attack his opponent who is in the water below. Each shark can only attack once before dissipating, but will remain until they attack or are dispelled.

• Gousuiwan no Jutsu [ Strong Water Arm Technique ]
Using his ability to transform his body into water, Suigetsu will reform his arm in a more muscular form. This stronger arm allows him to deliver more powerful swings with his head cleaver sword.
Guild Description: See official description. Shaping water around the user's arm gives a heavy increase to strength when using that limb. For an upkeep of half the original cost, the technique can be continued past the first post.

• Suijinheki [ Water Encampment Wall ]
The Shinobi will first do a string of hand seals and then proceed to blow out a jet of water from their mouth to act as a water barrier from incoming attack.
Guild Description: See official description. Barrier can repel Shinobi, as well as Ninjutsu under A-Rank.

• Mizu Shinmon no Jutsu [ Water Interrogation Technique ]
A move used for interrogating the enemy, a bubble of liquid is placed around the head of the target, causing echoes of the target’s thoughts to sound throughout the water, allowing those who hear the echoes knowledge of anything in the target’s mind.

• Mizu Furiko no Jutsu [ Water Pendulum Technique ]
A technique that is incredibly useful anytime. A giant pendulum of water swings behind the user, hypnotizing all who gaze on it. After five [5] posts, those gazing at the pendulum are rendered unconscious.

• Mizu Funkei [ Water Decapitation ]
A small jet of water powerful enough to cut off a limb. The jet’s strength gets weaker the farther away the target is, but at close ranges can continue after hitting its target. Technique becomes one [1] rank weaker for every ten [10] feet from the user.


[ A - R a n k ]
• Suishuu Gorugon [ Water Attack Strong Current Torrential Rain ]
Suishuu Gorugon is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. To utilize this technique, the user will use their chakra to generate a mass of water. This can then be sent towards their target as a biting serpent.

• Gekiryuu Chikara [ Raging River Force ]
This technique is similar to the Water Torrent technique, save for a few key differences. Firstly, the power of this technique is enough to tear down most stone walls and defenses, not to mention defenses made of weaker materials. Secondly, this technique produces enough water to flood a small area. This technique can fill an area of 400 square feet (a 20x20 square) with approximately a foot of water.

[ D - R a n k ]
• Buki Hanshoku [ Weapon Multiply ]
Making a single hand sign, the user must first throw a Senbon, Kunai, or other projectile weapon, and then the Genjutsu takes effect. Working on the perception of the target, the weapon becomes many, turning anything from one Senbon into one hundred, in the target's eyes. Mainly used to get the opponent to get caught up with the oncoming weapons, it is a good distraction Jutsu, but can be dodged if the opponent can get away from the one weapon thrown.

[ C - R a n k ]
• Denkou Hachidori no Jutsu [ Electric Hummingbirds Technique ]
Creating a thunderstorm, the user raises their hands into the air and declares that they shall show a sound of lightning. The humming of hummingbirds fill the air and while it does, a large amount of hummingbirds fly from within the thunderclouds and home in on the target(s). Once hitting the target, the feeling that something is drilling into their affected area is felt, causing great pain.

Description: Allows the user to scale walls without the use of Chakra. E-Rank affords a base of 10 feet traveled before falling down again, and each rank above that adds another five feet onto the distance.

Fall Breaker

Description: By slamming their hands, arms, feet, and legs down against the ground upon landing, the Shinobi breaks his or her fall by dispersing the force across the ground, suffering minimal damage. E-Rank covers a fall of ten feet, with each rank above that breaking falls from five feet higher per rank. Cannot be used more than twice in the span of three posts. Damages the landing platform. Using this technique at a higher rank than necessary will propel the user back up the full distance of the fall, but prevents the user from activating it again on its own for the rest of the post due to the strain it puts on the user's muscles.

Description: The user jumps off of the ground or some elevated structure and angles his or herself toward their opponent, attacking with an outstretched leg. Afterward, the user can rebound in the same direction they came from without consuming an additional activation, allowing for a hasty retreat. Can be used at any rank the user has trained to in the Soft Physical Formless Style; if the user is untrained therein, this technique can only be used at E- and D-Rank.

Flying Tackle

Description: The user jumps off of the ground or some elevated structure, and angles his or herself toward their opponent, attacking with a flexed shoulder. Interrupts whatever the person is doing and knocks them down if no precautions are taken to guard against this attack. Can be used at any rank the user has trained to in the Soft Physical Formless Style; if the user is untrained therein, this technique can only be used at E- and D-Rank. Can be used in conjunction with Fall Breaker without consuming an extra activation.

Double Jump

Description: By forming a small platform of Chakra under the feet, the user gains the ability to jump once again. Platform lasts for a split second and cannot be stood upon for longer than that. Can only be used once per jump.

Description: The user runs almost parallel to a wall, stepping up on to it once they have reached nearly their full speed. The momentum of their run allows them to run in a large arc along the wall without using chakra, allowing the user to traverse large gaps with ease. Usage allows for one post of continuous wall running. Does not consume an activation if the user is near a wall.

Air Disperse

Description: By shifting the form of the air with a chakra lined limb or some other tool, the user breaks the fluidity of many techniques that require air or oxygen. Can be used at any rank the user has trained to in the Soft Physical Formless Style, and can be used to disrupt any techniques of a lower rank that affect or rely on the air, such as sound-based Genjutsu, Fuuton, and Katon Ninjutsu. Additionally, it will spread out the impact area of focused attacks, reducing their strength by one descriptive rank per this technique's rank. Dispersal does not travel with the user, and ends after one post.

