Shigeru knows only one thing of his origin: That his birthplace was Konohagakure. He was raised by the Jounin of Yukigakure until he could fend for himself. His teachers were the closest he had to parents. They had told Shigeru that he had been found in the mountains, alone. Shigeru was found with a single scroll with the a leaf drawn upon it. It was later revealed that he had a bloodline trait: Mokuton. It was this fact along with the scroll that he had come from Konoha. In order to keep relations positive with the Leaf, Yukigakure decided to house and keep the presence of Shigeru in the village, a secret. Shigeru was told to always keep his bloodline a secret for everyone's safety so he became fond of Taijutsu and it's almost chakra independent techniques.
Clash in the Land of Snow
Recruited by the Yukikage's ANBU, Shigeru became part of a three man squad. This squad included, Jae Ketsueki and Jounin named Nakura Seishin. Together they were entrusted in dispatching a powerful team of rogue shinobi that had placed a spell upon Crisis, the Yukikage at the time. They set of for the region that they had been spotted and fought head on. Jae was pitted against a kunoichi with an affinity for Bukijutsu. She used a pike but fell to Jae in the end but not before nastily injuring her. Shigeru fought against one who used ink and paper to summon creatures to fight for his stead. Shigeru used the power of the Celestial gates to hold off his opponent for a time before the enemy retreated. Together, Jae and Shigeru faced the final rogue member, a Jounin kunoichi. Nakura had been injured and left the rest to the Genin. Shigeru decided to take on the Jounin himself but his Taijutsu was ineffective against the Jounin's Genjutsu. Somehow, the Jounin retreated but had mortally wounded Shigeru. He was taken back to Yukigakure where he had surgery to undo the deep puncture wound to the abdomen.
Jae's Leaving
After Shigeru had recovered from his last mission, he had met a Chunnin named Ayaki Daichi while leaving the hospital. Jae had taken to her own activities while Shigeru proceeded to regain his strength and even more than that. Shortly after, Ayaki and Shigeru had met at Yukigakure's most prestigious restaurant and took to training together. Soon, Shigeru and Ayaki requested a mission together that required them to travel to Konohagakure and beyond. WHile on assignment, Shigeru and Ayaki had separated. Shigeru stayed in the Leaf while Ayaki traveled to the Mist. While he was there, Shigeru found Jae in Konoha. Estranged by her presence there, Shigeru investigated only to find that Jae had abandoned Yukigakure in hopes of joining the Leaf. Outraged, Shigeru tried to convince Jae to return but did not succeed. Shige decided to return to Snow in order to inquire the Yukikage about Jae's leaving and asked to be assigned to bring her back.
The Chunnin Exams
Shigeru had been entrusted ith the task of bringing Jae back to her village. Ayaki opposed the idea and refused to support Shige. On opposing ends, Ayaki and Shigeru grew apart, leaving him to work alone. Shigeru alone was the single Genin to register for the Exams. In hopes of gaining more authority by rising in rank, Shigeru attended. He knew that he would be able to move much more freely being Chunnin and that would be of much use in his mission to retrieve Jae. The Exams were held in Red Bean country, ruled by a very tasteful emperor. They consisted of three rounds in three stages. The first was a simple battle in an elevator. There SHigeru had been placed to fight against a horned shinobi that seemed to be young but alcoholic. Together they had just begun to fight when they had reached the second stage. There the second round as held. Together, Shigeru and his former opponent had to work together to choose one of twenty one doors where all but one was fatally rigged to trap. They succeeded in opening the right door and were taken to a lobby where the rest of the Genin were determined for a final fight. Shigeru was lined up against a Genin from the Mist. He emerged victorious and was promoted to Chunnin. With his new rank, Shigeru decided to celebrate and spend his mission rewarded Ryo in Takumi village, a merchant village built on tourism and trade. There Shigeru fitted himself with armor and new supplies.
The Blind and the Dead
With the installation of a new Yukikage, the Snow village had been proposed a treaty with the village hidden in the Leaf. The Yukikage accepted and was asked to visit the village and personally speak of the terms and benefits of the treaty. Shigeru had just returned from the Chunnin exams and had been chosen to escort he Kage to the Leaf village. AMong those chosen was Ayaki. Shigeru met up with her again and saw that she had changed dramatically. SHe clearly had degenerated for her appearance was torn and her actions sparked concern in SHigeru of her mental health. It had come to be known that it was Shigeru's leaving to retrieve Jae that had caused such a change in Ayaki. Depression and loneliness had overcome her and broken her. Shigeru vowed never to leave her again and to stand by her side the way she had before he had left such a time ago. Together with several other shinobi, they escorted the Yukikage and went to the Konohagakure. There, Shigeru and Ayaki had encountered Jae. Although, there was something different about her. Jae seemed to recall nothing about her past and nothing of the Snow village, including Shigeru and Ayaki. By the gathered information brought forth by a fellow shinobi, SHigeru discovered that Jae had gone through a procedure that had her memories locked away and suppressed. Shigeru, disturbed and deeply moved planned to bring back Jae's memories by reminding her of her past and her life before the Leaf. A sparring session organized between the Yukikage and Hokage was held at a training field and SHigeru saw his chance. He challenged Jae to a match and proceeded to refresh her memory. Meanwhile, the entire time, Ayaki felt uneasy about Shige seeing her again. She felt that Shige was going to leave her again in an attempt to retrieve Jae. Earlier, before the match, Shigeru had confessed to AYaki his feelings towards her and how much Ayaki was worth to him. During the duration of the match, SHigeru tried to bring back the memories of Jae by asking her of her childhood and family. All the while, SHige became more and more emotional and elated by combat. After a few questions were asked that could not be answered, Jae broke through the seal that held her memories back and returned to her previous self. Unsatisfied and enraged, the severely wounded Shigeru launched a fatal attack from behind that would impale Jae and end her life. Helpless but hopeless, Jae stood by and waited for the end but Ayaki, in a burst of mercy, put herself before the attack and was hit instead. Ayaki died in Shigeru's arms. Quickly, Shigeru took up AYaki into his arm and sped back to the Snow village where he summoned a tree to bury Ayaki in the great snowfield at the village's front.
The Blind and the Dead 2
Having buried Ayaki in the snow, Shigeru had fallen to his wounds and was left to the whim of a blizzard. Near death, a young Genin by the name of Rikuto Sanyu had found Shigeru. She took him to the Hospital where medics rushed to treat him and begin surgery on his severely damaged arm. He had suffered extensive Hypothermia and had fallen into a coma. It wasn't a few hours after the surgery that Shigeru began to change. He was quickly covered by a wooden cocoon. After a few moments of thrashing about, the cocoon cracked open to reveal a conscious Shigeru. After coming out from the coma, Shigeru had been blind and a victim of great Amnesia. Not knowing who he was or what he even looked like, SHigeru became desperate and unstable. With the help of a few Snow shinobi; Ryoichi Kaguya, Zain Hakemoto and Rikuto Sanyu, Shigeru received a new identity and a new place in the village. Called 'Matsu' Shigeru seeks to investigate his true identity and what had caused him to be in such a weakened state.
Post-Genesis
While hospitalized, Matsu was frequently visited by Rikuto. She would give him company and try to help him to remember who he was. One day, while having lunch, Matsu reacted to Rikuto's touch. Having a vision of his past, Rikuto bled from his eyes before gaining his sight once again. Eyes white and blank, Matsu realized that he was of the Hyuuga clan and felt hopeful now that he had part of his identity back. Having the strength to leave the hospital, Matsu went out to speak to other fellow shinobi and meeting new friends hoping to find more about him.
Time Skip
Having recalled his rank and abilities, Matsu became stronger and stronger until he managed to reach the rank of Jounin. With such a vast understanding of Taijutsu and the body's limits, Matsu took up a student, Ryoichi Kaguya. Together they trained their bodies under harsh conditions and strenuous routines. For a year, this went on. Matsu and Ryoichi had left the village to train in the most extreme of climates and environments, not seeing friend nor foe.

