This is where I will track calorie intake, exercise, and whatever else.
Support is loved.

Don't attempt to loose weight by copying me or anyone else, go talk to a doctor. I'm not going to claim responsibility over someone copying me. I told you to not do it so don't be dumb.
If you suffer from and ED, Ana/Mia EDNOS ect... I'm talking to you, get out of this journal.
I will be posting calories, foods, weight, pictures, and quotes.

I'm not going to lie, Ana and I were friends.
But it is no way to live and if you are suffering get help.

My family is going out to eat tonight, to a Mexican Food Restaurant.
They serve excellent food, but nothing healthy.
s**t s**t s**t.
I think I will get taco salad without cheese, meat, and sour cream with water.
Maybe when I get home I can get some exercise in with a workout video.

I just got home, I ate nachos,chips, soda, flan, and the salad... With everything on it. Meh.
I feel bloaty...
But tomorrow is another day and I will just I guess well deal with it.
I will start anew, and I saw in my magazine that Klhoe isn't a Kardashian, holy ********. O,O And I saw a supplement that I want to try, NV for weight loos. Hey it worked for Holly Madison so why not.

Good luck! You should get meat because it has good protein. Unless the places meat is fatty then I don't reccomend it.

I don't really dig meat, it grosses me out. sweatdrop
If they didn't fry it then I would eat it but they like deep fried it and it's all greasy.

Ah... We're total opposites then. I love meat actually. Though I agree that meat cooked like that isn't very good.

I think this is great and really motivating! If you have an iPod Touch or iPhone, you might be interested in the app: Lose it! It's free, and you can track how many calories you intake and burn by recording your exercise and your food (it'll automatically tally the calories). You set a goal of how much weight you want to lose and how fast, and it'll give you a chart showing your progress!
