What I think he is doing is sharing 50 mil with everyone - meaning everyone will get a portion in gold amounts or items, not 50mil for everyone. Also, if you look at the Facebook page the link takes you to, you will see that he has made a guide to Gaia. That will probably tell you how he has so much gold.

As far as I know, he has other people take care of his gold and they manage it for events son zack intends to make. And I know for a certain that if you have more than 100 million gold you'd definitely get banned.

I don't know about now a days since they're making so much changes in Gaia but the in the past they banned people just like that.
