╰★ Kameko said nothing as Sebastian, no, Inka was attacked. Her mind told her body to help, but she stayed motionless until the woman had appeared behind Souji and herself. Turning around quickly, Kameko's mind scrambled on what to do. It was not the woman's accent that got to her, but the fact that her voice had dropped. Every thought it her mind was screaming "Light her up! Light her up!" but she'd have to be careful with all this ice around. Precision was going to be the key here. She looked to Souji, who was beside her. She smirked at him before turning back to their opponent. Kameko readied herself, her cheeks swelling up as lava filled them. She would wait for Souji, since he was probably the faster one of the two.

Ah, so indeed this is how the animals were going to play. No matter, the young ones better fend for themselves. This indeed would be a good way to start Syphers dream...weed out the weak. Sebastian would use his fast mobility and increased agility on the ball of air to maneuver around the lightning ball, and make a B line for the arrival with surprising speed. Aiming to close the distance, the warrior took his blade and began whipping it around him, like he was a human blander/wreckingball/mulcher to attack this incoming person. While using the technique "brush strokes" Sebastian also allowed his chakra to mold into his blade, releasing a colorless odorless gas into the air. This was, also, not the only thing he was releasing.

Before Souji could move to try to follow the trail, his focus was broken by an opponent sneaking up behind him. His tracking sight was broken, but he now spun to face this new Chakra figure. She said some garbled words that made little sense, and panic quickly set into the young Genin. He wasn't entirely sure what Kameko was doing, but Souji's instincts told him to attack. Though he hadn't done much training in either of his Taijutsu forms yet, Souji still shifted to his boxing stance and prepared an attack. His attack was a bit of an experiment, but in theory it should work. First, he took a few quick steps to make an appropriate distance, then pulled his right fist back. Chakra swirled about his fist, and at the same time that he thrust it forward he focused his still activated doujutsu on the fist to create a slipstream to eliminate the air resistance on his fist. Effectively, using his Jet Stream ability on his fist would serve to greatly enhance the speed of the attack. Then, the ability itself would release a powerful gust of the wind at the time when the ability hits (or would have hit, if dodged) that will either increase the power of the blow or create a stream of wind to possibly cut the enemy if dodged. The combination used a vast amount of Chakra, though in all honesty Souji had too much adrenaline pumping through his brain to really think about planning ahead.

C H U U N I N ▌B L A D E D - P E R F O R M E R ⊰ Feeling Borka appear again on the lake, Inka flinched into a defensive posture, one foot facing Borka and arms spreading out to his sides just enough to open the top of his robe. Knees bent slightly, muscles tensed and ready, Inka's hands stayed close to his waist; the robe's front opening. "As if I'd let you have me." Inka smirked at the rising water. As Borka manipulated the fluids into a snake with a gaping maw, Inka drew out two smoke bombs between his fingers and through them to the hard ground between his feet. A cloud of obscuring smoke hid him, the snake drawing near as it struck out at him. Inka drew one of the only two kunai he had and activated his chakra with swift hands - thank gods above he would always practice his hand signs when he was bored (as he often was) over the last twelve months - teleporting him out of the smoke just as the maws closed down where he ought to have been.
Inka had activated Joorai Toorima's Aseru jutsu, allowing him to teleport behind the opponent facing him. With kunai already in hand he stabbed at Borka's back. Inka didn't have the luxury of drawing this battle out - he needed to end this quickly. For his sake and the sake of his teammates.

• Description: The user will bring a smoke pellet to each hand, twirl them to an easily thrown position, and then slam the two against the surface beneath them. As the smokescreen rises, they will perform a solid handsign, sending a quick surge of chakra throughout their body. In almost an instant, the user will escape any dangerous situation. To simplify, this is like a substitution jutsu that requires a smokescreen rather than an object to change positions with. • Can only be used four [4] times per battle.
[_______As the smoke exploded in front of him, Borka went on the defensive, his body tightening as he sucked air in. He didn't know where Inka had gone to but it didn't really matter, he thought, watching the snake crash into the ground and burst into water. He threw his arms out forward, sucked in the icy air, pulled them back in then jerked them out as he directed his mouth down. The resulting blow of ice and cold wind threw him 15ft in the air as Inka attacked from behind. The knife went into his leg as he flew upward, ripping a gash from his thigh to his ankle #&#xTF;Y&RG! he hung in the air for a few minutes, the blood leaking from his leg falling to the ground, then Borka fell, crashing down. Just before he reached the 5ft to the ground mark, he pulled in air again and expelled it, sending another blast of cold air down to halt his fall. Landing heavily on one leg, the other held slightly, he eyed Inka "You're.....a pain." his hand blurred and water shuriken ripped through the air, aiming at Inka's chest even as Borka vanished again in a spray of water. _______]