Description: Using the sound of another nearby occurrence as a model, the user sends Chakra to their feet, causing their footfalls to mimic the sound. Description: The user will again perfectly manipulate falling momentum to their advantage. This time, however, they will do so in an attempt to capture their opponent in an absurdly swift and hasty attack. Punches, kicks, slashes, the whole arsenal is unleashed in a brief moment: for the remainder of the post, all Bukijutsu and Taijutsu techniques (up to the user’s highest learned rank of Soft Physical Formless Style) used only consume half the typical amount of activations, and this technique alone consumes none. The only drawback is the amount of pressure this barrage puts on the user's limbs; as such, it can only be used once per battle, and any physical techniques used for three posts after it have double the Stamina cost.

Description: The user places his/her feet at double shoulder width apart and bends their knees, sinking until they could be sitting on a bench and their height would not change, all the while keeping the back straight. While training a physical technique in this stance, every fourth post also counts as a post toward the training for a relevant Formless Style the user knows. When used in battle, confers a mild increase in the strength of the first offensive or defensive physical technique used every post. Requires D-Rank upkeep every post.

Bell Ring

Description: Having gained enough finesse to strike a bell and ring it without moving its shell, the user uses this skill to strike the opponent. This strike, aimed at the chest area, causes pain and the feeling of not being able to breathe in the opponent that lasts for a short while. While suffering from these effects, the opponent can only use two activation's per post. Effects do not stack. Effects last for one post per rank above D-Rank, increased by one post for each rank that both the Soft AND Hard Physical Formless Styles are trained to.

Description: The user steps into an attack, gently redirecting it with their forward hand or with a weapon in the same hand. After the strike has been deflected, the user thrusts his/her palm upward in to the opponent’s jaw, causing dizziness and disorientation in the opponent. The second attack must be unarmed. Must be used at least at the rank of the incoming attack or it will fail. Can only be used at the maximum shared rank of both the Hard and Soft Physical Formless Styles the user knows.

Firm Step

Description: A very short step in one direction that is used to dodge incoming blows and set up for a counterattack. The range of movement cannot be more than two feet, but allows the user to enter a stance up to one rank below the rank of this technique for no cost and no additional activation.

Spinning Step

Description: This footwork is a fluid spinning movement that sets up and reinforces the offensive techniques of the style. While it adds power, this technique is not necessarily fast, and as such cannot be used without some prior setup. This stance is intended to provide power to strikes and make throws much easier, thought it is slower then some other stances. Consumes one activation per post to maintain. Greatly increases the strength of all throws executed from it, but mildly decreases the users speed.

Cross Split

Description: A two-part attack that ends in the snapping of an opponent’s bone, causing great pain and the loss of usage of the limb until it is healed by a medic. In the first part of the movement, the user blocks an incoming attack and grabs on to the limb. In the second part, the user brings in a strike from the opposite direction and strikes further down along the bone. The force snaps the bone at that particular point. If performed with weaponry, this technique can be used to break an opponent’s weapon or to disarm him/her. Can only block up to the technique’s rank, and will negate any armor or reinforcement techniques of a lower rank.

Description: A very fast, agile, and coordinated stance that nevertheless lacks balance. The Cat Stance, starting from the Back Stance, is assumed by drawing the forward foot in so that it is very close to the backward foot and raising its heel from the ground, focusing weight on the back foot. Once successfully in the stance, the user’s back should be straight. From this stance, the speed of footwork and all Formless Style techniques is increased heavily, but the user is incapable of blocking any physical techniques above C-Rank without breaking the stance. This threshold can be raised to the maximum shared rank between the Hard and Soft Physical Formless Styles.

River Flow

Description: After evading an incoming attack, the user counters with an exceptionally powerful kick to an opponent’s side or head. This counterattack carries with it enough force to shatter bones and can do serious damage to armor. In addition to this, the technique can slip through other techniques meant to pinch it and hold it in place. This technique can be used more than once in quick succession without straining the body much, with each additional attack consuming half an activation but 20 Stamina more. If used coming out of the Spin Step, the first kick’s strength is increased greatly.

Hawk’s Talons

Description: Through careful exertion of Chakra, the user becomes able to extend the range of any Formless techniques by half the length of the limb or weapon involved. Lasts for ten Formless techniques or four posts, whichever is shorter.

Description: A series of very fine strikes that cause no visible damage, but lock joints and prevent the escape of the opponent by slowing them to a near standstill. Description: The user assumes a powerful stance, both legs tightened and slightly spread, both arms tucked to the side in fists. When the opportunity comes, the user will then thrust either hand's finger forward in a swift jab. This finger jab is strong enough to pierce the skin and cause serious contained injury- essentially like being stabbed by a short knife. Compatible with techniques that would enhance an ordinary knife's strike.

Description: A move that uses the palms and a stiff stance to transfer momentum from the practitioner to the opponent in one fierce action. With the legs spread slightly apart, and the arms tucked at the sides- palms out -the user will lean inward and perform a swift body blow with both hands. The impact is not extremely lethal, but is very capable of sending the target a good distance away. Knocks the opponent back one meter per rank and gains a mild strength bonus per rank if the target resists the knockback.

