I really like all of them, but frankly, my favorite is Tamers. From the instant I saw Guilmon he became my favorite Digimon, and despite fighting with myself for various reasons to find another favorite, but I couldn't. The jokes weren't half bad. It's the series I remember the most of. Despite my love for Armor Digivolutions, despite the nostalgia and deep feelings attached to the original series, despite Frontier being fun and a cool concept, despite Data Squad's protagonist being a badass, despite Xros, despite Digimon Tri's art and animation; despite all of it, for some reason Tamers just strikes a heavy cord of love with me. The report between tamer and Digimon is great and varied. Writing is decent, and we finally get a look at non-digidestined...
Terriermon is hilarious. Renamon is a strong and powerful personality. And Guilmon is the lovable dinosaur.
TL;DR - By no means is Tamers perfect, but it's great, and my favorite.