Shinkou Arashi no Jutsu [ Rising Storm Technique ] Rank: B Official Description: A defensive technique that covers the immediate area of the user from a large degree of angles. Collecting electricity through his or her entire body, the user immediately pushes all of it into the ground. Almost instantaneously, bolts of lightning begin rising from the ground in a rhythmic fashion covering his or her front, back, and side, leaving the top uncovered. Most forms of projectiles (i.e. Shuriken, Senbon, Kunai) are deflected in the process but strong Ninjutsu can drive though this technique. The lady would probably be very surprised as Sebastian's sword cut clean through her ninjutsu, negating it as if it where nothing. While his blade would not reach her in this combination he was still in perfect position to be able to quickly strike, like a viper coiled and poised for the kill. The Ninja gave a growl as he felt the more feral side of him come out, but this was indeed natural. His medical senses alerted him of an increase in neural activity abnormal of the situation alerted him that he was probably being manipulated some how. What the women didnt know: you never wanted to see feral Sebastian. He was the Human perfection: using both reason and instinct. Never give him more of both. He growled as he spoke, his animosity raging.
"Oh? Mind games you wanna play? Your messing with the WRONG ******** ANIMAL!"
Using the increased agility and speed from his ball, Sebastian made a quick and very powerful full circle slash, aiming to sever the head of the currently immobile warrior. Like a figure skater moving after they finished a spin, Sebastian fluidly moved away on his ball at a rapid speed, his knife Deimos now drawn. Coursing his chakra into it to forgo hand seals, Sebastian spit a large dragon head shaped fireball mass for the women to finish the job. The beauty if this technique was three fold. Outside of the technique being able to punch through concrete rather easily, this one also had the added benefit of "poison chakra" from the dagger Deimos, and to top it all off the tasteless odorless tasteless gas sebastian had been releasing was highly combustive. With the addition of the powerful fire ball, the gas would ignite and create a powerful explosion, possible enough to cause the ice to break beneath her. Even if she survived the initial swipe, and the fireball, the explosion was all around her. And even then, their was still unforeseen danger the hunter had yet to explain.
Sebastian himself was a little close to the explosion when it detonated, but his Hardcore threads absorbed all the impact, and his ball of wind simply allowed him to absorb and negate any further push. He ended a decent distance away, displaying an evil shark tooth grin.

Mystic Hero: The user is much like a hybrid warrior, focusing on mixing ninjutsu into their personal arsenal. Through their great devotion to this path the user can cast ninjutsu without hand seals while wielding a weapon, D at gennin, C at chunnin, B at Jounin, A at Konin, and S at Sannin. These techniques maintain the same description and criteria to use, as well as require the same amount of time to mold the chakra through the weapon as would be needed to perform hand seals, meaning the techniques are not instantaneously cast. The user’s spirit is so strong, that they can utilize their physical bukijutsu techniques to negate ninjutsu techniques of the same rank or below.
- 20 chakra exposure: they will feel slightly "funny" with increased sensation from all senses, although colors will seem increasingly vivid and bright light can be painful. - 40 chakra exposure: the victim will feel less desire to move as if the world is moving faster then normal and their senses are having problems keeping up. The sensation is like they are having to move through water or any medium of increased resistance. all physical and complex techniques require 10 more stamina to perform.

Once Borka had escaped the tip of the now bloody kunai, Inka tried to leap back so he wasn't directly under the enemy. Inka had never walked on ice before, and he fumbled in moving, feeling like his feet nearly fell out from under him on the slippery surface. By the time the Chuunin had righted himself, Borka had landed once again. "Flatterer." Inka chuckled, thin lips pulled back into a crooked smirk. The smirk faded at the onslaught of shuriken thrown at him. Inka tried to dodge, throwing himself to one side, his feet slipping and causing him to falter sideways slightly. This delay and fumble meant he didn't have time to evade the jutsu completely. Most ripped through the fabric of his robe, one hitting a good pinch of his right shoulder and another grazing his chest. "Tsk!" Inka exclaimed at the pain. He stood upright, a hand on his shoulder, blood spilling between his fingers. Red eyes scanned the ice, body tense, looking to try and find Borka. "... s**t."

