Shinsei was born in an area not too far from Sunagakure. His father being a retired samurai himself, Shinsei was trained in the Way of the Warrior since the day he could walk. His family migrated to the sunny and pleasant desert land of Suna for his parents' retirement. It is there that Shinsei was allowed to join the rank in protecting the village and start his duties as a samurai.
