I've been trying to lose weight since the start of February and I have been sort of successful but I really need to buckle down and get more serious about it. I have been slacking on my exercise and sometimes I cave and eat something yucky from work. So I think keeping track of my progress will help keep me motivated. STARTING NOW!


SW: 141 lbs.
CW: 132 lbs.
GW #1: 126 lbs [by February 29, 2012]
GW #2: 120 lbs [by March 14, 2012]
GW #3: 114 lbs [by April 2, 2012]
UGW: 110 lbs [by Summer 2012]

2 slices of Whole wheat/whole grain toast: 80 cal
1 Dole's pear fruit cup: 40 cal
1 mug of Green Tea: 0 cal

Exercise:

2 hours of nonstop cleaning
4 different thigh exercises (25 a set, 3 sets each)
2 mile run/walk
