Welcome!Group banner from the event. <3 If you didn't know by the title, this is a plot thread involving the group of Horrorcorns owned by evil pirate duck, Frey Ghreyston and myself. We're looking for a horse to incorporate into an already planned out plot line, and because of that there is a chance any suggested plots with any of the three might not be accepted. Feel free to offer new plots, or even a branching of plot from an already existing one. We might end up liking it enough to add in. If you have a plot for one of your horses that you think any of our soquili can fill offer up! Our plots only go so far and what happens after is up in the air. But it will probably have to wait until our roleplays are done. Each horse is also open to individual plots as there may be time when each of the horses will be on their own. So feel free to offer ideas you have!
One note to remember is we are not searching for any lifemating or flings with any of the three!
Other then that anyone is allowed to post and discuss ideas or offer up a Soquili that can fit into an existing plot. Just keep in mind that any horses interacting with the three may come into danger because of Atgas as the plots progress. Even if you just participate in the first.

The current group plot line, With others. Grayed out = Found • Plots before the ones listed might be roleplayed out depending on where we start, so the start of these listed might be delayed.
The Future
• One; The first thing they encounter is another Unicorn, one without scars and bloody fur. This encounter would (hopefully) show the safety of where they've turned up. This would be opened up to anyone with a Unicorn, as a way for them to learn of their homeland, and for the trio to learn of Soquili lands. Looking for! For this plot we're looking for either a mated or distracted purebred Uni or Angeni. Note! Halfbreeds or anything else is allowed! There is just a chance they wont be as friendly in the beginning to them.
• Two; Atgas will slowly unwravel further and become more and more insane. This will drive Ciryatan and Dalraida to attempt another escape. Whether or not it will be successful will depend largely on who they know. There will be a certain amount of time between entering Soquili lands and the attempt to leave her, and during that time, Ciryatan and Dalraida will likely try to keep in touch with the fourth Unicorn. Should that Unicorn be part of a herd, it will likely be this group that they will turn to. If not, they will likely attempt a solitary escape. Atgas will likely continue to search for them until she finds them, or another Unicorn/Soquili to fixate on. Looking for! We're hoping for this to be the original horse from the first plot, but if they don't want to stay it can be another. Again Unicorn or Angeni preferred, but others can apply. A good herd would be nice to tie into the next plot.
• Three; Dalraida may feel the pull of herd life, should they encounter one, while Ciryatan will likely try to stay solitary for a short time. Losing his companionship, however, would force him to realize that he needs it, and return to her, assuming she did not leave the herd she joined, if she joined at all. Otherwise, they may stay together, as Ciryatan would be unlikely to leave Dalraida alone. Looking for! Though this is mostly a roleplay with Cir and Dal, we would need a herd for her to stay with. If we can't find one, this can just be the two.
• Nothing from here on! Feel free to offer up anything if you don't think you'd fit any of the above plots, or just want to interact with them.

