Well i had my surgery on Wednesday and it went great. They took out my Goiter (a tumor) the size of a Racket ball and then half of my thyroid. Im feeling pretty good. I have some stitches on my neck and I was put on Vicodin for pain. Im not sure how everything else will go since I have a weight restriction right now and I cant pick up Cedric because he is almost 20 pounds already. Im on work restriction too so no cleaning either. I will let you guys know if its cancer or not.
Update: 10/3/11
I just got to the doctors today from my check up from my surgery over a week ago. Good news is that I dont have Thyroid Cancer. But I have a Disease called Hashimoto Disease. Its a disease that makes you autoimmune to your own thyroid.

@Vanilla: We are staying at my husband's grandma's house for a few days until I get to call the doctor, which will be Monday since i been too tired to do it now. So she is taking care of Cj while Darrell is at work.
@Cowgirl: I really didnt know it was a tumor until someone told me that a Goiter was a tumor. It was HUGE from what they told me and Darrell. I wont know the results for a while.

Vanilla eXee Eek, so what does that mean for you?well there isnt anything they can do but watch it. I can get another tumor on the otherside but it might take years until then. The only cure pretty much is to take the whole Thyroid out. But they want to see if my right side can function on its own. If not I will be on meds.

=/ That's not fun. Anything that can slow the tumors down? Not that I know of. The research I done said that they can just pop out over night which is what happen to the one I had. I went to a Cardinals/Cubs baseball game in May 2008, went to bed, and woke up the next morning to find a golf ball size lump on my neck. It took from May 2008 to last month to be the size of a racket ball.
