Ever notice how some outfit designs in anime or manga clearly don't work the way that they are shown in the anime. Like skirts that billow when there's no visible gathering at the waist... etc.
Ever have this problem? What did you do? See someone and like/ dislike how they solved this problem?

I'm having this problem right now. I'm trying to make a Mayushii cosplay from Steins;Gate, but the gathering at the empire waist seems pretty non-existent.