Description: The user performs a very swift rotational sidestep on one foot, meanwhile lifting the other in order to land a sneaky whiplash blow on their target. Gains a slight speed bonus per rank against advancing opponents.

Fukumigoe no Sho-ro [ Cry of a Muffled Voice ]

Description: An extension performed midway through Roaring Iron Finger. While the finger is still piercing the target, the user will burst the chakra in their finger forward, forcing it to cause radial internal damage. If the user managed to strike at a vital location, this additional attack could easily end someone's life. The afflicted will lose any bonuses to their strength and fortitude until the wound is treated by a medic or they naturally heal.

Description: The act of shifting chakra into a focused form, either surrounding or extended from a limb. Unlike most chakra gathering and focusing techniques, Uraate needs the chakra to be collected in a rotational force. By gathering the chakra while it is rotating, the practitioner forces it to extend from a limb in an aura. From here, the aura can be pressed as a powerful needle like piercing force with an additional motion. Uraate can be used to make any "Simple" technique "Complex", thusly dealing more damage, but requiring chakra. Techniques powered up that are above rank C require an additional [10] chakra.

Description: This technique is used by throwing a single punch from a position that resembles drawing an arrow to a bow. When performed so that contact is actually made, the chakra can distort the cardiac order of the target, causing heavy internal bleeding.

After additional preparations have been completed, the user will thrust both hands forward, releasing a pair of matching chakra torrents in the shape of serpent-like dragons. It should also be noted that these projectiles are able to take on elemental properties of the user.

Ryuhari Funzento no Arashi [ Dragon Needle in a Storm of Rage ]
Rank: S :: Complex
Description: A single needle is produced via the Uraate technique. This needle of swirling and cloudy chakra is held between the index and middle fingers' knuckles. This needle is then jammed into the target by a simple punch. From here, the needle will sink into the target, locking itself into position. After a short amount of time ( 2nd post ), the needle will send chakra all throughout the target, causing severe muscle cramps and ultimately crippling them. As time goes on ( 4th post ), the needle's chakra feed will increase, causing waves of pain to overcome the target. As the technique comes to an end ( 7th post ), the pain will be so severe that the afflicted will actually be more willing to take their own life rather than deal with the horrid amount of internal suffering.

Senbon must be thrown in some fashion, via an item or by hand, to activate. Controls up to 100 needles for up to three [3] posts. Needles must be moved as a group and cannot be controlled independently.

• Kozumikku Jigyou no Jutsu [ Astral Projection Skill ]
A technique that is used to send an astral projection of the user to another place they have been to before, the astral projection can lend Chakra but cannot physically fight. A weaker form of Gentoushin no Jutsu. Chakra may only be given in the form of Korabo Ninjutsu. Often used as a form of communication. Requires an upkeep of half the original cost to continue after the first post.


[ B - R a n k ]
• Kage Bunshin no Jutsu [ Shadow Clone Technique ]
This technique creates a solid clone of the user, unlike the empty ones formed from the traditional Bunshin no Jutsu. The user's chakra is evenly distributed among every clone, giving each clone an equal fraction of the user's overall power. The clones are capable of performing techniques on their own and can even bleed, but will usually disperse after one or two decent blows. They can also disperse on their own. The clones will be created to appear in the same condition as the original did when he/she performed the technique itself. Shadow clones can't be distinguished from the original even by the Byakugan- because the clones have the exact same amount of chakra and aren't made from any other substance. Creates a solid clone which is able to interact with the environment and perform any technique the user knows. The strength of each clone is dependent on the amount of chakra put into each clone. A clone can have anywhere from [1] chakra to all but [1] chakra of the user's pool. The same goes for stamina. The user must retain at least [1] of each pool or they will lose consciousness. Each clone takes [15] chakra to create, and up to three [3] clones can be made per activation. Shadow clones cannot be told apart by doujutsu. The clone disperses if it receives a solid hit (C-rank or higher), or runs out of chakra or stamina. When a clone is dispersed, any knowledge it gained while active is transferred to the original only, no other clones, and any remaining chakra and stamina is returned to the user. Shadow clones may not leave the immediate area [same thread] that the user is in. The only exception is that a village leader may use shadow clones to aid them in managing the village, although the clones cannot leave the village.

• Shoushagan no Jutsu [ Vanishing Facial Copy Technique ]
Official Description: A dark technique, the Jutsu involves the removal of the face of the person to be impersonated. By wearing their face and clothing, the Shinobi can impersonate the original without others being aware. The face's owner must be deceased, and permanently removes the face of the victim, making facial recognition impossible. The user may use recorded faces for the technique's cost, and the face will remain for five [5] posts following before chakra must be paid again.

• Meisai Gakure no Jutsu [ Camouflage Concealment Technique ]
After forming the needed hand seals, the Shinobi can grant them self invisibility. So far only the Sharingan eye and its revelation abilities have been shown to pierce the veil and see the hidden Shinobi. It is unknown if the Byakugan can penetrate the Jutsu and see the user's Chakra circulatory system. Sensing techs A-rank and less, including unstated versions like Disciplines, are blocked. For a C-rank [20 chakra] upkeep, the technique can be continued past the first post.

• Toomegane no Jutsu [ Telescope Technique ]
Using a crystal ball, the user is able to view events transpiring around a large area such as a village. Allows the user to view all outdoor happenings in a subforum.

