I quit playing WoW 5 years ago, and this trailer isn't convincing me to go back.

I laughed at the concept of Panda's to be honest... :/

Pandaren have been in the Warcraft mythos for like.. ever. (well, since WC3) There really aren't too many other races that would make sense as a playable race, and I'm sure if the expansion didn't have any new playable races we'd wind up with just as much moaning about it.

I like the talent overhaul, but the reasoning is total BS. "Oh, talent builds were becoming too cookie cutter, sooo now you have 6 choices to make." That's going to make builds even more cookie cutter, especially if they stick to the whole "this tier is mobility, this tier is support abilities, yada yada yada" design. There's still talents in each tree that are very clearly designed for each spec, when - iirc - they said at the unveiling of this talent overhaul that they were trying to step away from that.

I like the whole idea of Monks, though. A lot. Especially if they keep true to the whole "Monks won't have auto-attacks" claim - that'll be interesting, because as a player you can't slack off much in a dungeon or a raid without wiping or losing DPS if you aren't paying attention.

that said I'm about to renew my sub because I figure 4.3 should be out fairly soon, and I just want to catch up on everything ¬__¬
