Bisexual synonyms?

It seems we have plenty of synonyms for trans people and gay people, but bisexuals... not as much. There's AC/DC, switch-hitter, swings both ways.... but I can't think of anything else!
Also, I wonder why saying "homo" rather than "homosexual" is offensive but yet saying "bi" rather than "bisexual" or "hetero" rather than "heterosexual" are not.
I dunno, it was just a random thought. So, why does the term "bisexual" not have a lot of synonyms?

I like to joke that me being bi means I'm half gay. xD Homo can be offensive but doesn't need to be. It depends on the context and how it's being used.

i've heard of an all-around player, and also double-sider, double agent, and red-and-blue....most of them i've only heard a few times though

Lol yes, there are some, but not as much as gay men (fags, faggots, homos, gays, fairies, queens, queers, etc.) or gay women (lesbians, dykes,lezzies, lesbos, les, queer, etc.) or transgendered people (trans, trannies, androgydous, etc.) Most of the ones for bisexuals are descriptions and can't really be used as nouns.
