...dead cats have far more personality than bella. her personality cant be compared to anything in existence as that would defile existence itself. shes basically a girl who cant decide between partaking in necrophilia or bestiality and it order to help herself decide she acts emo and tries to kill herself repetitively, while creating a magical constant shield of melodrama, more toxic than a that of a hispanic soap opera

The classic Broke Back Mountain is a pretty good gay flick. There's also my fave Boys Love 1 and 2 (the 1st one is pretty sad and I ended up crying. Then there just friends which is a short Korean film on two gay men. You can find most of these on Youtube except I don't know about Broke Back Mountain.

adam and steve
rent (of coarse like you had to ask)
dostana (which none of the characters are gay but rather pose as gay men, plus its bollywood. hot indian guys. yum)
butch camp (was stupidly funny to me)
chicken tikka masala (another bollywood/british film low budget but i liked it)
gone but not forgotten (again very low budget and a couple scenes of soft core porn but its was decent.)
boy culture
the adventures of priscilla, queen of the desert
to wong foo, thanks for everything, julie newmar (allstar cast)
the birdcage (allstar cast)
flawless (with robert de niro, and philip seymor hoffman)

there are more good ones out there im sure. these are just the ones i've found through netflix and imdb over the years. i've been meaning to see milk its supposed to be really good.

I like it and not just because it's about two gay guys. I didn't think it was extremely unrealistic, but maybe that's because I know of men who got married even though they were gay because they either couldn't admit or felt social pressures and then later had situations where they finally came out - whether intentionally or not. The only qualm I had with the movie is that it sort of glossed over the impact that type of thing has on the family affected by it - and is all the more reason that our society needs to be more accepting of LGBT people and same-sex marriage needs to be legalized. As long as people see only one path to an accepted relationship and creating a stable family, more people will continue to deny their heart.
