Reiko wasn't suprised that Ichiro was able to dodge the flames, in fact he was counting on it. He watched him leap down tot he Waterfalls Basin and swim across to a rock outlook to deposit the Guard there. He didn't care where he put him as long as he was out of the way. He would allow him this reprieve for old times sake but this would be the last utility he got from his opponent. The Rouge stood there looking down upon his old friend until,in a poof of smoke, he returned to him. Once again the Hokage tried to reason with him, a foolish attempt. When he was done Reiko brought his palm to his forehead and tilted his head back, letting out a cruel and long laugh"Innocent? Not a soul in that village is innocent. My family was innocent! No, Ichiro...you knew this was to come. You have no idea of the pain I burden because of you!" When he finished speaking he was enveloped in a shroud of electricity, crackling and encasing him completely. Before he could look at it long, Ichiro would find that Reiko had vanished. His eyes would not be able to follow the Speed of his Movements, Alone he was Incredibly Fast but added with the Raiton No Yori it was near Super - Human. Reiko reappeared right in front of the Hokage with a Lariat thrown outwards at his chest. This blow would hurt but not kill due to the Hokages Armor though
