"It's been years since what the Humans called the Zombie Apocalypse" The teacher spoke in a droning voice, looking around at the students, noticing a hand. "Are any Humans still alive, teacher?" He looked at the young girl. "No. There are no more Humans left in this world." She nodded and went back to writing her notes. She found that so hard to believe. I wonder what Humans were like...

The bells chimed, their sounds reaching the furthest parts of the small village. Everyone was on their way to the court yards where all the meeting took place. A young girl was in the front of the crowd, listening intently while she held onto her father's hand. The villages leader cleared his voice. "Attention villagers. For far too long we have waited by while the zombies ruled over the world. They ruined our lives, took loved ones away from us, and we were forced to retreat back to living like we're in the 18th Century." The crowd erupted into hoots, raising their guns into the air. "Today is the day we take back our lives!" More shouting came from the crowd. "Today." He looked around as everyone quieted, their blood pumping with the life that's been hidden away for so long. "Is the start of the Human Apocalypse!" Hats were thrown up into the air and children danced in rejoice. The humans were to rise again.

Bio: He used to live in a small village with his younger sister. One day they were out and he was playing with her when the village walls were breached. They got away from the chaos after much fighting and running, but before he knew it his sister had been bitten by one of the dead. He quickly severed its head and he comforted his sister as he dressed her wound. The bite wasn't bad, but she was still infected. He couldn't end her life, so he kept her close. They made camp, and as he was resting, his sister ran away, knowing what would become of her. He awoke to an empty cave, and vowed to hunt her down. He's stayed a traveler since then, not afraid of the dead.

Bio: CJ never reay had close freinds or family, and wen the zombies took over she did just fine on her own. For years during the takeover she did well defending herself from being infected, finding food, she even built her own travling shelter that was qble to be quickly packed up if need be. Over her scanner she kept hearing word of this town the surviving humas had made for themselves, but never realy took interest, prefering to be alone.
A new comer to the village, she has only been there a few weeks.

Specialization: The use of a cedar walking stick and double-barreled shotgun.
Bio: When the zombies hit, Nicole was forced to kill her infected-and-turning mother after finding her trapped in a car. Although it was dangerous, she made her way to a general store soon after to hold out after finding that her father and brother (and dogs) were not at their house. After fortifying it a little, she went to find her boyfriend but was unsuccessful and returned to her temporary safe place. A few months later, she teamed up with a group of other survivors and through a series of terrible and wonderful events, holed up in an abandoned military base. However, soon after a child was born and grown up, a feral zombie horde attacked. She became separated from her beloved friends and love interest and was forced escape, turned back every time from searching for them by zombie danger. Now she's recently joined a new group living in a village, munching on Cheez-Itz and playing her GameBoy when not wondering about her brief but safe life.
Picture/Description: Tall-ish, looking about average height for her age. Not very strong, but strong enough to get by. A little pale, but has a slight tan. Hazel eyes, more brown then green. Brown hair and bangs reaching the ends of her shoulder blades and tipped with fading red and even more fading red dye. Likes to think she looks sort of like an elf. Wears worn blue jeans, black shoes, a belt, dark green shirt, and a black jacket with studs on the hood and pocket edges, a red symbol on the back of it. Fairly tomboy-ish

Specialization: Although he keeps a sniper rifle on his back and a pistol at his side, he's a terrible shot. He specializes in charisma and leadership skills.
Bio: Before the zombies made an appearance in his life, Church was a military man after graduating from a very renown school. Despite his less than loveable marksmanship, he was placed in the rifleman division where he served for many years. He often held religious services for the other men in both his company and others. When the zombies rose up sometime after wartime, he and other humans hid away from the other race. They stayed in a village, making a small life for themselves, until one day he declared (as the unelected leader of the large group) that it was time for them to take back their lives.
Picture/Description: Short dark brown prematurely graying hair, blue-green eyes, five-o'-clock shadow. Lean and tough body build. He wears well-weather worn, formal military outfit with a general rank insignia on the shoulder, dark boots, and small round glasses. A little gold cross hangs on a chain around his neck. He has a drawling yet gentlemanly accent, as well.

Bio: Even after being returning from death, she couldn't believe she'd be separated from her brother forever now. She felt a strong hunger everyday, and she knew what for, and she didn't care anymore. She's already found herself killing humans for food, not really any guilt on her mind. The only thing she could think about was her brother, and how she had to stay away from him. She didn't want him to die. So much had changed since that day. Ash found refuge in a city, populated with many of her kind. Maybe she could make a life here.

Specialization: Knives, his strange claws, parkour, and car mechanics.
Bio: A failing 2nd year junior at college. Before the zombie infection, he mainly occupied his time with games, procrastinating, and free-running with his friends as well as working adamantly on cars in his "spare" time. When the counselor at his college told him that he wouldn't be able to pull his grades up in time to pass, he brushed it off. After the infection hit, he woke to find himself different. Different than human. He was still largely human looking, except the bones in his fingers had become more like claws in contrast to the other zombies he found, his muscles didn't tire out as much as they did when he was a human, and he still retained his mind. Having forgot his name, he called himself Stryker and did whatever he wanted. He's taken up residence in a city that his former college was located in after having had a run in with some Humans a few years back and deciding that it wasn't worth alerting the rest of his new kin to.
Picture/Description: Dark brown shaggy hair, very light brown eyes and slowly rotting skin. Looks much like a human, except the fingers in both his hand have become more like claws. He wears tight dark jeans, a black Disturbed band T-shirt, a gray long sleeved undershirt, shoes, and black fingerless gloves. His personality is, more or less, extremely cocky and arrogant. Most of the time he blasts music in his ears from his ipod. also He loves to be rude and make fun of others.