The whole story. Note: Not all will be roleplayed Anything in grey will never be roleplayed, background plots only. The Hunt
• Ciryatan is caught in a bear trap. Unable to move, he's confronted with men on horseback and dogs snapping at his heels. They attempt to carve off his horn and only succeed in snapping it because of his struggles. He pulls and bucks until the chain of the trap (fixed to the ground by a stake) gives way. He runs. • Panicked, he blindly flees, tripping and stumbling through the woods. He's slowed by the trap and the pain in his leg, and he's anything but quiet. Attempting to look over his shoulder, he stumbles into a bramble patch, and just beyond that, a thicket, and hits the ground with his knees. The thicket is decorated with human remains, bones and skulls littering it. Within, a fearsome unicorn with a large, blood stained horn and a wicked grin smiles madly at him - The Venge. Terror consumes him, and he stuggles to his feet, bursting from the opposite side and trying desperately to get away. • The Venge, intrigued and amused by Ciryatan's sudden appearance, and the smell and sound of dogs and men on horseback, Atgas follows close behind, though her intents are unclear at first. • Ciryatan runs straight into a noble's garden. There, chained and neglected, Dalriada stands. She seems genuinely surprised to see him, and that surprise turns to horror at the sight of his wounds. He gawks, breathing heavy, and an arrow lands in his side with a sickening 'thunk', and then another. He falls to his knees, resigning himself to death. • Atgas reappears, prancing into the gardens as though without a care in the world, and through riddling tongue, convinces them to flee with her. Ciryatan attempts to chase them off with scathing words, but Atgas remains steadfast, and, still clinging to the faint hope he might survive, agrees. Dal is easily won over by the idea of freedom. • Dalraida's ball and chain present a problem, however, and no amount of magic will lighten it long enough for them to get away, without exhausting them all (Ciryatan, as it is, is in no fit state to attempt any magic) and is surely a death sentence. Dalraida, however, never took kindly to her 'keepers', and kept them away. She suffered for this in her constant exposure to nature. The iron chain is rusted, and with one fell swoop, Atgas breaks the chain between two links with her tail-mounted-blade. • They flee.
The Game
• Over the course of many days, the trio travel together, taking frequent and long breaks, if only for Ciryatan's sake. The first arrow, they remove easily, as it was never embedded in his skin, while the other they simply leave be for the first few days. It soon proves to be too much a hinderance, and Dalraida attempts to pull it from him, snapping it at the point where the wood meets the head. This makes their journey slow and exceedingly painful for Ciryatan. • Atgas suggests they cut Ciryatan's leg off for the sake of saving time. Both he and Draida refuse, and instead seek another way to remove it. Each attempt is painful, and finally, they manage to wiggle it off his ankle, and after a moment's rest, Atgas urged them to move, much to Ciryatan's displeasure. • The Venge, Atgas, proves to be more insane than stories have told. She constant speaks in riddles, and mostly to herself, and this disturbs Ciryatan. He seeks for ways to remove himself (and possibly Dalraida) from her presence. • The men continue to track them by scent and blood. Though they have escaped death, they are not safe yet, and they continue to flee across the lands, heading towards Soquili lands, though they do not know it. They manage to avoid the men frequently, and only by chance on many occasions.
The Almost-Split
• Ciryatan voices his concerns for Atgas' mental state to Dalraida, who agrees that the mare is strange, though seems unaffected by this. He pleads that they flee, for fear of their own lives. Many times, Atgas was only disuaded from engaging the men on horseback with them either fleeing first of powerful shoves and shouting. • Dalraida, though skeptical and unsure, agrees, and they make plans to slip away the following night. • The sneak away into the darkness, and for a day or so, Ciryatan is relieved to have escaped the Venge's clutches; until she reappears, scolding and hissing and growling, that they ought not leave her again. Their escape thwarted, Ciryatan retreats deeper into himself.
The New World
• After many months, Dalraida becomes aware that they have not heard, nor seen, the men on horseback or their dogs for many days. This concerns her, and she keeps closer to Ciryatan and Atgas because of it. When asked, she mentions her observations, and surprisingly, both Ciryatan and Atgas agree that they haven't seen, or heard, anything. • The trio also notice that they don't recognize their surroundings, and while that has been the case for weeks, the trees even look different, which concerns them. They press on, however, because going back means certain death.
The Future
• The first thing they encounter is another Unicorn, one without scars and bloody fur. This encounter would (hopefully) show the safety of where they've turned up. This would be opened up to anyone with a Unicorn, as a way for them to learn of their homeland, and for the trio to learn of Soquili lands. • Atgas will slowly unwravel further and become more and more insane. • Dalraida may feel the pull of herd life, should they encounter one, while Ciryatan will likely try to stay solitary for a short time. Losing his companionship, however, would force him to realize that he needs it, and return to her, assuming she did not leave the herd she joined, if she joined at all. Otherwise, they may stay together, as Ciryatan would be unlikely to leave Dalraida alone. • Given they stay together, or even after a short seperation, Ciryatan is at high risk of falling in love with Dalraida.

