Freakshow Interview
-Facing The Undisputed Champion at The Royal Rumble

Matt Striker and Freakshow were shown backstage when the camera began to record.

Matt Striker: Welcome to my second interview with Current #1 contender to the Undisputed title, Freakshow. How are you tonight?  

[Scott Norton Fanclub]

"Hah, ya know Matt, I'm feeling pretty great," Freakshow chews obnoxiously and loudly on a stick of gum. He's wearing a slim cut, cheap suit with a metallic sheen. He hadn't shaved recently, and had a bit of five'o'clock shadow in addition to his pornstar-esq mustache. He sniffs loudly, "I mean, It's a shame they couldn't get Cole down here to do this, and I could think of better towns to spend my time in, but all things considered," He adjusts his tie a little bit, cocks his head to the side to get a kink out of his neck, allowing the audience time to boo. "I'm doing pretty well,"

"That's good. I'd like to just hear from your your thoughts on Facing Malice aka Chrono aka The WWFG Undisputed champion at The Royal Rumble. Before you answer. There are some out in the crowd cheering for you to beat this monster, because they say you've earned this. Other say, Who is Freakshow? Why is he here? And other say Malice is going to destroy this no name. I shake my head at this seeing you are a current tag team champion here the World Wrestling Federation Guild. So what's your thoughts about your championship match at the Rumble?"

"That's interesting, all of a sudden, there's these people that want me to beat Chrono.. And it's also interesting how you confuse that with cheering me. These people aren't cheering me. After what, thirteen years wrestling, all of a sudden they, just now, wanna start pretending like they cared? All they wanna see is that.. What'd you call him? A monster? Yeah, all they wanna see is someone get rid of that monster. How these swine feel about me is arbitrary. Whether they want me to or not, I'm beatin' this jabron'.

It doesn't matter how they feel, because me getting the title isn't just a promise, or a boast, ya' see.. It's..," The slimey new yorker pauses for the right word, "An inevitability. It doesn't matter how you feel about taxes, your poor self has gotta pay them, it doesn't matter how you feel about how the sun sets and rises, it happens, it doesn't matter how you feel about myself winning that title.. It's gunna happen.. You can't stop whats coming," The number one contender flashes an obscene grin while running a hand through his greased up hair.

Matt nodded on as Freakshow talked.

"You can't stop what's coming? What is coming? Most people don't give you credit, but you are one of the few veterans of WWFG that could be a grand slam champion after the Royal Rumble on Christmas Day. You've won the Intercontinental, Deific, and lets not forget the tag team championship three times. And each time those title reigns have lasted over a few months. So..Why is it that people doubt your talent and ability?"

"Well ya see, alot of people have this mentality... It's a freudian thing or something.. That, if you ignore something, it'll just go away. Eight year olds Matt, eight year olds. People can doubt my ability all they want, they can ignore me, and they can dislike me.. But the fact of the matter is, I'm not going away, I've been doing this for longer than most people here, and I've been producing results, as you said Matthew-uh, Striker, I've held the Intercontinental Title, Deific Title, I'm a Three Time Tag Team Champ. If some the heathens watching or some of the less intelligent wrestlers think I don't have any talent or ablility.. Well thats fantastic for them. They can go home, kiss there ugly wife, beat off in the shower, and go to sleep with a clear mind, with the thought that at the Royal Rumble I won't win the title.

But that's exactly what it is Striker, a thought, a fantasy, an illusion. The reality is, however painful it may be to the unwashed masses, the critics, the slobs behind their computers, and even Chrono, is that I'm the greatest. Numero uno. And I don't need to print that on a t-shirt to know that's a cold hard fact,"