Hitomi was born into the Aburame clan to a middle-class mother and father. Their techniques were sub-par as was their standing in the clan. Both never advanced past the rank of Chuunin and lived happy lives, up until Hitomi's tenth year of age. The loss of her parental figures caused the young hitomi to recluse herself in her insects. They were her friends and she loved them more than anything.
Soon she was admited into the academy by her clan. They payed for her education and were gretted with the same results as her parents -- sub-par. Out of a class of fifty, she was in the mid twenies. Her instructors even said that if it weren't for her ability to recouperate they'd have failed her when they learned she couldn't read. (Mind you, she has memeorized the general appearance of some words by now, such as 'Women' and 'Men' -- something learned from necessity.)
Three years following her graduation, Hitomi decided to better herself by moving to the Yukigakure. Everything about her changed following the move. Hitomi became more motivated to prove herself in a village that had no reason to trust her. |

Fuki is a rather calm, collective, bright, quiet, independent, and at times serious woman. She would rather avoid involving herself with meaningless arguments and fights. She also seemed to have a great hatred for sweets strangely enough, though rumors around her village say otherwise. Around villagers she seems to be a bit like Konoha's 5th Hokage but a bit more avoidance of paper work.
In battles is usually a very calm person that looks over her situation before charging into battle. She will always think before acting and will not allow others to attack without doing the same. Fuji also gets serious when her shinobi and villagers are put in harms way and will not hesitate to kill if needed to protect them.

