Mission Objective:
XX●XInvestigate the strange events in Loop Swamp

Story so Far:
XX●X Christian and Locke are aspiring tamers who belong to the Gold Hawks Team, recently they were given a mission to investigate the digimon infested Loop Swamp, known for its powerful whirlpools and difficult terrain. The two tamers hardly know one another and are iffy about working together, however, knowing that it is an order from Gold Hawks Leader, Vance Highwind, they head out for their destination.

XX●X The mission starts off with Christian and Locke finally arriving in Loop Swamp to find it strangely quiet. Even the infamous whirlpools have nearly gone silent. However, that is not to say the swamp is entirely empty. The few digimon they do come across are powerful and are a lot more difficult than they expected. After a while the two tamers make their way through the various area's in Loop Swamp they finally reach the center and are surprised to find it totally barren. However, before they can begin to investigate the two tamers are blinded by a strange light

XX●X When the light fades the area around them grows dark and a voice speaks in almost a sing song manner "My my, two little hawks searching for a meal, well now lets make a deal" the two tamers look around, but see no one. The voice seems to be coming from everywhere. "Two tamers fight and one must fall, the winner shall face me in an attempt to win it all" It finishes. Neither tamer can see who is causing the voice but the goal is simple they must fight and the winner gets to face whoever is the source of the problem in Loop Swamp. "My only rule is you both get three digimon, no more no less...two ultimates and one mega..." The voice says before it seems to vanish and the area returns to looking seemingly normal.

XX●X Now the two tamers, Christian and Locke, must face one another, now let the games begin...

His ears wrung with the bitter sound of an unknown origin's voice singing, which announced that he would have to combat his partner, Locke. The voice's conditions were that they would have to battle with two Ultimate Digimon, and One Mega Digimon. If he had to fight to serve, which sort of drug this situation to fit the theme of a Roman Gladiator. "Locke, I think we're going to have to battle." He implied to Locke, whom he couldn't even see. His mind starting turning onto the thought of treason, and the consequence's of returning back Vance, who had placed him on the chief's bad-side. Locke wasn't even really a comrade some, just some kid he was paired with to investigate this bloody Swamp. "I'm going to have to kill you, and this coward for freedom Locke." He scoffed as he recalls some militant tactics he was taught as a younger boy.

Locke frowned as he herd the voice he had to admit Christian was right if they wanted to get this mission done they'd have to face each other. He turned toward Christian "Lets just get this over with, I'd like to face whatever that thing was and get out of here as soon as possible" He said. He knew the two of them were hardly even allies, but he didn't like the idea of facing a fellow Gold Hawk. When he herd Christian mention killing him and the voice he frowned knowing he was going all out. "Good because I don't plan on holding back either" He said. He knew he probably wasn't as skilled as Christian when it came to combat, but he wasn't about to give up. He held his digivice tight as he readied his first digimon. He held his digivice out "Artemis! Realize" He said as an indigo energy fired from his digivice before it formed into a Gatomon. "Now digivolve" He said. The gatomon then glowed as it digivolved into Lady Devimon. "Lets play" Artemis said with a smirk.

He lifted his Digivice from his side, which shown with an orange-light. "Guilmon realize!" He hollered as the light shown through the Digivice, and an egg realized from the "metal container". The egg unwrapped from several code streams, and un-twinned to reveal a red-dinosaur, who leaped into the air like it was a procedure. "Digi-soul Charge!" He released from his chest, which let out another stream of codes, but were green instead of white. The stream of codes re-wrapped the Digimon, which spun around quickly.

"Guilmon, Wrap-Digivolve to! RizeGreymon!" His voiced echoed as the name RizeGreymon came out of the once small Digimon's mouth, but this time deeper. The orange Digimon crashed to the ground, which shook the foundation of the landscape roughly. "Ladies first." RizeGreymon retorted, with a devious grin.

Locke watched as Christian brought out his digimon, it was guilmon who quickly became a Rizegreymon. Locke looked at Artemis and nodded. Artemis gave an evil smile before looking at his opponent "You're so kind" He said sarcastically. Artemis knew that his Ladydevimon form made him look like a woman, but he was still a male digimon. He held his hand up before swinging it and a large whip flew at Rizegreymon "Stunwhip" He said as the whip flew at the digimon. He then swung his arm again making the whip fly at Rizegreymon again.