The user communicates to another by using a scroll, on which writing appears and disappears. Used by Disonasu and Kabuto Yakushi. The user will apply this Fuuin to a matching set of scrolls, paper, notebooks, or any other kind of paper medium. The users of these scrolls need only pay chakra to utilise the communication, meaning they do not need to be trained in the Fuuin to use the Fuuin. To send messages via these scrolls requires a cost, but to receive does not. C Rank allows short messages to be sent. B Rank allows longer messages or simple drawings to be sent. A Rank allows voice or intricate drawings, to be sent. No matter the rank, a single cost will allow free use of the scroll for the user’s following five posts, allowing a total of six [6] posts (equaling 30min total in RP) of use before another cost needs to be paid. Takes one [1] Ninjutsu slot.

Kuchiyose

• Kuchiyose no Jutsu [ Summoning Technique ]
Requires C-rank training in Kaifū. Is listed under the Maruton section, allowing for the 'Kuchiyose' section to be put down separately on one's profile with mirrored ninjutsu limits. Allows for dna contracts between living entities. After learning, is automatically applied to wanted Kaifū.


Suiton:
[ X - R a n k ]
• Mizu Soujuu [ Water Manipulation ]This involves learning basic manipulation of the properties of water. Boiling, and pressurization of water are included in these studies. Boiling includes the creation of steam by further putting chakra into the water. The user cannot perform these tasks on larger bodies of water with this basic study alone. Furthermore, by learning to draw water from the moisture in the air, the shinobi can use water techniques without requiring a source of water nearby (unless stated otherwise.) A Kage level jutsu always requires a water source, even if the Mist-nin in question creates it first.
Guild Description: In this technique, X determines the amount of water to be created. At E-rank, about a gallon of water is gathered, and the amount quadruples with each rank after, capping out at about one-thousand [1000] gallons at S rank [enough to fill a small pool]. Learning this technique also reduces the cost of Formless manipulation by five [5] chakra, to a minimum of five [5].

• Mizu no Yaiba [ Water Sword ]Creates a sharp sword made of solid water in the user’s hand. As the user's control improves, he can manipulate the shape and size he/she wants the sword to have, from a tiny dagger to a massive decapitator sword. At the minimum requirements, the sword has minimal offensive power, able to make slight cuts and tears in the flesh of an opponent, and susceptible to high pressure (an opponent breaking the blade with a weapon of his own).
E-Rank: The sword can be up to the size of a wakizashi, and is fragile, breaking under the pressure of weapon strikes against it.
D-Rank: The sword can be up to the size of a katana, and is now as strong as a normal, metal blade.
C-Rank: The sword can be up to the size of a nodachi, and now cuts with the edge of a finely crafted blade.
B-Rank: The sword can be up to the size of a cleaver sword, and is now incredibly durable and lethal.

• Mizu Kagami no Jutsu [ Water Mirror Technique ]A simple Jutsu that allows the user to turn a quantity of water as small as a drop and as large as a small puddle into a mirrored surface. This can allow the user to see behind himself, and around corners with careful application of the technique. Only lasts one [1] post unless an upkeep cost of the original cost is paid each post.


[ D - R a n k ]
• Kokuun no Jutsu [ Black Clouds Technique ]
After forming the necessary hand seals, a black mist will emit from his body and rise into the sky. Black clouds will form, releasing a flammable rain of oil onto his targets. Cloud is approximately twenty [20] feet across, and is capable of soaking anyone under it in oil, including allies.

• Mizu Shuriken no Jutsu [ Water Shuriken Technique ]
Through the use of water manipulation, the user can create multiple small Shuriken comprised of water and launch them towards the target. After hitting and/or cutting a solid surface, they revert to water. It is important to note that these Shuriken can be physically launched (by hand) or launched as they are created.

• Suimenka no Kisoku [ Breathing Underwater Technique ] partially passive
The art of breathing underwater using chakra to remove oxygen from water has been a long handed down secret of the Mist. The length of time and the depth that the diver can go under depends on the ability of the user. This technique typically activates whenever the Shinobi breathes in water and requires no hand seals. This technique is partially passive in that it activates automatically when the shinobi's head is submerged underwater. However, it requires an upkeep of half the original cost once active to continue past the first post.

• Mizutamari no Jutsu [ Water Puddle Technique ] Passive
By altering personal body shape, the user can melt into a puddle of water on the ground. This allows the user to hide and set up an ambush, or lose inexperienced trackers. For an upkeep of half the original cost, the technique can be continued past the first post.

• Hachi Shokushu [ Eight Tentacles ]
A skill in which is used to give the user additional limbs. Gathering chakra into the water, the user can create up to eight arms upon their back that resemble the tentacles of an octopus. Approximately six feet in length, and are capable of attacking in all directions. For an upkeep of half the original cost, the technique can be continued past the first post.

• Kirigakure no Jutsu [ Hidden Mist Technique ]
Kirigakure no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by Hidden Mist Shinobi. The Shinobi causes the area surrounding their target to be covered in fog. The low visibility allows the Shinobi to silently and secretly assassinate their target.

• Kiri Shikaku no Jutsu [ Mist Vision Technique ]
A technique usually used with Kirigakure no Jutsu, the Mist Vision technique allows the user to see through heavy mist, steam, or any other condition caused by water in the air. This does not give the ability to see through smoke. The technique is passive and activates when the user's vision would otherwise be obstructed by mist.