Fuji was was born in the village of Yukigakure a few days before X-mas. She and her family where an average shinobi family that served the Yukikage of their time on an average basis. Her father, Suzumo no Yuki was a well known Jounin and very well trusted by the Yukikage. While her mother Anoko no Yuki was a Chuunin medical ninja of average skills. When Fuji was born they decided her mother decided to take an earily retirement, yet still help as a village doctor and ninja on call if needed.
As Fuji grew, both her parents wanted to her to become a scholar or full doctor rather than a shinobi. But Fuji protested and wanted to become a ninja no matter what. Seeing that she had her mothers stubbornness and her fathers seriousness they allowed her to enter the academy at the age of 8 like many others. She was able to to become a Genin in just the one year of training and also seemed to excel greatly in the arts of Taijutsu and Bukijutsu. As Fuji continued to grow so did her determination to become the first female leader of the village and set her family name apart from the average shinobi in her village of Yukigakure. Only time will tell if her goal was meet and her dreams completed.
As time passed Fuji would move tot he rank of Jounin. But right away the young and inexperienced Yukikage disappeared. With the village in chaos and confusion on the inside, Fuji took up order and with the approval of advisers and villagers alike became the new Yukikage.
But now after a kidnapping, Fuji had returned to Yukikage to find she had been replaced. She is currently the adviser of the new Yukikage. |

At this point in his life, he didn't really seem to care because things were fine just the way they were. His grandfather and grandmother had lived in the snow for most of their lives so Ryo adapted to the place. Growing up, Ryo was always looked at strangely, mostly because he wore such exotic clothing in such a cold environment. But, for some odd reason, he had never felt the coldness of the snow. Chisato was born in a hut trapped in a blizzard that had been burried under snow and the inhabitants which were believed to be three neighboring families had ran for cover in the stronger house hold. These people had to wait two months before the ninja's were able to dig them out of the snow and by the time they did the only thing left was a dieing pregnant women mid labor. with only her low screams of maternal pain and the dead silence of not one voice being heard with in the village. It didn't take long for the ninja to realize what she'd done to survive..bones in the corner and hidden in some places. blood roughly scrubbed but stained to the wood of the and more directly the hand of what was believed to be her husband was what she'd clenched onto as she'd release one last feral push bringing her daughter into the world. the child didn't cry, and if it wasn't for the medical ninja in the rescue team they'd of never notice the child's silent breathing, which seemed as if she was trying to conceal the very fact that she was alive from the world. IT went under harsh debate between the team of three if the child of cannibals should be allowed to live. Yet in the end the silence of this child showed something of strength that shook the ninja with fear, and respect for her harsh introduction to the world. Before die her mother had named her as the ninja brought his ear close to hear it. Chisato Ekiguchi. Silent still when meeting the Yukikage and and forever frozen to some base feeling that people grew deep under the snow of yukigakura Chisato was raised at bay from the village almost in secret as to how little she was seen and permitted to socialize with other children. It wasn't like this at first but when she'd begun prodding the other kids, trying to "..see how they work" it became clear her understanding of what respect the fragility of life should have wasn't with in her grasp and until she was well trained enough she'd be kept and trained rigorously in what she seemed to excel in, Gentjutsu. Instead of only having what she could touch and ignorantly toying with it and even later when permitted doing just the same in full knowledge Chisato had her bad eye sight to thank for her preference towards Genjutsu.
Since she hadn't the slightest ability to define finer details with her sight she'd come to rely on living her life in reaction to what came her way and was fairly stronger in her other senses because of it. Yet most of all she'd visualize wild and dark dreams which she'd had not but one way to share this with others, well other than Genjutsu. To this day Chisato is a wildly undefined individual who hasn't really figured out her goal in this life, but for her if she can experience more wild and thrilling things before she dies she'd be happy. Though one thing scares her about death, her mothers visage, which despite her only seeing her once in person and in some pictures the ninja brought back she's clearly dreams of her mother...eating her alive and consuming her soul.