Soquili name: Dalriada Soquili Temper: Quiet
Personality: Dalriada has always been a quiet girl, silence was a very important part of survival in her homelands. If you couldn't master passing through the lands unnoticed in her mother's eyes, you were doomed to fall at the hands of the humans, and her mother drilled that into her foals. That never was a problem for Dal though, she's never had much to say. It takes much to get her to raise her voice, though that's if you can keep her around that long. Dalriada isn't a fighter by nature and after her capture, it only takes the slightest threat to her being and freedom to make this mare bolt.
Her times in the gardens have impacted her sprit in a hard way, severely paranoid of humans, Dal will go through anything to stay out of their way. It's been drilled into her, and there's no way for that to change. The feeling of standing in those gardens treated as nothing more then a lovely statue to stare at haunts her, and whenever the the paranoia of those hunter's ropes runs wild. The iron around her neck will feel unbearable tight and the pain will return to the front of her mind. She can stay stuck in her frightened mind for minutes unless she is brought back to reality by someone. Though as time passes these are beginning to happen less frequently, as she's beginning to feel safe in her new 'herd'.
Dal is fairly kind to those she meets, though her sudden silences can come off as a little rude but it's something she's working on with her traveling companions. She's slowly changing her ways, but the deep-rooted fear is ever present. Willing to meet new people, Dalriada will always try and be friendly and open until she hears of them having a human. Horses that allow themselves to willingly live under the care of those beasts appalls and angers her, and she will never be able to change that. No matter what she can only allow herself to feel truly safe and comfortable around her traveling companions after everything they've been through.
Background: Growing up in a small family group, the young Dalriada lived with her mother Rana, and two sisters Avari and Nim. They were a loving family, or as loving as they could be in their situation. Being born into a world where their kind is hunted for various reasons has had them on the move from day one, the fear of man finding them haunting their every step. Thinking back now, Dal realizes why her mother acted the way she did towards her fillies. Having gone through motherhood twice already, Rana knew what she had to do. Yet she also understood anything could happen and knew not to get emotionally attacked to her offspring. So the sisters were never babied or coddled. Instead they were instilled with the deep-rooted fear of man her mother carried everywhere. They were taught when it was safe to move, and how to search for any signs that said hunters may be close. Many of these Dalriada carries with her today, some things are hard to unlearn. During her foal years, it was her sisters she looked to for any comfort she could get. A bond formed between these sisters in their younger years, and as they grew into beautiful adolescents their mother became more and more caring towards them. Rana began to let herself love her children since they had been able to survive so long. As they grew older, the burden of having to constantly watch over them started to lessen as Avari, Nim and Dalriada were able to care a little more for themselves. They were starting to become comfortable with their situations, and find happiness within their little herd.
It was after the family decided to settle down for a much needed rest after days of walking that problems began to arise. Laying gathered together in the small cover of foliage, the young mares slept under the gentle nuzzles and watchful eyes of their mother for the night. Unknown to them that this would be their last night together as a herd. It was that night when a group of men crept upon the small family, ropes in hand. One of them had seen their beautiful mother when she was quietly scouting out the area earlier in the afternoon, and now the party pursued to capture their prize. They had managed to get fairly close before Rana had heard the could of a boot scuff the rough soil, and quickly as lightening she rose from her spot and bolted away, the jolt of her sudden movement waking the slumbering mares. Whether their mother had ran to try and pull the attention of the hunters from her children, or to simply keep herself safe they would never figure out. There was a lot of commotion after Rana's sudden departure, and Dalriada and her sisters stayed as still as they could, hoping to go unnoticed as the men hurried unto their horses to chase the beautiful Unicorn, but three has stayed behind. One of the headed right to where Rana had been laying. He was in no way a good looking human, old and scarred, but he'd been doing this job for a long time and knew to always check where a mare had been hiding before anything else. How smart he was. As soon as he reached for the bush the trio were in, Nin quickly lashed out and bit the hand, hoping her display of aggressiveness would chase the hunters away. Yet all that action had caused was a pained yell from the man and a hard bash straight to the mares head, it had also called the other two to their location quickly. As the mares rose to run frantically they were stopped as a rain of ropes showed down on them.
