After a long time of missing David Tennant and falling behind on the series a bit, I am finally re-watching Dr. Who from the beginning. I was wondering what other Dr. fans there are here, and who is your fav. doctor?

Honestly, at first I didn't like the current doctor- the previous was just had something about him- but now he's hands-down my favorite. I still prefer Rose and company, though.

By beginning, do you mean William Hartnell or Christopher Eccleston?

But I prefer Tom Baker, Paul McGann, and David Tennant.

Christopher Eccleston. I tried watching William Hartnell, but I couldn't stand it. I think I lasted until about the 5th episode than gave up.

It is impossible to watch all of Doctor Who.

Most of the First and Second Doctor's stories are fragmented or missing due to the BBC wiping old tapes to make room for new shows. Only the audio remains of said episodes.

There are a few First Doctor stories completed. But all that remains of the last episode of his run is his transformation into the second Doctor.

Only 1 or 2 Second Doctor stories are complete, the rest are fragmented or lost forever.

From the Third Doctor onward everything is complete. Though you might notice the logo of the programming block/service his shows aired on in America at the end of some of his episodes, that is because the story was rescued from American archives.