• Suiton: Shunshin no Jutsu [ Water Release: Instant Movement Technique ]
Nearly exactly like the Maruton version of Shunshin, this one coats the user's body in a highly slippery water film, allowing them to merely slip around non-chakra objects in the environment. Also allows the user to transport to bodies of water they know of within range. Usable thrice per battle, including the other versions of Shunshin.


[ C - R a n k ]
• Suihashu [ Water Wave Hand ]
Yamato will raise his hand into the air and emit a continuous jet of water to disrupt his opponent's attacks. Due to the nature of water, this attack works especially well against smoke based Jutsu.

• Mizuame Nabara [ Starch Syrup Capture Field ]
After forming the needed hand seals, Izumo will expel a sticky liquid from his gullet. This liquid can cover approximately 20 square meters. If the target runs on top of the liquid, their feet will become glued to its sticky surface. If the Shinobi focuses chakra to their feet before touching the surface, they can hover above and move over it without hindrance. This allows Izumo or a comrade to charge and attack without fear of becoming bogged down as well. Requires using Suimen Hokou no Waza to move about on top of the liquid.

• Suirou no Jutsu [ Water Prison Technique ]
Suirou no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to imprison an opponent. The Shinobi forms the necessary hand seals which causes the water to form around the target into a spherical prison which only allows for limited movement. The Shinobi must keep their body touching the water prison to maintain its existence. If the contact is broken, the water falls away and their target is released. When combined with a bunshin technique, the Shinobi can imprison their target but still allow for a clone to attack others nearby.

• Deido Tama [ Mud Ball ]
A very useful technique used to slow down their opponents, the user spits out a large ball of mud. The mud is kept together with chakra and, when it strikes a hard surface, it hardens-- slowing down movement of the person hit or weighing down an item. Once it has turned solid, only a strong person can break it, though a water technique of C-Rank or higher can liquefy the mud once more. Eventually, the hardened mud shatters, and the victim is no longer inconvenienced by it. Expending stamina of B-rank or higher will break the hold. The mud will shatter after three [3] of the users posts.

• Mizu no Muchi [ Whip of Water ]
Mizu no Muchi is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to create a whip. The Shinobi can also send an electric current through the whip to electrocute the opponent. The whip will function in the normal fashion, such as allowing the Shinobi to whip the crap out of little kids. Requires Raiton chakra and formless ninjutsu, or a Raiton technique to send an electric current through the whip.

• Suikusari no Jutsu [ Water Chains Technique ]
Creates chains made of water and binds the enemy's ankles and wrists to make them more vulnerable and less mobile. The enemy can still perform normally if he is strong enough to move. Moderately decreases speed for duration of technique. Technique lasts three [3] posts, or until the opponent breaks free, using a B-rank or higher amount of stamina.

• Mizutamari Yusuo no Jutsu [ Water Puddle Transportation Technique ]
Augment [learned as C] The normal Mizutamari Technique must be learned before you can use this technique, since it requires Mizutamari to be used in conjunction with it. If a user uses the Mizutamari while standing on top of a lake or river or any other water source, he/she can materialize himself/herself back anywhere he/she wants within the area of the water source [maximum range, 1/2 a mile]. That way the user can surprise the enemy from behind or even from below. Requires knowing Mizutamari no Jutsu [Water Puddle Technique]. This is an upgrade of Mizutamari no jutsu and takes the same slot as the D-rank version once learned. Either version can be used for the appropriate version's cost.

• Shokushu Rendan Kyouran [ Tentacle Barrage Fury ]
Augment [learned as C] A skill which is used to attack the opponent from various angles. Around the opponent, eight tentacles emerge all created from water. These tentacles having a mind of their own much like bunshins, which will come down and attack the opponent in utter desperation to attack them. These tentacles can be attacked and destroyed, but that just makes openings for the tentacles to attack. Requires knowing Hachi Shokushu [Eight Tentacle]. This is an upgrade of Hachi Shokushu and takes the same slot as the D-rank version once learned. Either version can be used for the appropriate version's cost.

• Mizu Oni Kuike [ Water Demon’s Appetite ]
A skill which utilizes the water around the opponent for it to work. Below the opponent, a head made of water emerges and tries to swallow up the opponent, having sharp dagger like teeth. If the initial chomp misses the opponent, a tongue will emerge to wrap around the opponent to try and pull them back under for a second attempt.


[ B - R a n k ]
• Daibakuryuu no Jutsu [ Great Exploding Current ]
After doing the needed hand seals a vortex of water will form, sucking anything on the surface above it down to the depths below. Costs a B-Ranked amount of Chakra per human-sized entity.

• Ja no Kuchi [ Serpent Mouth ]
After forming the needed hand seals, Fuuka will generate a spinning column of water which will take the form of a serpent with a gaping maw. This serpent can twist and follow her target. After activation, she can create further serpents if needed. Fuuka may also use this Jutsu in conjunction with Doton • Doro Houshi. The water of Ja no Kuchi will increase the momentum of the earth of Doro Houshi to create a more powerful mud slide. Each homing serpent take one [1] B-Ranked amount of chakra at minimum, but up to three [3] can be made per activation. Serpent will follow the opponent until they hit something, whether it's the opponent or something else. If used with Doro Houshi, the doton's technique is increased by one [1] rank in strength.

• Doriru Suiyari no Jutsu [ Drilling Water Spears ]
Used when the enemy is standing on top of water to launch a surprise attack. Large sharp drill shaped spears made of water come forth out from the water around the enemy and attacks. Alternatively, this can be used as a powerful defense, causing the water drills to intercept attacks and either nullify them, in the case of elemental techniques, or deflect them high in the case of projectiles. Create five [5] large spears.