Dalriada couldn't tell you how far they were taken that night. All she can remember if the feel if sheer panic as she stuck close to Avari's side in the little wagon they were rounded up in. It wad only Avari and Dal gathered together, her sister Nim having crumpled to the ground after the man had hit here. They were later joined by a strange dark coated uni that laid in the corner only looking at the occasionally. Dal never did find out what happened to Nim or her mother after that night, only that their sister's scent followed with them the whole way. At one point the strange dark stallion had began talking to the duo, not that Dal could remember it, most of the trip is still a blur to her. Soon they ended up in what the other horses called the auction house. It was a horrible place, torn from her sister's side early Dalraida was stuck in a dark and small stall only visited when someone came to give her some food or water. Confused and scared the adolescent spent what felt like an eternity inside the walls, only the sound of the other Uni's yelling around her calling out giving her any sense of company. She'd spend only a few days there before it was her turn to be auctioned off. Being pulled into a courtyard by two people, Dal panicked at the sight of how many elaborately dressed people stood around. There was a lot of yelling after she had been stopped on stage, angry and loud yelling, but with each shout the fast speaking man's smile grew more and more until it all ended with one quick sold. With that Dalriada was quickly shipped off to a new location. Her new home.
It was a place Dal would spend a lot of time, and it was very odd in her eyes. From what she had learned of humans in the past week, she felt as if she was in another world. Having been set out in a small area covered with flowers and oddly shaped trees, Dalriada found herself becoming more and more anxious as the time passed. Unable to move far because of the ball of metal that lay at the end of her chain, Dal was stuck to move in a small area around her. The gardens were very strange to her, everyday she would stand around waiting for something to happen and nothing ever would. People would come out in groups of two or three to walk throughout he flowers, but they never approached her. Instead they would stand at a short distance and stare, smile or laugh in her general direction. Odd creatures they were, but after a few months of living in the garden Dal began to get mildly comfortable with her surroundings. She always had water available, and she had made a new friend. A young boy who cared for the garden owners horses, everyday he would sneak over to the garden and try and get close to Dal with offerings of sugar cubes and soft words. He called her Lady, and eventually he was the only person that gave her any form of kindness. At night he would sit next to her and stroke her neck and nose while telling her of things that happened that day. It stayed like that for awhile, but as she grew older the collar around her neck began to get tighter and the boy had enough. So one night, when the moon was shadowed he showed up without his sugar and began urging her to stand Dal was confused. But she followed him and watched as he ran to the chain connected the the iron ball and started tugging, and then eventually snacking at it with a rock in his hand. The noise of the hits alerted someone and before Dal knew it there were 4 people running their way shouting. The boy shot up with a start and dropped the rock before making a run for it, the people chasing.
That was the last time he visited her, though she did see him from a distance one time after that, he only looked at her like one of the people who visited to stare. Her boy was not hers anymore. After that the days started to blur together, the only thing noting her growing up into a beautiful mare were the iron strips wrapped around her neck and leg that cut deep into her skin. At first the pain was horrid and would throb, but after awhile of no care it just went to the back of her mind, and became something she was used to. Dalraida had come to believe that she would stay there forever, and began to withdraw into herself. That is until they burst into the garden and everything changed, these two unicorns that saved her future.

Soquili name: Ciryatan Soquili Temper: Frosted
Personality: Once upon a time, Ciryatan had been many things. He had been friendly, he had been warm, and he had been content with his life, and content to live amongst himself and wander the forests. Once upon a time, he had been known to be handsome, charming, and even bordered on debonaire - but that is gone, a fairy tale lost in the sands of time.