[_______The girl seemed useless at the moment, Beka determined, as the boy attacked first "SO! Von at a dam. Not bot" she cried cheerfully, her chakra instantly cracking the air with ice as the boy attacked. As he launched his, she braced her feet and signed, pulling chakra into her hand before thrusting her palm forward. A blast of ice and snow met Souji's attack, blasting the already chilly air colder. The attack was not as effective as it should have been but in the same way that she was nearly blown off her feet, so would Souji feel his own body rock. Along with that, though, would come the debilitating cold "Dot ald bat!" she shouted, her words becoming more and more garbled with her excitement. Her hand signed once and her chakra become visible around her, puffy and white like clouds which she then thrust her hands into, forcing the chakra to become charged and heavy "Poďme sa baviť, predtým, než som si zmraziť!" she shouted, throwing the cloud, now solid, at Souji. When it made contact, the cloud would burst and wrap him in icy winds that were almost as thick as webs and would burn cold._______]
Fubuki Hira no Jutsu [ Snowstorm Palm Technique ] Rank: B — Chakra Description: After channeling and holding chakra into one of their palms, the Shinsetsu aims their hand at their target, and releases a twisting whirlwind packed with snow. The winds harshly shuffle enemies around with ease, and anything caught within them for long will be crippled by sheer cold. The whirlwind stretches about four (4) feet wide, and extends roughly eighteen (1８) feet before diminishing.
Hatsuyuki [ First Snow ] Rank: D — Chakra Description: This technique allows the Shinsetsu to release and shape the various chakra of their body; creating pure white clouds with only a single handsign as needed preparation. Hatsuyuki clouds are the size of a human adult's torso, can be motioned freely through the air—following the creator's hand gestures, and spread out and twisted like sheets of sand for various purposes; but often must maintain a clod-like shape when being used for other techniques. The only real restriction to their moldability being that the white lumps stay within a three (3) yard radius of their creator at all times. The clouds, at first glance, are nothing but clusters of snow; though closer examination would prove such initial observances merely skimming glances. The white that makes up these clouds is extremely cold, as a result of the creation process of instantaneously, yet consistently mixing water chakra, wind chakra, and the Shinsetsu's naturally frigid chakra. The user may only have a set number of Hatsuyuki active at a time ( dictated by rank ), but clouds can be replaced after they have been used as material for other techniques.
Yukibakudan [ Snowbomb ] Rank: C — Chakra Description: The Shinsetsu presses their hands against their Hatsuyuki cloud, pulses chakra from their palms all throughout the snow, aims, and launches the entire Hatsuyuki at their target. When the newly formed bomb makes contact, it will explode into wrapping webs of white wind, causing extreme freezing: enough to turn water to ice in a short period of contact.
[_______While not immobile, Angela was at a distinct disadvantage as Sebastian's blade flew at her. But she wasn't giving up the ghost just yet and she yanked her hands out of the dirt to slap together in front of her as the blade neared her throat. A blast of electricity exploded from her touching palms and ripped from her fingers to blast forward. The resulting release knocked her off balance and she narrowly avoided being fully decapitated. She did not escape unharmed though and her hands went to her neck as blood gushed from her nicked carotid artery Ah. she was kneeling when Sebastian's flame technique caught her and she found herself aflame. She didn't seem to react though, reaching out at Sebastian almost imploringly, fingers being slowly consumed just before the explosion "...you're all gonna die." her words were practically forced from her as the world exploded around her, killing her instantly._______]

[_______Borka felt the explosion as if it had happened near him and he turned, his face reddening as the heat affected his naturally cold state "Well....that pulls it." he mused, his voice sighing. He could feel his blood chilling near his body, freezing almost but not before more pushed out. He was going to bleed to death, he was fairly sure of it so...."Plan B." he said softly, lifting his hands. Snow began to condense his clouds around him, pulling them close before he vanished in a spurt of water. Reappearing on the icy surface, he didn't flee as the ice began to crack "Sorry bout your shoulder. This was never meant to go on this long." with a burst, the ice exploded and a jet of water surfaced even as Borka fell into the icy waters. The cold, obviously, wouldn't kill him but he didn't employ a breathing technique as the jet arched....then plunged back down through the water. It raced through the water, straight down to the chamber that held the Anbu. Striking with force and the added pressure of the lake, the chamber burst and flooded with water. Above, the ice of the lake was already closing over the hole, sealing it even as what was in the chamber floated up to clunk under the ice. Borka's body was among them, colder in death then ever it was in life. And along with that, three more bodies floated up....two faintly moving and banging at the ice with the third between them._______]

Thin lips twisted into a joyous, crooked, toothy grin. Red eyes locked onto Borka after the older male spoke, revealing his location to the Chuunin. One hand still holding tight to his shoulder, the other gripping the bloody kunai responsible for the gash in Borka's leg. Inka watched, flinching back a cautious step when Borka summoned a column of water. "What...?" Inka gasped as he witnessed Borka be taken down into the cloudy, frozen depths of the lake. Realizing the ice had quickly sealed itself over the water, Inka gritted his teeth and stepped back, ready to launch himself forward into a run. Sheathing the bloody kunai Inka brought both of his hands together, channelling his chakra into them as he performed the necessary signs. A ball of swirling, grey chakra appeared in one hand, the other returning to stem the flow of blood in his injured shoulder. Throwing the ball over the trapped Anbu, Inka controlled the curve to fall down and explode upon impact with ice, breaking and melting the thinner ice without being too close to the trapped Anbu that they would be injured by the force of the impact and resulting concussive waves. The actual explosion was more powerful than it should have, Inka's skill in combining Wind and Fire jutsu making the jutsu more potent than the initial cost. With the ice freshly cracked and open, Inka launched forward, managing to run on the unfamiliar surface and reach the Anbu, kunai in hand in case he needed to chip away the ice as the Anbu surfaced through the blasted opening.
• Description: A stable ball of chakra, comprised of both wind and fire chakra, is summoned into the hand of the user after the hand signs are made and chakra is injected. The ball is the size of a softball. Once thrown, this ball can curve, once, in any direction to follow its target. After impacting a solid surface the ball will become unstable and explode instantly. The damage from the explosion is strong enough to knock someone off their feet, leaving tender skin, dark bruises, and a small burn, none bigger than the size of the ball itself. The ball can only travel as far as 12m/40' before falling to the ground and exploding.
