what's on my betta's eyes...?

I noticed this strange thing on my betta's eyes when I got back from vacation. Not sure what's wrong with them?
Hes still acting normal but he has this eye problem.

It happens. As long as they dont move, or get worse, you dont need to worry about it, I think.

Looks ok, if it gets worse then it could be either a fungal or bacterial infection.
