RIP Jamey. He was a Little Monster who took his own life due to gay bullying. He was just fourteen. Gaga did a whole performance of Hair for him: [link]Paws Up Forever Project: [link]I'm truly devastated over this. Nobody deserves what he went through. There have been a lot of youth suicides related to LGBT bullying and it's very tragic. sad

This is the kind of thing that pisses me off/makes me cry.
I mean, how cruel do you have to be to drive a kid to killing himself? Just because he's gay? AARRGGHH!!!!
But it is a tragedy, and I am sorry for his family's loss. crying

I heard about this awhile ago. Sadly suicide because of bullying in general seemed to have increased. No one should be bullied and harassed period. I know from experience how horrible it can be.
That was nice of Lady Gaga to do a performance for him.

Yeah, this was back in September. There were a lot of projects and facebook pages made for him. I was the mod of one..
When I first found out about Jamey, I cried all night long.
And I am not ashamed to admit that..
It really hurt me. Especially because he made an "It Gets Better" video
before he took his life. It was just strange seeing him there, alive, on the video, and then he was just gone...
I am Pagan, and one of the Pagan celebrations (Samhain) is a celebration of the dead. I included bits of Jamey on my altar, that's how much I felt for him.
Me and my boyfriend actually still have a picture hanging up in our room
that I did for a video of Jamey on youtube.
It's got his name in a heart and "you are missed." all over.
Rest well Jamey.

I shed a tear over this... which for me is a lot. One tear for me now, would've been a crying fit 4 years ago.
This also shows why I'm never open about who I like in any way shape or form. I've got too much to deal with all the crap that would follow.
For him, I'll make the world change. Even though I can't do much, I'm going to try. One person at a time.

I may not have known him but it is so sad to be bullied to the point that you feel taking your life is the only way. RIP, you will be loved and missed heart