• Goshokuzame [ Five Sharks Eating ]
Kisame will form the needed hand seals and then place his hand to the surface of the water. A shark of condensed water will emerge from each of his fingers to attack his opponent who is in the water below. Each shark can only attack once before dissipating, but will remain until they attack or are dispelled.

• Gousuiwan no Jutsu [ Strong Water Arm Technique ]
Using his ability to transform his body into water, Suigetsu will reform his arm in a more muscular form. This stronger arm allows him to deliver more powerful swings with his head cleaver sword.
Guild Description: See official description. Shaping water around the user's arm gives a heavy increase to strength when using that limb. For an upkeep of half the original cost, the technique can be continued past the first post.

• Suijinheki [ Water Encampment Wall ]
The Shinobi will first do a string of hand seals and then proceed to blow out a jet of water from their mouth to act as a water barrier from incoming attack.
Guild Description: See official description. Barrier can repel Shinobi, as well as Ninjutsu under A-Rank.

• Mizu Shinmon no Jutsu [ Water Interrogation Technique ]
A move used for interrogating the enemy, a bubble of liquid is placed around the head of the target, causing echoes of the target’s thoughts to sound throughout the water, allowing those who hear the echoes knowledge of anything in the target’s mind.

• Mizu Furiko no Jutsu [ Water Pendulum Technique ]
A technique that is incredibly useful anytime. A giant pendulum of water swings behind the user, hypnotizing all who gaze on it. After five [5] posts, those gazing at the pendulum are rendered unconscious.

• Mizu Funkei [ Water Decapitation ]
A small jet of water powerful enough to cut off a limb. The jet’s strength gets weaker the farther away the target is, but at close ranges can continue after hitting its target. Technique becomes one [1] rank weaker for every ten [10] feet from the user.

• Suishuu Gorugon [ Water Attack Strong Current Torrential Rain ]
Suishuu Gorugon is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. To utilize this technique, the user will use their chakra to generate a mass of water. This can then be sent towards their target as a biting serpent.

• Gekiryuu Chikara [ Raging River Force ]
This technique is similar to the Water Torrent technique, save for a few key differences. Firstly, the power of this technique is enough to tear down most stone walls and defenses, not to mention defenses made of weaker materials. Secondly, this technique produces enough water to flood a small area. This technique can fill an area of 400 square feet (a 20x20 square) with approximately a foot of water.

[ D - R a n k ]
• Buki Hanshoku [ Weapon Multiply ]
Making a single hand sign, the user must first throw a Senbon, Kunai, or other projectile weapon, and then the Genjutsu takes effect. Working on the perception of the target, the weapon becomes many, turning anything from one Senbon into one hundred, in the target's eyes. Mainly used to get the opponent to get caught up with the oncoming weapons, it is a good distraction Jutsu, but can be dodged if the opponent can get away from the one weapon thrown.

[ C - R a n k ]
• Denkou Hachidori no Jutsu [ Electric Hummingbirds Technique ]
Creating a thunderstorm, the user raises their hands into the air and declares that they shall show a sound of lightning. The humming of hummingbirds fill the air and while it does, a large amount of hummingbirds fly from within the thunderclouds and home in on the target(s). Once hitting the target, the feeling that something is drilling into their affected area is felt, causing great pain.

The Hatake are able to imbue their bladed weapons (Swords with Chains, Swords, Tanto, Daggers, etc) with bright electricity. This causes the blade to have a more focused edge, and higher cutting power than normal. This jutsu does not require handseals.


• Raiton: Shiroi Yari (Lightning Release: White Spear)
Using the Tanto or another type of sword the user is able to send their Raiton down the blade in the form of a white chakra blast. This technique explodes in impact releasing a blast of lightning that explodes with the force of an exploding tag. This jutsu removes the effects of the Raiton: Tanto Yaiba and the Raiton: Shiroi Yaiba after two uses. Either the Raiton: Tanto Yaiba or the Raiton: Shiroi must be active to use this jutsu.

• Raiton: Tanto Yaiba (Lightning Release: Tanto Blade)
This technique increases the flow between the user and the weapon. By converting their Raiton into visible almost white bright chakra, the user is able to extend the blade and focus more of its power into a chakra blade. The stronger the user the longer the blade created. This jutsu does not require handseals.

• Raiton: Hatake (Lightning Release: Scarecrow)
This technique increases the flow between the user and the weapon. By converting their Raiton into a high level bushin. The Hatake member becomes able to use a white light clone. This clone is able to perform one raiton from it's creator. Only a member of the Hatake Clan could replicate this kind of technique.


• Chidori Sai (One Thousand Birds Cut)
This attack is a mixture of Hatake Clan’s specialties. The user is able to channel their raiton through their weapon of choice. Through repeated slashes (maximum of 4 shots) they become able to unleash raiton blasts that appear to be white in color. These slashes cleave metal like a hot knife through butter. These slashes are extremely fast and blinding to those who are not the Hatake or Lightning User in question, thus making this technique special. This jutsu does not require handseals.