In her time developing over the past Year Chisato has been greatly focusing more and more on her purpose and to what craft she'd be able to specialize in her formative years as a ninja. True this peaceful time she'd come to seek out the possibility of sagehood. Knowing this long road is far off from possible Chisato has made sense of this goal as something that reflects her personality well, and more over wouldn't discomfort her to carry said title unlike "Kage"

Personality: Freyr is a pretty boy who thinks of himself as such. He's tough and likes to joke around, and doesn't easily get discouraged. He's ruined all his relationships ( a whole three ) because he just thinks of the girls as really good friends, not really anything romantic, though he can be amorous, those times are few and far between. But when they come, you'll know it. ;D He's a risk taker, and loves to be sarcastic. Even if he's dying on the inside, he'll still try to make a joke or say something witty. Friends are important to him and he'll do everything in his power to protect them and stay loyal. He's a sweet boy and deeply cares about people, though it may just seem like he's trying to be rude, since his idea of comfort is a laugh and he's so casual around everyone.
History: Freyr was born three minutes earlier than his twin brother, Gale. They grew up together in a normal family out on the edge of Yukigakure. Their mother was a excellent nurse and shinobi, their father skilled in his bloodline. Both he and his brother were gifted, just like their dad and his dad, so on and so forth, with the Hyouton bloodline. It was supposedly a great honor for a man in their family to have those powerful skills, and soon they were enrolled in the Yukigakure academy.
A day after Freyr's seventh birthday was the last time he ever saw his mother. She had died assisting the infirmary during an important mission. Blown to chunks. Freyr was devastated, he looked up to his mother and everything she did. She was just a very kind woman who put others before herself. Although there was nothing he could have done, he blames himself for her death, because he didn't protect her. He was as depressed as a seven year old child could possibly be, and it made his remaining family, a brother, a baby sister, and a father, worry. One year later he decided that he was done being sad over the past and forced himself to be happy. He really never was the same selfish Freyr ever again, since he tried to be more like his mother. He even took up eiseijutsu from her books so he could help people instead of just take care of himself. Because of the death of his mother, he had become a totally different person, who was much kinder.

Gale was always a little different from all of the other boys in the Yukigakure academy. He didn't particularly enjoy hitting and destroying things as well as the others did, instead Gale spent most of his time practicing different instruments and a little singing. He tried to act tough and strong like the others, but never felt right, so this left him alone and unhappy. His father constantly was on his case, because even though both twins were gifted in their Hyouton Bloodline, Gale had more talent for it. His father trained with him days on end, harsh grueling training, that Gale felt was unfair for a boy of his stature. This didn't get any better when their mother died right after their seventh birthday, and his father was left to look after the two boys and their younger sister. As a child Gale hated his father.
Things changed when Gale and Freyr graduated the academy, for that's when Gale decided to come out of the closet once and for all. His father's attitude towards him completely changed, when asked about it his father said, 'You stopped being someone you aren't.' His father fully supported everything he did from that point on, and was proud of Gale for further perusing the Hyouton Bloodline.

The face of another: He sometimes carry a broody aura. Serious? Probably. Quiet and creepy? Fifty-fifty. He's the type to have his own pace but if it must, will follow the pace of another. He's also more confident when having his face concealed, more in truth with himself and his vanity.

Komaru was born an estranged son with his skirt-chasing father not knowing. As a result, his single mother was left to raise him. After he turned 3, she married to man with four daughters.

At the start of a young age, Komaru was constantly picked on boy girls and boys alike. One reason was because he often preferred to play with girls than with boys. Another reason is due to him being influenced by his two older sisters. Because of his less masculine habits, he ended up being teased, bullied, and was called a 'tranny' on multiple occasions. It was due to the fact that he kept a rather androgynous appearance. And since he couldn't help how he looked, he put up with it with a smile, counting the days of his finite patience. However, his state of mind and doubt in self resulted in his multiple identiy disorders.
Despite his hardships, Komaru was fairly sociable and enjoyed being around large groups whether he was just an associate or stranger. Even for a little bit, he was often saved by someone in his group. Although most of his friends were often accountable for their mistreatment to him. Eventually as he grew older, he realized that there was no value in materialistic friendship. Soon after this epiphany, he became an outcast and was continuously bullied without the protection of anyone and relied less and less on them as well. He most notably started to become more independent and trained to be competent to others.
His personality begged to differ. Despite Komaru's slight change, he was still a big pushover and resulted in his family having one more to worry about on their long list of troubles. One day, his mother fell ill and was left to do most of the house affairs while he was still young. Both his eldest sisters left the house, and his father fell into depression after he was swindled out of his money from gambling. Alcoholic habits quickly changed to abuse; Komaru taking the brunt for his younger two step sisters. And that abuse quickly cost Komaru his eyes. His eyes could not be saved. He was sure that he would never be able to become a shinobi until he detected strange signatures moving around his house. They were his sisters. Using a way to configure his disability, he discovered that he had a latent ability as a sensor.
He worked on his mobile ability starting from the basics. However remained fairly frail throughout most of his childhood. Due to the father's unreliability, he chose the path of a shinobi in order to continue to reform his habits and eventually himself. Even though he was not a very good student, his late addition grades just barely managed to help him graduate. |
