Guess being spanked is why I came out to be so dumb and inept and a drug abuser and hate my family. No, wait, that's right, I passed tests and broke a few records, and never touched a drug in my life, and have stronger family ties than most of my friends, never mind. :/

I got spanked and I'm okay in the think department. I don't like my father (the one who spanked) but that's because he's a grumpy, cold hearted, emotional constipated old guy. All my other problems came from school and the suck-it-up argument. Bullies/gossip mongers/haters no matter their age are always bullies, they just get better at hiding it and raise the next group of bullies. The Suck-it-Up was from my parents though, they said I didn't need help, I need to get over it, and move on. Which hurt when all I wanted was a hug and a 'It's okay.' So I think spanking isn't the cause itself, it might be the attitude the parents adopt with raising the kids w/ spanking.