[ A - R a n k ]
• Chidori Tatsumaki (One Thousand Birds Tornado)
The user combines the knowledge of the above techniques to cause their "Shiroi Chidori" to spin around an entire limb. The electric becomes a focused blast of brillant white seeming chakra. This blast spinning as fast as the Hatake in question can go. When shot fourth this jutsu expands to the point that even a human body could fit within it. This cause an extreme level of cuts and burns from the raiton of the Hatake. This jutsu does not require handseals.


• Shiroi Chidori (One Thousand White Birds)
Similar to the original “Chidori” this jutsu can only be used by The Hatake Clan due to the methods for it’s creation. It not something that can be duplicated by outsiders and remains special since the clans founding. It requires a near complete mastery of the clans’ unique raiton nature to give it life. It’s strength is in the fact it requires no hand seals, and can be further charged up if the user so chooses, increasing its offensive strength two fold, in comparison to the original.

Nijiro's father was a member of the Hatake clan, born in a village in the Water Country. He was raised a fighter and protected his village from would-be bandits and roaming criminals. His older sister, Nijiro's aunt, was married young, at age seventeen, to a Mist shinobi, and took residence within the Mist village while Nijiro's father was only fifteen. At age seventeen, he too met someone, having escorted a trading wagon to a nearby village. The woman was an extremely bright medicinal apprentice, and the two instantly took to each other. However, the woman accidentally made a herbal tea with an ingredient that had them both in a very 'energetic' state. The next morning was very awkward. But he had leave; travel back to his home village and leave the apprentice girl behind - she had an arranged marriage that would have torn her family apart if they found out she had spent a night with a man. They both agreed not to speak of it.

A month later, the woman found she was pregnant. She had already been married by this point but when Nijiro was born, it was obvious the child was not her husband's as she was born with the Hatake clan silver hair. They remained married, but Nijiro's mother was constantly neglected by her husband, and, in turn, Nijiro was eventually started to be treated neglectfully by her mother. At age seven, Nijiro's father, then at the age of twenty-four, visited the village once more, and found a silver haired girl playing alone on a rooftop. When he saw the child's mother call her down, he recognized the woman as the girl he had met seven years ago and instantly figured out that Nijiro was his daughter. He tried to talk to the woman, who grabbed Nijiro roughly and ran off. He followed after them, only to find the silent husband of Nijiro's mother at the door of their home. The Hatake clan member was turned away, but he did not leave, standing in the shadows of the house as he listened to the married couple fight, though he did not hear Nijiro at all.

The husband left the house, he heard the woman crying, and then everything went silent. Then he heard Nijiro scream. Nijiro's mother had hung herself in her daughter's room. Finding the sobbing girl, he took her in his arms and held her tightly in his arms, trying to soothe her. He took her home with him in the middle of the night, but no-one came looking for her. Since then, Nijiro was raised in a caring home of the Hatake clan, who took her in without resistance. 

Nijiro was soon given training by her father in the ways of the ninja; her neglectful household had made Nijiro quick on her feet to avoid a beating, and she had a strong eye for predicting future movements. After a year, Nijiro had shown to be a very promising ninja, and had started to open up considerably. But her father gave her a choice; stay with him and remain a villager, or go live with his sister, whom she had met twice, and enroll to become a ninja of Mist Village. Nijiro made her choice, and became a student at Kirigakure. She graduated with below average marks - she had the Hatake lazy gene of showing up late only being half-arsed to do her work. However, when forced to do her work, she was shown to be quite excellent - especially in practical work.

After graduating, Nijiro was placed into a team, but an accident occurred when she was fifteen - a D-Rank mission turned into an encounter with ninja from an enemy nation. Nijiro and her squad mates were severely injured, and their sensei killed in front of them. Nijiro was sent to recuperate back in the village with her father, where it took a full year to mentally, and physically, heal. Nijiro was sixteen when she returned to Kirigakure to live with her aunt once more, though she had to wait a while before she could be placed into a team.

This technique when used causes the opponent to become mute until the technique is dispelled. The user will form the specific technique seal and then apparently as part of the ritual required for the technique, ask the target a question. If the opponent answers, the technique is then immediately invoked causing the person to lose the use of their voice. Requires an upkeep of half the original cost to continue after the first post. The victim regains their voice once the technique is released.

• Kozumikku Jigyou no Jutsu [ Astral Projection Skill ]
A technique that is used to send an astral projection of the user to another place they have been to before, the astral projection can lend Chakra but cannot physically fight. A weaker form of Gentoushin no Jutsu. Chakra may only be given in the form of Korabo Ninjutsu. Often used as a form of communication. Requires an upkeep of half the original cost to continue after the first post.


[ B - R a n k ]
• Kage Bunshin no Jutsu [ Shadow Clone Technique ]
This technique creates a solid clone of the user, unlike the empty ones formed from the traditional Bunshin no Jutsu. The user's chakra is evenly distributed among every clone, giving each clone an equal fraction of the user's overall power. The clones are capable of performing techniques on their own and can even bleed, but will usually disperse after one or two decent blows. They can also disperse on their own. The clones will be created to appear in the same condition as the original did when he/she performed the technique itself. Shadow clones can't be distinguished from the original even by the Byakugan- because the clones have the exact same amount of chakra and aren't made from any other substance. Creates a solid clone which is able to interact with the environment and perform any technique the user knows. The strength of each clone is dependent on the amount of chakra put into each clone. A clone can have anywhere from [1] chakra to all but [1] chakra of the user's pool. The same goes for stamina. The user must retain at least [1] of each pool or they will lose consciousness. Each clone takes [15] chakra to create, and up to three [3] clones can be made per activation. Shadow clones cannot be told apart by doujutsu. The clone disperses if it receives a solid hit (C-rank or higher), or runs out of chakra or stamina. When a clone is dispersed, any knowledge it gained while active is transferred to the original only, no other clones, and any remaining chakra and stamina is returned to the user. Shadow clones may not leave the immediate area [same thread] that the user is in. The only exception is that a village leader may use shadow clones to aid them in managing the village, although the clones cannot leave the village.

