Hey guys, yall know I got drunk Tuesday night by now riiigghhtt. Well on Wednesday I assumed my lack of appetite was due to a hangover, despite not really drinking that much. But today (Thursday) same dealio. I forced myself to eat, 2 fruit to go bars, a kashi granola and an apple sauce to go. But that's it all day and I biked like 20km lol. yesterday's lunch and dinner that I freaking spent time cooking and spent too much money getting groceries to make. Un touched. I've lost 5lbs since Tuesday. I'm assuming/hoping that's all water weight. Not that I don;t want to loose a lil weight, but that fast is un healthy. I can't still be hungover, so new theory is a bad reaction to caffein. It feels like that, but two days is insane right?
How much weight should I allow myself to loose before going to the hospital? Is it just from lack of sleep excessive partyiing? maybe my body is rebelling cause it's use to being treated so much better. I really don't know anymore. It seems INSANE that I am still awake after eating so lil and still working the bike patrol. My "fitness pal" is freaking out lol.

If you drank allot and were hung over really bad the next day - throwing up etc..it can take a bit of time for your system to settle down again. My husband - when we first met, not so much anymore - used to stay up all night drinking and playing an MMO..and he sometimes had no appetite for several days afterwards. I wouldn't worry to much. 5 pounds in a couple days isn't so bad either, weight can fluctuate that much in a day in any person or so my midwife tells me and I've been obsessing about my weight lately lol

I did not throw up the next day. I didn't/don't actually feel "sick" per say. I feel that my stomach is irritated and the thought of food repulses me. My job is physical and so each time I'd exert myself id get a tad nautious. But besides that, I just go about my day like nothing is wrong, I bike, despite not eating. I am sooo sleep deprived but I'm not really tired. Like, don't have energy to do stuff, but don't feel like going to sleep either. I just feel like I'm running in slow motion though. 5lbs is a bit for me. I have been TRYING to loose 8lbs all summer. It's 3% of my body weight gone in a day. I fluctuate 3lbs or so during the day, but it's always 138-136 on a good day in the am and 139-141 in the pm and this morning it was 133.

I'd say go in if you lose another 5 lbs. Where you're so active, it can probably fluctuate more than a normal lazy person and I know you hate going to the hospital, but at the same time, it's better safe than sorry! I've been feeling the same way all week, drank too much cheap wine one night and my stomach has been off, but I don't have insurance so I just have to deal, lol.

Good! But keep an eye on your weight just in case, it's very important especially since you're so thin. Think of it like a cat. Some cats are just obese, and that's bad. But some cats can't maintain their weight, and that's also bad, and in both cases they should go to the vet for a check up.
We are very much thinking of leaving the country, US is going downhill and it's scary some of the things they're making laws about. Like Michigan trying to make abortion AND miscarriages illegal. Like in addition to the pain of losing your baby, if you can't prove that there was a medical reason for your miscarriage, you would go to jail. And that's only the eye of the storm, a lot of stuff is going bad and Canada is the easiest place for us to move, so believe me we are considering it. And health insurance is a disaster, even if you have insurance you could end up paying for all of your medical care. The insurance companies actually pay people to go through your insurance and see if you have a pre-existing condition, which could be something REALLY trivial like a cold or whatever, and then say "oops you actually aren't eligible, now you have to pay for that surgery that we covered."

I always forget about crap like that. Like when I do stupid crazy dangerous things lol, I have NEVER been worried about PAYING for the injuries I may get. When I debate going to the doctor, it's purely for stuborness of not wanting to wait 3hrs.

I was like that too when I lived in MA. I had their state run healthcare and it's similar to what you guys have up there except that it's for low income families or individuals only. FL doesn't have state run healthcare so you either have to buy private insurance or do without. The president wanted to introduce something like that for the entire country, but of course then you have everyone going "NO! I don't wanna pay for other people who are sick!" rolleyes It makes me so angry that I just try not to think about it, lol.
