   Welcome to my plot thread. The first plot is for Adelle, the first Soquili of her two loving owners and one of the older Soqs in Soquili, a position that has given her a very large and (mostly) loving family. Loving her as much as we do, her owners (elfstar89 and pippi1884 cool , we would dearly love her to become an elder. Since she has already maxed out on breedings with her beloved lifemate, the only real reasons we're doing so is because we love Adelle, she'd look lovely on the elder lines (who wouldn't?), and Adelle, having lived a long and full life filled with many experiences and people, would be good at it in all likelihood. We will not be bummed out if Adelle does not make it to elder. This plot for Adelle will be the wrapping up of her story, bringing her emotionally and psychologically full circle, especially after the hardships in her life over the past few years. The second plot is for Alienore, the first Soq I ever solo owned, my first breeding baby, and the youngest of Adelle's daughters through breeding slots. Ali is OOC at loose ends after the breaking of a lifemating, and since she's now on a six month cool down and has not broken up IC (and the break up will be a bit heartbreaking for her), putting Ali on Lover's Rock simply is not an option. Besides, this gets me more active in RP and plotting again, sooo...on to the next Soq~ The third plot is for Morena na Zima, my first purewalker Soq, and the shop's first owlwalker. Morena na Zima is quite unlike most of the more famed skinwalkers: she's sane (clinically) and has PLANS for this world, starting the traditional way of turning the world on its ear: revolution. In this case, an apocalyptic revolution. Are you ready for this? If you said yes to that, you either have a skinwalker who's interested, you have a potential enemy for Morena na Zima and her eventual cohorts, or you are insane. Without further ado, presenting my plot thread~!

 Name: Adelle Mate: Shihab Breedings: Maxed out Plot Background: Adelle has had a long life with eight children, 24 grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandsons. Adelle has had a very full life, but since her second batch of children in early 2008, she has known heartbreak: her second daughter, Neva, always a free-spirited filly, turned dark and began to attack her own family. When Adelle had her final batch of children, Neva found her youngest sister, attacked her, and succeeded in ripping poor Alienore's wing. Though it healed and the family has worked to stay away from their apostate kin, Adelle still loved Neva deep down inside and feared that Neva's evil nature was the result of Adelle being a bad parent, despite the entire family claiming that this is not true. It should be noted that Neva has abandoned her first two batches of children, the first one with Adelle. Neva's first three daughters were debatably not as bad as their mother, and one even turned out to be a little angel, but Adelle's grief and fears remained. Quote: So here's the plot: Neva has finally found and succeeded in accomplishing the one act that will break her mother: Neva has been cursed to be a batwalker. Adelle, discovering that her beloved daughter has been willingly cursed, is convinced that she is a horrible mother and that it would be better to disappear from the lives of her family. Deeply depressed, she flees northward, expecting to be alone. On the way, she finds orphaned foals and raises them to adulthood before moving on. Eventually, we'd like for at least one of the foals she raised to come back to her and prove that Adelle did well in raising them, hopefully successfully persuading Adelle that she's really a wonderful mother and should go home to her family.

There are two basic stages for this plot. We can take any amount of foals until the plot ends. We may even have Adelle continue to raise foals even after returning home at the end of the plot. ^^ I, elfstar89, will be doing the RPing in this plot. pippi18848 will be running a parallel set of RPs where Adelle can run into Soquili who she's met before, as well as those who've encountered Neva, cursed or uncursed. pippi18848 and I are hoping this plot will get her to elderhood. Regardless of whether she makes it to elderhood or not, the goal of this plot is to make Adelle see how much she is loved and valued as a mother to those she raises, Neva and some of Neva's children aside. Stage 1: Will You Be My Mother? Quote: Adelle's going to keep finding orphaned foals in this stage. Looking for: Foals of absolutely any type, except evil foals and mer and seathi foals. Adelle can't swim, so she'd have a hard time raising orphans who are restricted to the water, and Adelle needs to raise children who will love her dearly. RPer: elfstar89 Stage 2: You're the Best Mother Ever! Quote: This is the important stage: foals she raised before need to come back and show her that her raising them has had a powerful and beneficial impact on her. Looking for: Any foals she raised before to come back as adults. Not everyone who she raised needs to come back, but having at least one or two who come back would be awesome. RPer: elfstar89 Parallel RPs: Old Acquaintances and Stories Quote: Adelle's met a fair number of Soqs over the years, having arrived in late 2006. Meeting some of them again would lift her spirits. Alternately, these encounters can be with those who've met Neva or have heard recent stories of Neva. Those with previous encounters with Neva or Adelle can be there to drag her down or lift her spirits, either is fine. Looking for: Any Soquili Adelle has met before, and any Soquili Neva has encountered. Please make sure to remind Pippeh of the encounter, whether it be Neva or Adelle, since Adelle's been around for a looong time, as has Neva. And Neva will certainly be terrorizing even more Soquili than before, considering she's now a cursed batwalker. RPer: pippi18848 I may or may not play the homeward journey as filled with more orphans, but if I do, it'll happen after Stage 2 has been accomplished and she has gained enough confidence to go home. Foals who are still being raised by her by the time she gets home might end up with an adoptive father for a brief while in Adelle's lifemate, Shihab. ^^;

