Weapon Ideas for Dead Rising game

Im thinking of making a game similar to Dead Rising. If you don't know what the game is, you have to walk around a mall collecting random objects and kill zombies while surviving a time limit for the game.

I need lots of weapon ideas, but they need to be practical things you might or most likely will get in a mall, megamart, etc.

Candy Cane Prop (if there were christmas props, similar to a cane)

Well knowing Dead Rising I would guess fast food, make the zombies choke on all it's greasy gristly grease of death. Maybe even make them explode... Meh whatever suits the game's needs.
