But ____ had to move away so Michael gave her a pearl bracelet that he made for her to remember him.Now ____ has finally moved back into the house next to Michael and they are in the same high school. However as the years went by their memories of each other drifted away so they only remember being separated from a best friend years ago

Michael woke up slowly on Sunday. once he realized he was awake he sighed. "Another dream about it." he said softly to himself he then stood up and got dressed. he walked down stairs to get breakfast then his mom came in and said. "Michael we have some new neighbors we're going to welcome them are you coming?" he looked up at her as he finished his cereal. "Sure I guess so." he said putting his bowel away then him and his parents went next door and knocked on the door.

Izumi was up early that morning. She had seen her mother off for work. They moved back here after her father's death, she was just cleaning the dishes from breakfast when she herd the knock on the door. "Just a minute!" the five foot three blonde girl said as she wiped her hands and ran off to the door. "Yes?" she said opening it to see her new neighbors, must be a random welcome. Izumi wasn't very good with people though.

Michael stood silent as his mother spoke to the girl "Hello miss we're your new neighbors. We wanted to welcome you to the neighborhood. Is your mother or father home?" she asked with a smile

Izumi nodded to her welcome. "Well my dad died last year, and my mother won't be home from work until about five tonight." she said and she bowed to her respectfully. Izumi smiled and said, "My name is Izumi Lynx. It is nice to meet you." she said as she straightened herself and smiled up at the woman and her son.

Michael's mom looked at her when she heard about the girls dead father "I'm sorry too hear about your dad" she then smiled at Izumi hearing her name "It's nice to meet you too. this is Michael but he seems to space out alot recently" she said then pushed Michael a little he then looked up "Huh oh yeah hey nice to meet ya" he said with a smile

Izumi smiled at Michel blushing slightly, she examined him from the corner of her eye and said, "It is very nice to meet you..umm.." she looked up to him whit a blush under her blue eyes. "Would you happen to be a student at the high school that's in the up town area?" she asked him not knowing its name. She hoped to know at least one person before starting classes on Monday morning. It was the middle of the year.

Michael smiled "Yeah are you going there tomorrow?" he asked only half listening to the conversation the other half of him was trying to think of what his old friend looked like or what her name was he started thinking about her when he found one of his old toys in the attic that he got from her it reminded him of back then but he couldn't remember her

Izumi paused in her sentence hearing his half spaced out voice. Her mind was sent into a world of memories, her old friends who's face she could never remember fully. Just his hair was brown and he was never really fully focused on anything. "Yes I will be...I was wondering, does the school have a kendo club? " she asked him. Her sleeves were long and they covered the pearl bracelet around her wrist, when her best friend had given it to her it was loose and now it was just tight enough.

Michael nodded "Yeah I think they do" he said with a smile then his mom looked at her "Well Tell your mom that you two are invited to come over tomorrow for a welcome party" she said before leaving then as Michael's mom when leaving he smiled at Izumi "See ya tomorrow"

Izumi smiled happy to know there was some place she could fit in for sure at her new school. "See you." she said waving goodbye. Her sleeve slipped down and the pearl bracelet sparkled in the morning light. Izumi quickly went back into the house and finished cleaning up.

As Michael was walking home he saw the pearl bracelet out of the corner of his eye but he didn't think anything of it yet once he got home he went up to his room and started looking around in his closet for any thing that would help him remember his friend but found nothing so he did the same in the attic but still nothing yet eventually he gave up and went to sleep the next morning he jumped awake and hit the bed with anger "I was so close!" he said trying not to yell before getting dressed for school once he got dressed he walked outside and started going to the school

Izumi was awakening from a hazy dream, a memory really of when she was given the bracelet from her old friend. She remembered his name began with an 'M' and she had almost seen his face this time. She awoke and sighed looking at the bracelet on her wrist. "So close.." she muttered and she sat up getting dressed. The black uniform made her blonde hair and blue eyes stand out a bit. She checked herself over and she nodded to the mirror grabbing her bag and heading downstairs. She walked out just as Michel was and she walked a head of him a bit.
