So CUTE. It's like seeing a pile of kittens, but with rats. Ahh, they look so adorable and peaceful and cuddly and warm. ;__;

I tried to get a picture, but my phone was on the TV stand on the other side of the rat cage. And forget opening the door, they all scrambled over looking for treats. P:

I got one where they're in a semi-pile, but they heard my chair creak and woke up to see what the deal was.



They put the bedding up there themselves. There WAS a big pile of it, but it was falling down the sides and making a terrible mess so my boyfriend decided to relocate most of it back downstairs.



"Ohai, is it treats tiem now?"

I tried to get one of one of the other two, but it's too dark in here ATM.

Rats are so cute. ;___;<3

SO cute. I had almost a half an hour conversation with the rats at Petco yesterday, not the for sale ones, but the adults up for adoption out in front. (For $2, not free, but STILL). I told them how much I LOVED them but could not take them home right now.

Someday, I will probably have rats again. But for now I just have rattie lust and long talks with rats in pet stores about why they can't be mine. But I at least give them as many cuddles as I can. Though I know the clerks semi-hate me. "yeah, I'd like to hold these guys."
"Are you interested in buying them?"
"Maybe." (in a few years. hee hee!)
