Mostly, I'd like you to take these two images, and create a dark mysterious boney horse! =3 I love the glowey dark colors. And when I say fluffeh, I want the hair, tail, and possible fetlocks, to be almost feathery in appearance, like the original pet, but better by Mind-POWAH!

Body: Deep purple base, smudged/watercolored teal and lighter purple stripes. See ref for better idea of what it should look like.
Face: Muzzle fades darker and there are light purples and some teal stripes around the eyes. See ref.
Mane: Midnight blue/black withe bright blue highlights that get brighter towards the tips.
The hair is silky and smooth looking with edge layers and naturally spiked so it's got a weight to it. Not just straight up gelled or anything. A few long thin wispy strands from the front reach to about his chest in length.
Tail: Midnight blue/black withe bright blue highlights that get brighter towards the tips.
Custom variant of a kirin tail. It's going to be long, holding up in front of his legs, like in the ref. I want the scales to reach all the way down to the tip and the hair to go from tip up the underside of the tail.
Hooves/Fetlocks: Fading lightly from bright toe to slightly darker heal Teal Kirin hooves. Fetlocks should be custom feathered, and colors to match with the body.

Personality: Clockwork Hatter is a bright and cheerful stallion who loves to help others. He is always careful to make sure that he gets something from it also though. Always trying to stay on top of the gossip chain, Hatter loves to find out what is going on and is always ready to offer an oppinion. He traveled with the Doctor on his way over from England and is quite the opposite of the eccentric stallion in some way but they still got along well. When they landed they parted ways, the Doctor moving south and Clockwork north with the promise to meet back up in a year and compare notes.

Face: eyes- glowing green (like blood elf >.>) also, I want edited eyes, to match the shape and eyelashes ect of blood elves.
Mane: Pale blonde custom hair (with a headband thing) fringe (bangs) like the character, hair similar style, longish.
Tail: pale blonde custom tail. Something to match the hair. Long..dragging on the ground a little
Hooves/Fetlocks: dark gray-black. Longer, prettier fetlocks

Body/Face: Dark Gray with White splotches (see reference picture) (I'd like her body to be as close to the reference picture as you can make it).

I also wonder if you couldn't lightly line her eyes in black, not like omgEGYPT!khol lining, but something a little more. Kinda like mascara and a little eyeliner. But she should still have lashes too. Something feminine and sultry. If not that's fine. (see Melanie's reference picture for eye makeup) (or the other reference picture)

Edits: Mane/Tail Edits: Her mane should be long, at least touching the ground if not pooled, the same with the tail, though the top of her tail should be high and should fall gracefully about and behind her legs. Both mane and tail should be wavy with a glossy shine and (see Liella's reference) (Her mane should also cover part of her shoulders like Liella's but not so much that you can't clearly see her chest) It also doesn't have to be all clumped up, fly away strands can be added and the such.

There should be some silky locks of hair around her neck and both shoulders. They can be edited in anyway (feel free to even replace part of the locks with braids or something idk and I also don't really care, make it pretty xD). Her bangs shouldn't cover eyes but frame them as well as face similar to medium length template, length barely covering tip of jaw. I'd also like it if the hair on either side of her ears (on both sides) kinda framed her face (so I should be able to see some of her mane on the right (her left) side of her face and some on the left (her right) (it should just barely cover the tip of her jaw)). Bad ref that I did in like an hour (You can improvise on this as you want. I left the bottom of the hair blank because idk how it should look. I guess I really want a cross between the templated braided and wild style(without covering her eyes), just long as well.)

I'd also like some beaded strands (see scheme color for color ref) (beads can also be a white or gray color) some braids (with and without the beads) (also you can color the braids with colors from the scheme color ref, they don't have to be the same color as the rest of her hair) and maybe some white feathers woven into the end of the braids/beads in her main and tail.

