Why hello there! This is my journey to a toned body and a thinner waist line. I've tried to do this multiple times, but my motivation really fails after about a week. So that brings me here- I thought that maybe if I had something to document my progress throughout this journey, then maybe I could stick to this plan.
Later on today, I'll post some pics of what my body currently looks like, and I'll slowly document the hopeful transformation to a toned body with little to no fat. It probably won't be too dramatic. I'm not gonna lie, I'm already kinda skinny. I just want to get rid of certain fat pockets that don't seem to want to disappear, and I want to tone everything so that I have better self-confidence and actually look good.
Oh, I'll also post my diet changes and plans for any of those who might be interested as well. Wish me luck!

Week One: It's really not that bad, as I said before. I'm mainly going to work on toning my stomach and get rid of that small roll of fat where my belly button is.Week One Diet and Exercise Plan:My main plan for the first week is to completely cut out meat products from my diet, while allowing myself one cheat day per week. Since it's the first week, I'm definitely going to slip up a few times, but that's just part of the process right? Also, I'll be adding more fruits and veggies to my diet. Since they are easier on the digestive system, this will also give me more energy throughout the day. So it's like a mini bonus for me! : D
For exercise, I plan on beginning a routine mix of pilates, dance, light jogging, and running. The running will be the most difficult thing for me, as I HATE the cold, but it goes along with my New Year's resolution to walk my dogs more. Another bonus! I just hope I can keep up with it. xD 1/17: Breakfast consisted of two handfuls of dried blueberries, an english muffin with cheese and sausage, and a Protean Monster Rehab. Lunch was a fairly small portion of lightly salted nacho chips with beans and salsa. Dinner is going to be whole grain spaghetti noodles in an olive oil and garlic sauce, seasoned with basil, parsley, and flax seeds, with veggie mozzerella cheese drizzled on top. Exercise will consist of a thirty minute pilates work out, followed by ten minutes of flexibility training. 1/18: Breakfast consisted of a cup of strawberry-guava smoothie with flax seeds. Lunch was six chocolate chip cookies and two brown sugar cinnamon poptarts. Dinner is going to be whole grain vermicelli with a garlic tomato sauce and lean soy beef. Exercise will be non existent today, for it is a day of rest. 1/19: Breakfast consisted of a banana and papaya juice smoothie with a pinch of flax seeds, accompanied by one brown sugar cinnamon poptart buttered with vegan butter, and a slice of apple french toast. Lunch was a a corn muffin and a bean and cheese burrito. Dinner is going to be a Tom's hamburger with seasoned fries and raspberry ice tea. Exercise will consist of nothing, since I feel sick. 1/20: Breakfast consisted of a banana and papaya juice smoothie with a pinch of flax seeds, accompanied by one brown sugar cinnamon poptart buttered with vegan butter, and a one egg cheese omelet wrapped in a flour tortilla. Lunch was a cheese sandwich (cheese on breed with mayo and mustard). Dinner is going to be two brown sugar cinnamon poptarts buttered in vegan butter, and a handful of cinnamon sugar almonds. Exercise will consist of a short jog with my dog. 1/21: Breakfast consisted of a glass of cranberry juice, accompanied by one brown sugar cinnamon poptart buttered with vegan butter. Lunch was a veggie burger with lettuce, vegan cheese, honey mustard and mayo, on a whole-wheat bun. Dinner is going to be two handfuls of cinnamon sugar almonds. Exercise will consist of a seven hour shift of non-stop walking and playing with energetic shelter dogs. 1/22: Breakfast consisted of a glass of cranberry juice, accompanied by two brown sugar cinnamon poptarts buttered with vegan butter and two dark chocolate truffles. Lunch was a beeforoni and two dark chocolate truffles. Dinner is going to be nonexistent. Exercise will consist of a twenty minute jog with two dogs. 1/23: Breakfast consisted of a brown sugar cinnamon poptart buttered in vegan butter, a stick of mozzerella string cheese, and a small cinnamon bun, with some tangerine orange juice. Lunch was about eight or so pieces of popcorn chicken dipped in BBQ sauce and Ranch dressing, and a chocolate chocolate chip cookie. Dinner is going to be a veggie burger with lettuce, vegan cheese, honey mustard and mayo, on a whole-wheat bun. Exercise will consist of a a thirty minute dance session, followed by a flexibility work out.

Hey guys... Sorry I have not posted (for those who might read this, even though i doubt anyone does) in a while. For the last week-two weeks, my mom's boyfriend came to visit, and I guess he's supposed to be living with us for a month. Because i think it would be extremely awkward to exercise in front of him, I'm going to sadly postpone this until he leaves. Until then!
