Today in History, we watched a movie and I fell asleep. During that time my ankle had fallen asleep and because I was asleep I couldn't move it. Anyway, when I woke up at the end of class I stood up and fell the ground. My ankle is now swollen, stings, and hurts. Because I could barley walk, I just went out the doors and left my bag, Trumpet, and gym clothes in the locker.
Do you girls have any suggestions to make my ankle get better? I have Volleyball on Monday and couch would kill me if I couldn't play.