 Name: Alienore Mate: formerly Blake Breedings: 2/3 left Plot Background: Alienore, or Ali, as everyone who knows and loves her calls her, has had a trying life. She's the baby girl of her generation of the family, but that hasn't protected her from hardship, not even belonging to one of the sweetest and most loving families in Soquili. Ali's a sweet, loving girl who grew into a kind and deep-loving mare, no mistake, but when she was an innocent filly, she met her evil older sister Neva and Neva's then-boyfriend, Megapi, the first recorded kalona-skinwalker in the shop. Megapi almost ate Ali, her sister Lavanya, and another colt named Blake, instilling in Ali a terror of skinwalkers and kalonas, not to mention a fear of wolves akin to her mother's terror of wolves. Neva proceeded on another day to rip her baby sister's wing. Good did come out of it, for a time: Blake and Ali became childhood friends, which blossomed slowly into a rather ironic romance between the two: Ali was the sweet princess who was always backed by a loving family and didn't have to get over her fears; Blake was the colt whose dad was AWOL and got training from a rather polite kalona stallion named Viraj. Ali did compete against a couple less than nice mares for Blake, and Blake cured Ali of her distrust of kalonas when he introduced her to Viraj, whom she respects. One would expect things to continue better, but this is not necessarily so. For all that Ali and Blake have been very happy together and thought they'd live together always, even after having three daughters (one of which was foalnapped very early on by one of Blake's female friends), Blake still maintained some relations with the friend who took away Blake and Ali's eldest daughter. Quote: At long last, here's the plot I'd like to follow through for Ali. OOC, Ali and Blake have broken their lifemating, to take advantage of a cool down period before Blake is ready to get back together with his friend, who is Viraj's daughter, and so we can do something for Ali. IC, Ali and Blake will not break up for some months...and while volly (Blake's owner) and I want Ali and Blake to stay friends, this will be tricky, since Ali's got lots of reasons to dislike the other mare and to be heartbroken over it. Sooo, what I'd like is for Ali to find true love before the break up with Blake IC. Before she falls for him, I'd like her to befriend this stallion, and slowly get closer to him as she and Blake drift apart, to ease the parting blow for Ali. She probably will refuse to look at this friend romantically while she is with Blake, out of love for her IC lifemate, but will open up to this friend slowly but with great love as she gets over the break up.

Alienore's plot is more intricate than what I'm doing with Adelle. I am not putting Ali on Lover's Rock for the simple reason that she has a six month no breeding penalty on her and a lot has to happen IC BEFORE I work on the relationship with the new love. As a result, all of this is getting schlepped to plot. Again, this is a two stage plot. Stage one will be meetings and friendship, during which Ali and I will pick a stallion for her to become close to, whom she will eventually lifemate. Stage two will be the break up and falling in love again. Stage 1: New Friends and Acquaintances Quote: Ali's going to be meeting stallies in this stage. I will be looking, above all, for personalities that click with hers. I don't care if they will make pretty babies; I care if the stallion in question will love her deeply and truly. Ali's personality: Ali is the kind, quiet, loving type who loves with her whole heart. She's fairly intelligent and can be determined to get what she wants when she has the drive to want something. Most of the time, others' happiness is her happiness, so making others happy is kinda a big thing for her. Ali has three daughters of her own and helped raise Neva's first three daughters. While her firstborn doesn't know her at all really, Ali considers Neva's kind daughter Branwen as her eldest instead. If Ali knew what really happened to her own firstborn daughter, it'd probably break her heart. In her mother's absence from the Shidelle family's familiar homelands, Ali is to some extent the most central mare to the family; she also maintains a fairly good relationship to her two known daughters and Branwen, visiting with them when she can. Short form: Ali is a total, loving sweetheart who can't get over her fear of wolves or skinwalkers; she can deal with the more gentlemanly or dignified of kalonas, as long as they're not totally evil. Break her, and anyone who knows her will likely give you hell when they catch you...INCLUDING Neva, on the basis that you're stealing one of her victims. Looking for: Anyone who will love her and get along with her. Not much, eh? OK, I admit, I'd prefer one of the following types: Knight in Shining Armor (classic, loving hero), or Mr. Darcy/Mr. Rochester (dark, passionate romance hero). I have no special feelings about coloration, edit levels, edit types, or breeds, just so long as he's someone who can give Ali her happy ending. Stage 2: Heartbreak and New Love Quote: This will be done with the stallion who gets close to Ali in Stage 1. It will take place when volly and I break up Ali and Blake IC, so some several months hence. How we RP it will be entirely up to us. We'll just work through Ali's heartbreak and realizing she really does love this guy friend together when the time comes. No plans, I want this stage to be flexible enough for whomever Ali meets. ^^; It should be noted that at the end of this stage, Ali and Blake will still be friends, and I rather doubt Blake will tolerate abuse of his one-time mate. He'll still be there in her life...just not nearly so major a presence in her life.

