▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬┤|н ι ѕ т σ r у|├▬ Ōjo was an orphan girl, taken in, or abducted by, a criminal organisation with a talent for the Fuuinjutsu [ Sealing Technique ]. Ōjo is one of the few early experiments to survive having their body being turned into a living scroll of techniques.
Born with no real talent for casting shinobi techniques, Ōjo has next to no chakra nor stamina reserves. She was reared to be an assassin, utilising her female aspects and the powerful jutsu sealed into tattoos across her body. She can release these techniques by inflicting a cut into her body, deep enough to open a major chakra pathway to ignite a proper activation. Once a tattoo has been used, it must be either 'refilled' with the same technique or be removed and replaced with a tattoo suitable for a different technique. All of this is extremely painful, forcing Ōjo to have a high pain-threshold. To hide these markings, Ōjo wears kimonos.
Her training in assassination has allowed Ōjo the skill to move in these heavy outfits and geta footwear with complete silence.
The seal on her forehead is a control seal, meant to prevent either herself or anyone else taking control of Ōjo away from the people currently commanding her.
Ōjo has been trained in the way of the Geisha; she does not bow her head except in the presence of her owner(s). She walks with a completely straight spine with her shoulders back, her chin held slightly above the horizon, her arms crossed over in front of her and meeting in the other's sleeve. Her hair and make-up is always perfectly maintained.
Ōjo is left-handed.

All members of this guild start out as D - ranked Genin, or the equivilent. You have taken your classes, you know some basics, you know how to fight on a very simplistic, and small level. This means a history of excessive violence with years of training to be a murderer, or having committed killings or missions, isn't possible. For Tabletop players, you are a level 1 character. For non-tabletop players, you are child with just the bare minimum of skills. A tragic past is fine. A history of some basic training and knowledge might be okay. But severe bonuses? No. Also, please, do not include such things as "graduating top of his/her/they're class". This immediately assumes that everyone of your group is immediately inferior. There are no geniuses, no experts as a genin. Start from the bottom, and work your way up.
