This is what I always do for people who get sick.
*(Rest) Force them to stay in bed with bed sheet ( people always complain that it will to be to hot. That is the whole point. Your white blood cells rise your temperature when you get sick ( think of it as helping your body out. Just try not to get to much cold inside.) Sometimes after a good sleep it goes away.
* To eat. Soup! Yup soup is the key. Not just take in hot water but also breath in the steam like normal. It helps clean your nose open. ( I eat ramen just because you lose weight when you get sick and ramen can get you a lot of pounds xD)
*Water: You will be sweating.
and just relax: I know when I get sick I keep working on projects and other things I still need to do but you will just keep getting sicker. So just stop everything and clear you mind.
*** I heard a hot tub/ hot shower works but I haven't tried it out ^^. ( That is how i got asthma.)
I don't really know what is a healthy weight because everyone is different.
But to lose weight: I would recommend doing crunches ( Sit ups) at least 10 or 5 a day to start. I personally love crunches. Most of girls fat is in the stomach area, and although it hurts after a while, the prize is wonderful :].
Also I would recommend running because it gets your breath going and legs using more energy then walking.
I don't really have anything on eating healthy I mean you can still eat your favorite food (just a right amounts) and lose weight at the same time. It takes about 2 days for digestion to be done. So keep in mind how much your eating ^^
*** Also don't forget your basics: Getting your Vitamins and proteins.
Don't eat past 10 pm.
Have at least 3 main meals a day.
Skipping a meal will cause over eating and then you will have extra fast ^^.
I really am not sure about breakfast. It's being question. Some say food slows the brain down when it comes to school/thinking ( makes you sleepy or something) and others say it's important.