Well, that means nothing among purewalkers, especially those of the nocturnal variety, but Morena na Zima holds a special place. She is the first owlwalker in memory to be seen in Kawani lands, having flown in one night in November from far to the north and from the other side of the world. Little further is known of her origins, but more has been gleaned of her personality. Morena na Zima is one of many skinwalkers both pure and cursed who is clinically sane. She doesn't randomly kill anything, she doesn't take glee in her killings, she doesn't go out of her way to make others suffer. No, Morena na Zima looks down on such creatures as poor, demented monsters who would be better off dead and out of their misery than walking around like crazed zombies. This lady has a paramount belief that she holds to like nothing else, the only reason for which she exists in this world: The world is so totally and royally effed up that it is time for a rebirth of the world. Since everyone else seems too busy or too sentimental to do anything about it, it falls to Morena na Zima to start the apocalypse, so the Spirits can make the world anew.... Quote: Quite the goal, eh? Sadly, that's not going to happen all on its own, or overnight, either. As a result, Morena na Zima's plots are multi-staged and flexible; they'll also go on for quite a long while, given the shop population size (and the fact that I won't let her actually kill anyone/anything, except NPC bunnies and such that NO ONE cares about...). The longer-reaching plot I have for her is to start a loose alliance of sane skinwalkers who believe, or or less, as she does; since she's the dark paladin-type, she won't naturally gather cohorts. So, to fix that little wrinkle, she'll need major enemies, including a herd or an individual that she couldn't wallop on her own. Interested? Morena na Zima's plot is meant to be open-ended and varied, once the two planned plot elements get off the ground. Once she has been persuaded to put together her apocalypse team and actually does so, that's when she'll be free to have all kinds of plots thrown at her. Further details of her apocalypse team and the catalyst for forming it are given below~! Stage 1: An Enemy I Must Respect Quote: This will be where Morena has her fight that will teach her that her plan to bring about the apocalypse cannot be done alone. IC, this MUST happen first, but I don't mind doing the RPs out of order...long as they happen and she gets into a fight she can't win, it'll be fine. <3 Looking for: Anyone who is at least equal to her as a fighter. Morena na Zima is a bit of a badass. She can fly, she's got big claws on all four legs, she's got a beak, she's silent, she's nocturnal, she sometimes chooses her victims by whoever whistles at or near her.... Morena na Zima will NOT be taken down by your average pretty pony, but if it's some kind of angeni or angeni cross, or maybe a group of the above who gang up on her, Morena na Zima will be sufficiently challenged. No other requirements, really, but it would be AWESOME if her rival(s) from this stage stay her permanent enemies. Stage 2: The New Dawn League Quote: This will take place IC after the events of Stage 1. Morena na Zima's plan at this juncture will be to gather up a team of sane skinwalkers, any type, who are willing to form a loose alliance and bring about the end of the world, so it can be remade...and maybe get a bit of sweet revenge on the one(s) who took on Morena na Zima in Stage 1 and didn't die. Looking for: ANY *sane* skinwalker. Pure, cursed, wolf, fox, raven, owl, coyote, bat, seal, bear, jellyfish, mountain lion/cat...your shape matters not to her. It's your soul and mind that matter to Morena na Zima. Sanity is a must, as is a willingness to collaborate (or at least, kill no other skinwalker in the New Dawn League), and to keep and raise their spawn as members of the alliance. It will disappoint Morena na Zima if the spawn of members are not at all skinwalkers, but that is a side effect she is willing to take, as long as the spawn are willing to aid their elders. Oh, and, by the way, Morena na Zima will NOT tolerate those who use the New Dawn Alliance for their own benefits. She's willing to run the League in the good old traditions of communism under Vladimir Lenin and the nicer side of Josef Stalin...but you REALLY do not want her to decide to be full out Josef Stalin. Please. She's evil in the way the worst Russian dictators of communism are, but not unless you provoke her.
