Is it normal to have one that only lasts one day? It's really strange, usually mine lasts anywhere between 5 to 7 days. I'm not on any birth control and I know I'm not pregnant(Virgin) so I'm kind of freaking out.
Can anyone help me?

You're most likely spotting, that's where you get a little blood between periods and it's pretty normal. Also, if you're anemic (not getting enough iron in your diet), it can make your periods irregular and become very light or heavy.
As long as you're not getting copious amounts of dark blood and clots and have no pain or odors, you should be pretty good.

In addition to what xena said, it is also very common for adolescents to get irregular periods (well, more like the time from when you first get it, up until youre almost 20) Some months it can be really light, some months quite heavy.
