Hello girlies. Lately i have been trying to step up my training (to loose those extra kilos) but i just dont seem to be able to get motivated, so i never end up getting out. Any tips on how to get motivated?

How about buying a fitness DVD? That way you can enjoy exercising indoors without going to the gym.

Yeah that could work, i have a yoga dvd... its pretty crap though. I do train with a local club every week, unless i'm sick, but i still have trouble getting motivated. Is there any rituals you do to get motivated??

Get a dog, the cuter the better! Trust me, they need to be walked for at least an hour every day or they start having minor health problems so every day you don't go out and walk for an hour you will feel guilty looking at your sad puppy's eyes! mrgreen
The more high-energy your dog has, the more they will need exorcise so breeds like terriers and other hunting dogs should keep you in shape lol. I hear Ridgebacks are the best for athletes.

I've got a dog, a little spoodle. He is so cute! I do take him for walks but he gets tired easy. He also helped me get over my fear of dogs
