:AlexiaSilver's Plot thread:
I suppose that it is about time that I try this once again. Revamped with new Soquili.
A few Rules: 1. I have two jobs at the moment, and eventually College again so I'm busy at times. So please be patient if my replies are taking a little longer then usual, I will make sure to get back to them! 2. Please don't take it personal if I don't take up your offer. <3 3. If my muse for a certain Soquili is dead, it's almost impossible to get a decent response from me. So it's best to wait.
If you have any other questions just ask. :3

Name: HuojinName Meaning: Fire God/Fire Metal.Age: Entering the Prime years of his adulthood.Personality: Huojin can be misunderstood at times but his heart is in the right place. To his herd members he seems far off and strict. As a foal he was mischievous and playful, but he took the untimely death of his parents hard. The only two things he had left in his life were his herd, and his older brother. He pushed himself into studying and learning how to fight and defend the herd if need be. He matured much going into his years as a young adult. He didn't want the position of a leader, and it was never his goal to obtain the role. Huojin's heart was hardened by the loss of his brother and the fear of not living up to his name. He's driven by the need to keep his herd safe, and while he doesn't always express it openly with the other imps, he wouldn't think twice about laying his life down to keep it safe. He doesn't easily allow outsiders into the herd though it isn't completely unheard of; unless they're not usdias. He has no tolerance or trust of normal sized soquili, and believes them all to be untrustworthy cowards. The new member will have to prove themselves before being accepted by Huojin. When speaking to someone, for the herd or not, he tends to be straight to the point. He doesn't usually dillydally with formalities. He does have manners, and uses them when he sees it worth the effort. Overall, Huojin isn't very social. This doesn't make him awkward around others, but tends to come off as slightly forward/rude. He can have a joking side that may seem a little cruel to some but contains some of the mischief that he abandoned from his younger years. Whenever in deep thought, Huojin snarls. It's a tic of his that he doesn't really notice. In his free time, Huojin enjoys crafting metal. Whether it is making trinkets, art or small weapons. He takes worshiping the herd's god's seriously, and prays at least twice a day. History: Huojin lived in the shadow of his older brother, Vulcan, for most of his life. His brother had been the first born, chosen as the leader to their herd of Imps. Vulcan was compassionate, and easily earned the respect of their herd members. Huojin was jealous of his brother and the love he was given by the herd, yet never openly spoke out against him. Instead, he served as a second hand of sorts, being hard when his brother was soft, and going extra lengths to ensure the saftey of their herd. Not everyone agreed with Huojin's tactics and ideals, but it kept the herd safe through their tough times. That is, until Vulcan's life was taken by a skinwalker. It happened late one night, the herd was unsuspecting. Vulcan had taken it upon himself to keep watch that night. He had taken to his post with the company of an outsider from another land. The outsider was a much larger breed than themselves and possessed wings on their sides. Vulcan and the male were supposed to be discussing treaty to make their herds allies, to improve the prosperity and protection between both of their herds. However, their meeting was interrupted by the appearance of a skinwalker. Vulcan hadn't had time to alert the whole herd, and asked the larger male to aid him in his defense. Instead of helping, the cowardly stallion fled, leaving Vulcan alone to fend for himself. Vulcan only had enough time to light off some sparks to make the herd aware of what was happening before being slain. Huojin had not been by his brother's side during the fight, and its something that he will regret for life- if only he had been there to protect his brother instead of the cowardly outsider. Huojin was told that his brother fell bravely, sacrificing his own life to the skinwalker and wounding it in the process. Vulcan's body was never recovered. (Their herd of imps had a tradition of burning the dead's remains (as they worship the fire and sun gods), giving them a peaceful passage into the next world.) That night, Huojin was forced into the role of the new leader, and he promised on his brother's memory, that he'd keep their herd safe. A meeting was called between all of the leaders throughout the lands, and they agreed to move- find somewhere safer where the numbers of skinwalkers would be fewer. Eventually they came upon Kawani. The skinwalkers were far and few inbetween, though there were other dangers like mutants and Kalonas. While the land wasn't perfect, Huojin couldn't help but to agree that it was as good as they'd find. They settled in an area close to the desserts of Kawani, just off of the O-da-lv pass. Huojin hasn't decided if the lands would be a their permanent herdland. Plots/Rp:Any communication with members of the Imp herd are loved. <3 If you have any ideas, just ask! Securing the borders: I'd like for there to be a trespasser of sorts, causing a bit of a ruccus within their herd lands. Huojin would confront them and demand that they leave. An outsider: I would like a representative of a near by Soquili herd to try "Welcoming" the imp herd to the lands with pleasantries and knowledge. Huojin would likely become furious and demand that they leave. (I doubt that Huojin will ever agree with trading/living beside outsiders. It'll be up to his heirs to extend the reach of their imp herd, leading it into greater prosperity) Lifemate: Eventually the elders of his herd will start pressuring him to take a mate. He'll steadily decline each time, thinking that courting a mare a waste of time, until they become fed up with his behavior and decide upon a mate for him. He'll accept the female into his home, but will not let her into his heart. He sees having a mate mostly for reproductive purposes at the moment, and it'll be up to her to show him that it's more than just that. It'll probably be most fitting if the mare is a Pure Imp female. Unless the elders are seeking a strong blooded, driven female of a different subbreed of usdia, to add into their herd. This pairing will not just be for sig candy. I expect quite a few Rps between the two of them before it progresses to entering them in slots. I am in no hurry to find Huojin a female, as neither is he.