• Shoushagan no Jutsu [ Vanishing Facial Copy Technique ]
Official Description: A dark technique, the Jutsu involves the removal of the face of the person to be impersonated. By wearing their face and clothing, the Shinobi can impersonate the original without others being aware. The face's owner must be deceased, and permanently removes the face of the victim, making facial recognition impossible. The user may use recorded faces for the technique's cost, and the face will remain for five [5] posts following before chakra must be paid again.

• Meisai Gakure no Jutsu [ Camouflage Concealment Technique ]
After forming the needed hand seals, the Shinobi can grant them self invisibility. So far only the Sharingan eye and its revelation abilities have been shown to pierce the veil and see the hidden Shinobi. It is unknown if the Byakugan can penetrate the Jutsu and see the user's Chakra circulatory system. Sensing techs A-rank and less, including unstated versions like Disciplines, are blocked. For a C-rank [20 chakra] upkeep, the technique can be continued past the first post.

• Toomegane no Jutsu [ Telescope Technique ]
Using a crystal ball, the user is able to view events transpiring around a large area such as a village. Allows the user to view all outdoor happenings in a subforum.

The user communicates to another by using a scroll, on which writing appears and disappears. Used by Disonasu and Kabuto Yakushi. The user will apply this Fuuin to a matching set of scrolls, paper, notebooks, or any other kind of paper medium. The users of these scrolls need only pay chakra to utilise the communication, meaning they do not need to be trained in the Fuuin to use the Fuuin. To send messages via these scrolls requires a cost, but to receive does not. C Rank allows short messages to be sent. B Rank allows longer messages or simple drawings to be sent. A Rank allows voice or intricate drawings, to be sent. No matter the rank, a single cost will allow free use of the scroll for the user’s following five posts, allowing a total of six [6] posts (equaling 30min total in RP) of use before another cost needs to be paid. Takes one [1] Ninjutsu slot.

• Buki Hanshoku [ Weapon Multiply ]
Making a single hand sign, the user must first throw a Senbon, Kunai, or other projectile weapon, and then the Genjutsu takes effect. Working on the perception of the target, the weapon becomes many, turning anything from one Senbon into one hundred, in the target's eyes. Mainly used to get the opponent to get caught up with the oncoming weapons, it is a good distraction Jutsu, but can be dodged if the opponent can get away from the one weapon thrown.

• Denkou Hachidori no Jutsu [ Electric Hummingbirds Technique ]
Creating a thunderstorm, the user raises their hands into the air and declares that they shall show a sound of lightning. The humming of hummingbirds fill the air and while it does, a large amount of hummingbirds fly from within the thunderclouds and home in on the target(s). Once hitting the target, the feeling that something is drilling into their affected area is felt, causing great pain.

Shi Akatoki's parents were both Anbu, his mother becoming a personal guardian to one of the Hokages. Both of Shi's parents barely spoke more than necessary, having seen more than they cared to recount and having the mindset to keep work outside of their home. Shi himself had no real desire to join ANBU, but nor did he have any desire to reject the offer when he was approached to be trained into it. Before joining ANBU he worked in codebreaking and training the carrier bird of Konohagure. His appreciation of the avian breed has stayed with him, appearing in his actions of enjoying his time off feeding the wild or tamed birds of the village, as well as keeping a bird feeder and box on his apartment's windowsill.

"Yes!" A head of silver hair pops up from the back of the tent. The speaker was a young woman with a round, child-like face that had split up into a wide grin. Dishevelled strands were sticking up haphazardly at the back of her head, as though the owner had rubbed the back of her head in possible frustration. Bustling down quickly from the back of the tent, she passed a half-dozen curtained off sections before reaching the front of the tent where a rickety desk and folding chair was squished into a corner, acting as the reception desk. "Iyasu Ikatteiru - Medical Student." She spits out with sharp enunciation. "I need you in room three - second on left." Iyasu was more than a foot shorter than Severin, but she stood tall and walked with very deliberate steps. Almost as soon as she had reached the Genin's side, she had stepped up a half-foot behind him, barred his exit with an arm out behind him and her other arm, gripping a clipboard, herding Severin toward the said 'room.' They had barely moved and she was still talking - hasn't stopped at all, in fact. "Left hand, fourth and fifth finger - crush injury." Her voice was tight, low, and as rapid as her pace. "Suspected fractures of the bone, mostly a pulp injury." Seated on the bed was a construction worker, holding cotton to the tips of his ring and pinky fingers. Upon entering, Iyasu's tone shifts.

"Hello, Mr. Tsukuru" Iyasu says, her voice soft and flowing now. "This is medic nin Raigyo, here to help us figure out if you'll need surgery or sutures today. Okay?" Iyasu remains by the curtain's entry point, placing herself out of the way by tucking herself back, slightly, into a corner. At the end of the bed was a chart, clipped onto the rail. Apparently the clipboard Iyasu was holding was something else.