Body:
+ Her pelt, overall, has a silvery-golden luminescence [aura] to it. She should glow subtly, much as the moon does. This is one of the best examples I could find. It shouldn't be solid, but somewhat varied in shades. Nothing drastic, but she shouldn't look like a white sheet, either, like that picture does; give her a bit of soft gold here and there..?
+ I'd like some sort of pattern or markings. However, I'm not sure "what" exactly. Something...to match, I'd think, the overall feel that she'll represent. Luminescence, moonlight, moonstones...I'd want to say ethereal. <3 Some form of wispy henna[? D:], or wispy, surface of the water-type markings would be lovely. They should most likely be gold, or sharing some of the blue from her crystals and horn.
Face:
+ She can have a small white/pink snip, faded onto her nose. Otherwise, she should be pretty plain.
Mane:
+ Her hair, from what I'd most like to say, is something akin to "spun gold". A very soft, full-moon-type gold, very luxurious, but with a wispy feel. It's not thin, though, but neither is it bulky. The length I'm looking for is long, flowing, but not quite reaching the ground...or possibly trailing slightly. I'm not entirely sure on the style, however, my preferences are either loose curls, moreso waves, or straight-ish hair, or having it gathered somewhat? I don't know. >w< The gold, shiny colour here seems to be an okay reference...but she's Moonlight-themed...so nothing far too bright or showy, but bright enough, if that makes sense.
+ Any little dangly-bits with crystals [to match her main crystal around her neck in colour], whatever you wish, (ie: to cluster a small portion of her bangs or mane) would be lovely~ She should look dainty and feminine, but not overcrowded with jewels and baubles.
+ Her non-visible eye should be covered by her bangs; her horn should either spear through her bangs, or the bangs should be mostly parted around it, save for some tendrils that hang down towards her visible eye...but does not cover it.
Tail:
+ Same colour as her mane, a few trickets/baubles are okay here, as well, and you can gather a bit near the base, like I did with this plushie, but if you'd rather not, that's alright too. I do want to see the tail nice and long. Basically, you have lots of freedom what it is you'd like to do with her mane and tail, I've just given you ideas as to what I'd really like to see, keeping with the "delicate", "smooth", "sleek", moonlight theme~ <3
Hooves/Fetlocks:
+ An addition of longer, silky fetlocks would be a bonus. Slightly fluffy, somewhat long, but not 'completely' covering her hooves...which should be either faint gold or silver, your choice. They should be long, but not to the angeni extreme, for example.
+ Hooves. I kinda...want to have you change them a little. The regular Unicorn hooves bother me a bit, if you could round the edges a little, give them a trim? <3

~*~ Physical Traits ~*~
Horn: I'd love to have her horn edited to be slightly longer, with more of a spiral detail on it. It should be mostly translucent, with a faint touch of blue swirling in the middle [again, like the crystal on her neck], and it should glow, preferably from within somehow. <3
Wings: Custom. Transparent and delicate. I greatly prefer the wings to have a moonstone--gold-silver-blue-rainbow-sheen to them, while remaining largely transparent. ALSO! I love, love, love Stephanie Pui-Mun Law's wings, their layers are awesome [though I'd prefer wings being a teensy bit larger than the slender ones she has]...which are divided from the other pieces; out of which, I like the wispy feel of the gold-wings, but the transparent, piece-y-ness of the silver/clearer wings is something I enjoy...hence my love for Stephanie's wings.

I don't want them overly large, or overly small. <3

+ Around her neck is a silver-chained necklace [OR, a strand of metal; can be whole or with a gap near the front of her neck, with a portion going down? ], very delicate looking. At the end, there's a blue moonstone gem, carved into a crystal, and circled around it is a piece of silver metal, like this here. This is another possibility for the gem, but I do like the other for its faint brilliance. Note that this isn't solid colours on top of the gem; it's flame-like on the inside, so a combination of the light/dark would be awesome. Delicate, though large enough to see. It's...essentially, her "essence" encased and cradled by the strength of the metal [might be symbolic to plots! 8D] upon her neck.

+ Optional: [A ribbon or a piece of sheer fabric or something you'd fancy putting on? Keeping it delicate and in-theme? I'd be all for it, so long as it doesn't cover a lot of her pelt; it should be transparent, but perhaps something like the night sky, with stars and such. <3] [?]

Body: medium gray color. white belly, that fades where it meets grey. tattoos in black but glowing light blue (strange symbols/tribal swirls) going down his neck all the way down the outside of his left front leg. shaggy/messy fluff fur in places.

Face: expression edit- smirking? with a single fang showing. black on his nose, from forehead to top of snout.(kinda following the lines there) a tattoo type marking by his eye that's seen (left eye). (strange symbols/tribal swirls) spreads from his eye back on that side of his face (same black with glowing blue). connects with the ones from his neck. white inside his ears. tiny bit of shaggy fluff fur at his cheek.

Eyes: glowing light blue, white of eye still shows, but pupil does not show.

Mane: Semi-short, messy, white, fluffyish in the back.

Tail: normal uni tail (typical male style) with extra fluff/shaggyish fur at the end. (can it go in Tail is grey same as body except the end is white. A black band around his tail as well as white bandage wraps underneath the band.