Where once was a smile, there is only a scowl, and his pretty blue eyes reflect the sheet of ice that seems to have encased him. He has gone cold, like a glacier, and neither woman nor child nor quickening of blood can warm his frozen heart. One ought not lay hand on him, for to do so would cause pain not of a physical nature, and he will retreat and scowl and sneer and curse until the offender has gone.
Within him, a small glow of hope for peace, surrounded by ragged shards of glass. They poke and stab, keeping the inner light at bay, and desperately, it cries out in rebellion for freedom. He keeps it tight on a chain, for fear that, should it ever be free, he will break. He has broken once before, and hates it. And he will not break again.
Background: Despite the war, the hunts on his kind, Ciryatan had a relatively quiet foalhood. He had no siblings, and traveled with his mother, always on the move, though she never said why. His mother spoke of his father like a true gentleman, a stallion among stallions, and told as many good stories as she did bad. He only knew of the Venge when meeting other Unicorn children, which was rare, and otherwise, he had no nightmares. Miraculously, he had managed to escape the horrors of what befell his race largely until he was an adult, and the only heartbreak he knew was waking up alone once he'd left his mother.
The hunts were at full force, by then, and meeting other Unicorns became rarer and rarer. On the offchance he did meet one, their conversation was often terse and rushed, as though they wanted to get as far away from his as possible, and while this always left him confused, it never bothered him. When he learned that they were being hunted, and more likely to die, he found himself truly afraid for the first time. And after a day or so of feeling this way, he pushed past it, because it would not do to fear what he could not predict, or see.
Soon, he found his way to it's front door, and even then, he kept safe. Whether it was due to his mother's imprint to constantly move, or because he simply was in the right place at the right time, he always managed to avoid trouble. The only real sign of the hunt he'd seen were foals that were captured, and then, he would tsk and shake his head and blame the mother for leaving them alone, unaware that she was likely a bloated corpse to be served at some wealthyman's dinner table later that night. They seemed fine, though they looked scared, and he would obliviously move on, not wanting to watch.
And now, it seems, he won't be able to call on good luck much longer.
Personal Plots:
• At the moment, Ciryatan is very racist towards anything that is not pure unicorn. It is impossible, however, that he would never come across anything but that, and as such, he needs to meet different breeds. At least one, ideally three, different breeds of Soquili would be needed, and these Soquili will essentially make or break his racism. It will be opened to any breed but Kalona and Skinwalker - don't worry, they'll have a chance to gnaw on him later. xxxxxxSearching For: 1 - 3 Soquili, any breed but the aforementioned.

I don't know exactly what type of personality you seek for the purebred Unicorn that you are looking for but I'd like to offer Lyrical Sky to maybe fit the bill for that part of the plot. She's lifemated to a Fluttercorn. She's grown up from her resentful self since having children as well. She is a patient individual and I think might be a good prospect.

Hmm thought i could try and throw someone at this Kamau is lifemated to a mate whom he is trying to prove himself to. In there plots he had not gotten her to love him yet but he is to Nobel to leave her thinking stallion are evil. She thinks that because her father never loved her and preferred her sister since she was more of a fighter to say. He would be an excellent father the day he has Foals and the two are finally in love with another. (Kamau already loves her she just has problems with him)

Thank you both for applying! And so fast <3 Have to talk to Ducky and Frey (:
Just to let you both know, we were hoping for the unicorn to participate in multiple plots. So I need to know from both of you is if your horses are just going to be the first to meet the horrorcorns, or will also be the one Cir and Dal turn to when they try to escape Atgas.
Also you should know that there is a chance your Unicorn could come into danger because of Atgas as the plots progress. Even if you just participate in the first.

I'd love to help out with just the first plot idea. I don't know if I could do more than that. As you mentioned ... real life comes first. But I'd like to join.
I'm open to the risk of Lyrical being in possible danger as well from Atgas.
