Yes, there is one in its RP guild but for newbies to get the posts, but they pretty much need a OOC chat here. Isn't there one?

If you're still talking about the "Get to 1000 posts" issue, the guild won't help. To my knowledge, your post count is based on your posts in forums, not guilds. To get those posts, the main thread is OOC, or you could just go chatter/bump in any of the numerous other forums on this site.
Newbies are always welcome to chat in the main thread.
If you're talking about something else, you'll need to clarify your question!

I'm thinking you might be confused. You don't have to get 1000 post in Soquili - just on that account in all of Gaia's forums. And your account has that many posts, you will not be considered a mule account and be able to enter contests and such.
