There's a little pull down menu above the normal smileys that have new sections with different smileys.

According to Wikipedia, "'Kira-kira' (きら きら in hiragana) means sparkling, glittering, or shiny."

I don't even remember the Piehard event, so maybe that's why I didn't notice them.
