I run this.
There is a system, leveling up, combat, skills, stats, ect.
You'll need to ask what weapons fall into what section, Guitars = Two Handed, ect.
All questions via pm.
This is urban, meaning it's all in a city[among other places], so it takes place modern time.
Your character is human, more importantly, it's you. No real names and pics needed, but this is you, playing that you you always wanted to be. Green spiky hair? Sure. Black trenchcoat? Yeah. Be what you want, but you'll all be starting off in normal gear, your "RL" clothes. This sin't, "Oh, a cool idea for a fitting character." If it isn't you, it isn't allowed.
You'll need to have watched a Gainax anime, it sets the stage for this plot. And it gives you a feel for the flow of the story.
