Okay, school starts next Monday so I want to look good. I don't want to look like the slob I am. biggrin Anyway, I'm short, flat-chested, and my skin is peeling. I am very unhealthy, but I'm still skinnier than a twig.
Do not Suggest...
-Dairy Products such as Milk, Cheese, Ice Cream, ect... I am Tolerant.
-Lotion. As weird as this sounds, I'm allergic to it. At least the scented kind. The kind with a smell and has perfume and stuff like that in it.

School started last Monday for me. :O But, I have the same problem as you. Unhealthy, skinny, flat-chested. My skin doesn't peel though, but I do have lots of tiny zits that are just barely pimples that won't go away. emo And I'm tall. I would suggest drinking more water, I started drinking mostly water over the summer (used to drink pretty much nothing but soda) and it helped a lot of things. I wasn't as hungry, I actually had a little bit more energy, slept better, my skin is better, even my hair is a little bit better, it's amazing. xD Filtered water is the best. Whenever I get thirsty I pour myself a glass unless I want milk, and I only drink soda on the weekends and try limiting myself to only two cups/glasses/w/e per day, although if I'm offered soda most of the time I accept. But that isn't very often. So yeah, that's what I suggest. It takes a while to start seeing results though, but this is all that I've done that's done anything for me. :P Also, try brushing/combing your hair if it isn't very thick, if it is then brush/comb it at night and before and after you wash your hair (while your hair is wet for after). Make sure your clothes are nice and clean and make sure your hair looks okay, maybe wear some makeup if your skin isn't so great and you shouldn't look like a slob at all. xD
