Hello, Mo here. C: This year I've decided to change the way that I eat. Hence going vegetarian. It's hard. I'm not going to lie.
Are there any hints of advice for one who is a beginner vegetarian? Thanks.

Coming from someone who's been a vegetarian for two years, you just have to take it a little bit at a time. First, I'd say don't just quit eating meat. That makes it all the more hard. Like, if you were going to eat a hamburger one day, eat grilled chicken or something like that instead. Then a few days later, replace any meat you might eat with just chicken noodle soup. Then finally you and your body will probably be okay to stop eating meat altogether ^.^ However, if you DO want to just quit cold turkey, it's going to be harder. But I don't think it's all that difficult. I'd say the first month without meat is the hardest, and after that you'll be all well and adjusted. I've gotten to the point where meat grosses me out... And if you find yourself craving like chicken nuggets or anything with meat in it, eat something salty and that'll probably curb it. Also, make sure if you ever go out to eat, that they have at least a couple vegetarian options! that way you won't be as tempted. it's not even that hard lol, I mean even McDonalds has fruit salad. Good luck!
